Normally this Mcdonalds has nothing going for it. Food takes forever, rude employees. Recently, today especially, I have never been more impressed. The two girls on headset and taking money were amazing. They were extremely pleasant and most of all enjoying their time. They took the time to talk to me and my children and have conversations. I called the number on the receipt and the person was very kind, told me to come back anytime so my order can be corrected. Arrived at McDonald's #11683 and placed my order at 7:07am order #19. Being the first of 14 to arrive I found the largest table that had been wiped down with a filthy rag so I went and asked for a rag and was told I'll bring you one. My food came. No coffee I went to get it was asked if I wanted fresh. Said yes and asked about rag. She could not find one said she would check with maintenance. Did get my coffee after I finished my food but never saw a rag. Please invest in a few clean rags and bring back the seniors who did a great job and cared. read more

I understand it's Christmas Eve but it does not mean that you can be completely unorganized and unprofessional. My visit started off with a blank receipt. I went to the counter and asked for one but they said they cannot reprint a receipt since I ordered from the kiosk. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order from a FAST FOOD PLACE. Once I got it over HALF of my order was WRONG. My salad was grilled not crispy, my quarter pounder had everything on it and not plain, missing my kids milks and my mothers vanilla iced coffee. I let them know everything that was wrong with my order and they were completely rude. The women at the front desk did not get my missing items when I mentioned them and rolled her eyes. I am completely unsatisfied with my experience since it took almost an hour in the end to get all my food correct and we all ate at different times. I have been to many McDonalds but never one that has been so disappointing. I will not be returning. read more

Okay, I typically get a bagel and cream cheese there for breakfast, but I was pretty hungry this morning and I ordered a Sausage McMuffin and two hash browns. Five minutes after I finished eating, I broke out in hives. I was at work and went to a mirror and saw that my face was tomato red and I had blotches on my neck. I was able to calm down after throwing water on my face and catching my breath as I was pretty scared. I also took two Ibuprofens. Within about 20 or 25 minutes, my color pretty much came back. During that time I called my dad, as I was alone at work at the time and wanted someone aware of what was happening in case it got worse. Luckily it didn't, I did not need to go to the hospital and the redness and itchiness subsided. Someone came into the office about ten minutes after the initial reaction started and she could see the hives and redness. As we spoke she said it was starting to look better and, thankfully, I had started feeling better. I called the McDonald's to simply tell them what occurred when I finished my meal. I didn't accuse them, but I said it was a coincidence and that's not something that's ever happened to me with food. The young lady I spoke to asked for my name without saying why. So I asked why and she said, " because you said you got hives from us." So I asked, "but what are you going to do with my name?" I'm not going to give away my full name without knowing what will be done with it? Would any reasonable person do that? She didn't say "hold on," but just handed the phone away. This next lady asked for my name and I (again) explained that I just wanted to know what my name was going to be used for. She said it was in case I called again with hives. I actually understood that, however, I was a little peeved over the other person's attitude, so I just gave my first name and the first three letters of my last. I wrote an email to corporate instead (they have my name) and explained the situation, with the limited character limits they give. I don't want anything from McDonald's, I even explicitly said I DO NOT want contact from anyone at that location (I don't even want a response on Yelp, I was so scared and they just wanted my name for reference). I'm done with them. I'll never go to this particular location again. If they had just said, "IF it was our fault, we apologize and will look into it," I would have been satisfied, but that wasn't the case. I was being nice, not accusing, and just wanted to let them know in case other people had a reaction or their grease (which the first person said they recently changed to be...and I am paraphrasing....better for people with allergies and without peanut oil....something along those lines) had something in it or was old. I was told it was not old, but I'm not going to get into a game of "of course they would say that." I didn't accuse them on the phone, and I won't now, but it was a coincidence. A strong coincidence. Greasy breakfast food is not worth the possibility of that happening again. [Update: Someone from that location did call me, which I said in my email to Corporate that they did not have permission to have them contact me. Anyway, he just wanted to check that I was okay and find out what happened. I answered the questions and told him what transpired. I'm fine with him calling, more annoyed Corporate just ignored my request, but they have to make sure they can say they checked on me in the event something worse happened. Just stopped in for a quick burger and drink. The lobby smelled like vomit. In fact, the bathroom smelled better than the lobby. There was a supervisor yelling at an associate about whether they needed more training. The smell was horrible though. Using clean wet mops would help tremendously. read more

Drove through here on a Friday morning for a cup of coffee as I hit the road for a 2-hour drive by myself. Both the servers were friendly, courteous, and cheerful. (The one who took my order and the one who served my coffee). McDonalds coffee is always great and the smiles of the servers made my day.! read more

It bothers me people rate a restaurant on a perception of unhealthly food. McD offers healthy choices, but most people don't care about their health is the issue I see. When someone orders two quarter pounder meals, it's not the restaurants fault...it's the poor choices the people make... Stopped by tonight with my family for a quick dinner on the way to a bball game, my daughter was actually served a chicken sandwich on which they forgot to put the chicken. Fast, open 24/7, shake machine runs super late, and they're always clean indoors. My wife was pregnant one night and was craving a shake, drove up their and to my surprise their shake machine was still running. I could hug the guy in the drive through. read more

They let me customers wait in a line and the. After I ordered they told me they weren't taking credit "because it took to long" and then just stared at me instead of posting it at the entrances or simply apologizing for the inconvenience. read more

These people are horrible. Went through the drive thru and watched my order be handed to the car in front of me. Watched as several people (smokers who were back and forth with their cigarettes to their mouths)... Watched as they dug through the bag then passed it back to the window because it wasn't theirs. When I pulled up I asked to have it remade and was told okay. I was pleasantly surprised when it came out quickly. Drove off... Food was cold. They didn't remake it. Lazy freaking liars.
