There is some off-street parking, but depending on when you go, it might be hard to find. There is a private parking lot across the street which would be ideal if they allowed us to park there. Maybe Bruster's can strike a deal. This place is set up for you to walk up to a window. It is very secured behind a glass. The menu is up top and you place your order and wait for your name to be called. There are some benches around the establishment to sit and enjoy your ice-cream. Let me say, the employees are all very nice. Good customer service. This was my first visit. The cashier was friendly. I ordered a banana split which comes with 3 scoops of ice-cream. I was able to change the usually vanilla, chocolate and strawberry scoop to a scoop of Gooey Birthday Cake, Mint Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. It also came with chocolate syrup, pineapples, strawberries, cherries, pretzel stick and whip cream. You can ask for caramel syrup and sprinkles too. On my first visit, I paid full price for the banana split. On my second visit, I came on a Thursday because if you bring a banana, the banana split is half price, so it's $5. It was delicious! The pics with the sprinkles is from my first visit. Definitely go check them out.

I have been Gelati's biggest fan since 2017. But my review today comes from a recent experience--…read moreon 5/29 I came in to pick up a catering order I had placed over the phone a few weeks ago for my Bridal Shower. Unfortunately, it has fallen through the cracks and was not ready. The young lady working that afternoon (I think Nicole was her name? Could be wrong!) reassured me that she was going to fix this, and she didn't care if she had to stay well past her shift end to get it right for me. She called me a few hours after her shift was supposed to end to tell me that it was ready for me, and when I picked it up it was PERFECT. She handled the situation with grace, respect and genuine care for my experience. She came through for one of the most special days of my life, and this is exactly why I wanted Gelati to be apart of it. She deserves everything good life has to offer and makes Gelati's aura shine. You guys rock.

I do not feel guilty taking the kids here to eat a snack. The flavor of the yogurt is very good also. Several flavors have no additional sugars added and/or are fat free. I was very impressed at how diligent the employees were at keeping the toppings bar so cleaned off. With children making their own treats you would usually expect to see the toppings bar pretty messy. Not here, there is someone constantly watching to ensure that no fingers touch the toppings and that the toppings do not get all mixed up. I wonderful experience, the children are always asking to go. They enjoy being able to create exactly what they want to eat. I also enjoy the price, three people can have a very fulfilling snack for $10.

They have a lot of seating and the overall aesthetic is great. I also understand they serve ice cream and a variety of other drinks, including alcohol based. They also have food items. Let me just say my review is based solely on my drink because that's the only thing I had. I ordered a chai latte with almond milk, the total was about eight dollars, which I find to be more expensive than other cafés. The chai latte lacked flavor, with no strong notes of black tea or cinnamon to indicate that it is a chai drink. Honestly, to me, it tasted like hot diluted milk. I took about 3/4 sips before I poured the whole thing down the drain at home. It actually was just bad. Really, I should've asked the barista for another drink as this one was not up to standard. I was so disappointed in this as I was excited to experience a new café. Their menu is soooo extensive and I find with places that have such large menus, they usually aren't good. It's too many items that I guess they never get to perfect certain ones.

My favorite favorite place!!! I love getting my birthday cake from here, a Kentucky bourbon flavor…read more It's bourbon vanilla cake with pecans and chocolate chips with cream cheese frosting. I discovered the flavor through a "cake box" and have been going back for the flavor ever since. Behind birthday cake, the cupcakes are always fresh and moist, with generous amounts of frosting and fillings (as a good cupcake should be). With the exception of the chocolate frosting, which is more of a sticky ganache (in the best way), the frosting tends to be a buttercream consistency. The workers are always kind and knowledgeable of the flavors. Beyond the basic monthly flavors, they rotate monthly flavors and usually have even more flavors from the cake box and slice section.
