    Inside is nice!

This McDonalds is clean and nice! With extremely nice decor! The staff here is friendly and our food was hot and delicious! I had to use my phone app because the kiosk was not working correctly (or I! Could not work it correctly!!) and the employees are extremely busy behind the counter and servicing the drive thru-so it's hard to get waited on at the counter! Some one left while we there because they could not get waited on-and my app did not add the drinks to my order-so we just got 2 cups for water(free!!) My Order would have been $6 more if only the drinks had gone on my order... So we saved $6 but the restaurant lost $6 on a high profit margin item-due to the app...

What happened to the full slice of cheese one used to get?

Ordered two fish sandwiches with cheese and was surprised at the size of the cheese. What happened to the full slice of cheese one used to get? Otherwise the food and service is good. Change my review from three stars to five stars because of the following article found on online news site: The Half Slice Of Cheese Is Intentional If you've ever opened up your Filet-O-Fish sandwich and noticed just a half slice of cheese, you might have wondered, "Where did the rest of it go?" However, this is no mistake. Your sandwich isn't technically missing any ingredients because that half slice of cheese is intentional. In an interview with the Journal Star, McDonald's spokeswoman Julie Caturano explained that the half slice of cheese has "always been that way. When you think of a cheeseburger, it's really cheesy. With the filet, a half slice complements the taste rather than overwhelming it." If you're not satisfied with half a slice, just ask for extra cheese. However, many people would argue that cheese has no place on a fish sandwich anyway. The intense flavor and creaminess of cheese can easily overpower the delicate nature of seafood. Perhaps McDonald's struck the perfect balance with just half a slice.

Eating here is like a guessing game, you never know how your order will be. I'm accustomed to getting cold fries an occasional sweet tea that's lacking sugar but really!!! I've accepted the scaling back of things such as no biscuit and gravy, smoothies and a thinner steak on the bagel but should I have to accept a lower quality of food? This bagel should have not been served yet unknowingly this is what I got. Fast food shouldn't mean low quality in food. Shame on the McDonald's employee that did this. Employees need to be reminded that presentation means alot.

This is a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge? Yeah right!

They roast single origin coffees onsite and sell them in completely biodegradable pods, which only stay on their shelves for up to 30 days so the coffee always tastes super fresh. They are not like other biodegradable pods you may see for sale elsewhere, these actually ensure you get a fantastic cup of coffee each time. I started talking to the baristas, Lisa and Anastasia, and shared that I used to work for Starbucks and was amazed how the same coffee could taste completely different if it was prepared differently. Lisa promptly took out two bags of coffee and prepared a pour over of each. They were the same beans, but roasted at different temperatures. She gave tastes to me and another customer. It was amazing how different the coffees tasted, and they even had different colors. It was such a cool experience! I bought a box of Columbia medium roast pods, which I've been enjoying every day this week. They have several coffees available to try, along with pastries and made to order sandwiches. It's located in an industrial area, off the main road, but is well worth the trip if you're looking for some delicious coffee. It's become my go to coffee roaster in the Richmond area.

It's so open, vibrant and aesthetically stunning. I love the self serve option for pastries with importance places on sanitary practices. Each customer grabs their own set of tongs to get pastries and provide to staff upon checkout. I love their dedication to high quality cleanliness and sanitation standards. A definite plus! There are so many pastry options both sweet and savory. The presentation of treats is immaculate. It makes you want to try everything. I had to stop myself, haha! I ordered the Boba Brown Sugar Matcha (cold) with almond milk substitute due to lactose intolerance. It was very delicious, especially the brown sugar boba pearls. The cup is so cute and you can tell so much thought was placed in having high quality products. Im saving this cup for alternative use at home. I also had the ube bun however I didn't like it. It wasn't as sweet as I had hoped and the texture inside wasn't pleasant to me. The ube filling was chunky and kinda broke apart. I wouldn't order that again but would love to try other treat options. Staff were really nice and patient. Service was quick and efficient. Pricing is reasonable in my opinion for the quality and presentation. Highly recommended and I will be back soon!

However, the beverage was placed…read morein a medium-sized cup and filled only partially, leaving a noticeable portion of the cup empty. This experience was particularly disappointing, as it did not reflect the quality or value I expected. Additionally, I have noticed a pattern of inconsistency during multiple visits. Each time I come to this location, the drink sizes and preparation vary significantly. This lack of standardization suggests poor management oversight and a need for improved staff training. When I politely requested that my cup be filled more--whether with milk or additional ice--my request was declined stating it was the baristas job to fill it and not there's I even asked if it could be made over so it could be filled even if it was in a small size cup and my request was STILL declined . It is frustrating as a customer to receive a partially filled cup, especially when a simple adjustment could have resolved the issue. No customer should feel shorted on a purchase especially when gas prices are sky rocketed and the way the economy is , at this point I rather make my coffee at home since i can't even get proper customer service spending my hard earned money ! Due to these repeated experiences, I find the service unprofessional and disappointing. As a result, I have decided not to return to this location. I have also shared my experience with others and will continue to advise against visiting based on the lack of consistency and customer care. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve service standards moving forward. Managers name : River

The ambiance was clean and orderly. Upon entering, you grab a serving tray lined with parchment and some tongs. I settled on the pistachio cream filled pecan pastry, the almond twist, and strawberry shortcake. The beverage menu was extensive: matcha, flavored teas, cocoa, espresso/coffee, and more. We were greeted by pleasant staff at checkout and our orders placed in a parchment type bag for take out. They also have seating inside. The pastries were just sweet enough without being overly sweet, which I like. The pistachio cream was a perfect compliment to the pecan encrusted pastry. The almond twist was both flaky and crunchy with the sliced almonds on top, and the strawberry shortcake had layers of real strawberries, whipped topping and yellow cake that was moist. All were fresh. All in all, a great place to stop by for a morning pastry treat and tea/coffee while in the area,
