Delicious and unique coffee place with delicious ice cream and boozey treats! The cafe is Rock and Roll themed and has decor that celebrates music and retro pop culture. The kids can get tasty ice cream and mom and dad can treat themselves to a "naughty" dessert. Staff are super welcoming and are able to offer suggestions of their favorites! There is a cooler with wine, beer and non alcoholic drinks. They have fresh baked goods too! We grabbed some bagels for the next day. It's a great spot!

Such a great new coffee cafe and more! The coffee is wonderful, as well as the breakfast sandwich's Very comfortable atmosphere/seating too. Definitely gonna be a regular here! Cassie the owner and her crew will take good care of you. Look forward to stopping in for an afternoon boozy coffee or cold beer

16 oz latte $5.00

First time trying this place with a friend. Highly recommend!!! Cozy environment, the gal that took our order was fun and helpful. I got a 16 oz latte and egg, bacon, mozzarella cheese, pesto & tomato on sourdough bread. Yum! The menu is designed to build your own breakfast sandwich exactly how you want it. A lot of choices to mix and match once you pick your main sandwich type and bread type. Each addition add on is $1.00. I substituted mozzarella for the cheddar so no additional charge there. Oh, and if you want to be adventurous, you can add a scoop of ice cream to your coffee! Next time :)

Staff was wonderful, the place is so cute and cozy. I could sit there for hours. The quality of the ice cream and coffee is extremely good! The negatives I experienced were with the food. My bacon egg and cheese sandwich was burnt and tasted like charcoal, inedible. The avocado toast was good but I paid $10 for this (pic shown). They forgot the egg and..... $10 for this? I would return for drinks but never again for food.

The staff is really friendly for a pool hall. The place is relatively clean in the bathrooms are really clean which I absolutely appreciate being that I don't get into the sport of pool, I like to be in a pool hall that is clean and with clean bathrooms while I'm there a few hours as he plays. I had a buffalo chicken wrap and we order a side of onion rings, and my boyfriend had one of the burgers. Everything came out really good. The fries are well seasoned which I love and the honey mustard sauce was delicious with the chicken wrap. We will definitely be back next time I have to try the drinks.

This pool room and restaurant stands in a class of its own, not just as a place to play or dine,…read morebut as a complete experience built around quality, community, and consistency. From the moment you walk through the doors, it's immediately clear that this is not a typical establishment trying to get by on appearances--it delivers substance at every level. Start with the atmosphere. The patrons and staff set the tone, and here that tone is unmistakably positive. People are welcoming without being intrusive, friendly without being artificial, and professional without feeling stiff. That balance is rare. You don't feel like an outsider, even on your first visit. Instead, there's an underlying sense that this is a place where people genuinely enjoy being--and that matters the most. Then there's the food, which frankly outperforms expectations for a venue that could have coasted on its recreational appeal alone. It hasn't. The kitchen clearly takes itself seriously, and the results show. Winning three regional awards isn't luck--it reflects consistency, execution, and a refusal to cut corners. The menu offers standout dishes that would hold their own against dedicated restaurants, not just "good for a pool hall," but legitimately among the best in the area. Now to the core attraction: the pool tables. This is where the establishment separates itself from the competition decisively. High-quality equipment isn't optional here--it's foundational. The sixteen 9-foot Diamond and Diamond Predator tables signals that this place understands what serious players expect. These tables are meticulously maintained, level, clean, and responsive. Casual players will enjoy the experience, but seasoned players will immediately recognize that this is a venue designed with them in mind. Maintenance extends beyond the tables. The entire facility reflects attention to detail. Cleanliness, organization, and upkeep are clearly priorities, not afterthoughts. There's no sense of neglect or slow decline that plagues so many similar businesses. Instead, everything feels intentionally cared for, which reinforces trust in the overall operation. Location matters, and this one is hard to beat. Situated in a safe, upscale southside area, it removes the hesitation some people have about visiting billiards venues. You're not second-guessing your surroundings--you're focused on enjoying your time. That alone broadens the appeal, especially for families. And that brings up another critical point: this is genuinely a family-friendly environment that includes a youth league. The friendliness is not in a forced or watered-down way, but in a way that makes people of different ages comfortable sharing the same space. That's difficult to execute, and even harder to sustain, but it's clearly part of the core philosophy here. Finally, the owner, Thomas Dorsey, deserves mention--not as a token nod, but because leadership sets the ceiling for everything else. His reputation for being genuinely kind and approachable isn't just a nice detail; it explains the culture. Places don't accidentally become welcoming, well-run, and respected. That starts at the top. If you're looking for a place to pass time, you have options. If you're looking for a place to consistently enjoy yourself, improve your game, eat well, and build real connections, this is where you go.

Just finished the State Open, we came into the Tavern 19, sat at a dirty table (was open so we took…read moreit), sat for about 20 minutes, not even a glance by the many staff members who were on shift, and had to finally flag one of them down. I got the Chopped Brisket Salad. When the food finally got there, the salad had no brisket on it. Had to get the waiter to go get it. Flavors were all good, at least the brisket was tender. Everyone else's plate at our table looked good. This comes down to the execution. Very poor. Anyway, some days you nail it and some days you don't.

There are plenty of seating, indoor and outside. Service was nice and attentive, and the food came out quickly. Their menu had a lot of different offerings from burgers, to pizza, to entrees. FOOD: ~Sticky Ribs (4.5/5): actually fall off the bone tender! The sauce was tasty. Only thing was the ends were a little too burnt, but it wasn't inedible - gave that nice char taste. ~Italian Grinder (5/5): Typical italian sandwich, but the bread was so good. The roasted peppers added a nice kick, and the sauce was yummy. ~Fries (5/5): love battered fries! And they were seasoned really well ~Catfish and grits (4/5): the grits were wonderful consistency. Catfish was fried really well and was extremely tender. The sauce was so flavorful, but it was very heavy. At first I was worried about the huge chunks of celery, but thankfully, it didn't have that strong celery flavor and added a nice crunch. A really solid meal, especially for a golf course restaurant!
