Everything is great here except one thing! The only Starbucks without a weather cover. Every time it's raining, you have to get soaked to order! Come on bux, customer service 101!!! read more

Food quality is consistent with other locations. Inside is clean and the service is quick. Only thing is a lack of comfortable seating that I see at other locations. There's a drive thru available which gives it an edge over other breakfast places when you're on the go. read more

This is hands down my favorite location. I always order online and pickup inside or if the line is short I pickup in the drive thru. Sometimes it's not ready but that's extremely rare. They are always so nice and friendly here. read more

I went into Starbucks today to have a study session with my friend. My friend ordered a grilled cheese and they burnt it. She then had to PAY for a DIFFERENT sandwich. I then saw her vaping in the back near the drive thru window. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I would not suggest going to this Starbucks if you want a calming relaxing coffee. read more

Used foul language in drive thru setting. He also thought this was a grammar class. My lavender matcha tastes like hatred

Update: There is one older woman here who works the drive thru who is outstanding and another younger girl as well. The rest of the staff pretty much stinks as far as personality and demeanor go. Also when you mobile order you should be put in the line with the drinks. SEVERAL times I have seen them ignore mobile orders when it's busy and when I ask why people who ordered AFTER me got their drinks first I'm told they're doing them I order. Well well well there's a time stamp on my order so that's a blatant lie. Once I ordered my drink at home via the app (a cold brew at that), drove to the store, and waited 30 mins for my drink. So 45 mins for a cold coffee that is already brewed with water added?!?! Yeah I don't think so. If the store is crazy busy the times give. When you mobile order should be adjusted accordingly. I like this location. It's super busy on weekends but they always have a large amount of staff on hand so you never really have to wait long. Drinks have all been correct and the place is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful! read more

This is my first time visiting this Starbucks and I must say that for the area that it is in, I am very disappointed. It is 11:58am on a Sunday morning and it is atrocious! This place looks like it hasn't been swept in a few days. There is food particles all over the chairs, floors and tabletops. I am not sure what happened in here but for customers to have to maneuver just to sit in a clean seat is a bit ridiculous. This is my first and last time visiting this Starbucks. read more

Amazing staff at all locations They have the best coffee I don't care a lot for water when I go out but I always get water here and they don't charge you for the cup like other places do I'd recommend Starbucks anytime read more

New renovation is so bad! The more I look around and sit here the more I feel like they purposely designed the sitting area to make your stay so miserable that you don't want to stay. The bench seats are too high, the round tables to it are too low. Makes for awful ergonomics. When you lean back, the back pad to the bench seating only comes up to at best your mid back, then your upper back hits a very large, stationary framed art that is hard and uncomfortable. It's not like I'm tall either, I'm 5'-3" and have to hunch down and I can't even lean back. There is no longer any comfy furniture. Everything is this awful wooden furniture that is not fit for people to work at with a laptop. Now for the countertop where they make your drinks, it is completely open to the public. Sneezes, coughs, touching things and all. Gross!! I am not the only person to feel this way either. When it first reopened, another lady expressed her disappointment as well. I gave it another try today and it's so bad. They need new furniture and to put some sort of plexiglass or some kind of barrier that is at least as high as their equipment between their working environment and the general public. Please fix! read more

This Starbucks appears to be an outlier. I paid for my drink, and walked away with two of them. Sure that's great, but after I'd taken a sip of the drink they said was mine, my actual order came up. Checked the label of the one I sipped, and it was for a drive-thru order. I'm all about freebies, but not at the expense of efficiency and quality control. read more

It's Starbucks we all know what it's about. My wife loves Starbucks so I got her a chai latte this morning to start her Friday off right. I don't really feel there's a need to review them anymore unless the service is exceptionally bad. In this case today the service was exceptionally good, however I am just not a big fan of chain coffee houses. read more

Have tried this Starbucks several times. The staff is never courteous and they always seem to be arguing among themselves. It's a convenient location and I would like to say my visits are enjoyable . read more

I love it here! I live about seven minutes from this Starbucks location, which is really convenient. I am currently preparing to take the GRE, and I come to this Starbucks to study. Great atmosphere! It's not as busy as compared to other Starbucks within the Richmond area. I believe this is a much bigger Starbucks than the one that is on Brad McNeer Parkway. Unlike that other location, this one has a big seating area. Plus, the staff here is very pleasant! There is some outdoor seating as well. There's also a drive thru, which is definitely a plus! read more

The coffee is absolutely delicious! I love the frappuccino and dragon drink. The only downside is it's a little pricey, but well worth it!

Chris at this site is amazing. I had tried to order thru Uber and kept getting a decline b/c there was no one in the area to deliver. I called the store and Chris answered and said to try again b/c that happened sometimes. It was rejected again and called the store again and I told Chris it was a friend's birthday and she was leaving the gym down the street and could pick up her order but wanted to give him my cc info over the phone. He said they couldn't do that there but because it was her birthday he would make it for free! I know she has stopped there several times before and I know why he keeps going there. Keep up the good work Chris!! read more

So last Friday night my FIOS was knocked out as a result of those crazy electrical and thunderstorms. I arrived around 9:30 sat in my vehicle while soaking up their free WiFi. Between thumbing my way thru the internet I watched as they workers inside cleaned and swept up the store. I'm not a coffee or tea drinker so I rarely go inside Starbucks unless I'm with a friend. So if loos your Wifi goes out remember to park out front or sit yourself at the tables outside and enjoy read more

This store always goes above and beyond to make the customer feel welcome. I love their Frappuccino!!

I have always been a fan of Starbucks but there always seems to be an issue. I have a dairy allergy and i can only get one drink with my soy options i know there is more but its not on the menu. Also whenever i get my drink sometimes they do mess it up and it doesn't just happen to me. The other day i was in line and at the window to get my drink and i saw the worker put whipped cream in it then realized she made a mistake and decided to scoop it out with another top but dont worry i didn't plan to die today to i asked her to nicely make me another because im highly allergic. But love it its so good when they get it right. read more

I was very pleased when I first went to this location, because I went to the drive thru! When I went one day with my daughter, I was disgusted when I saw the barista preparing the breakfast sandwiches - beard not covered, hair not covered, and no gloves! Also, it seems all Starbucks only have one trash can at a location?? Only one trash can in the entire inside of the café,and then NO trash can if you sit outside! So, I need to go back inside to discard of my trash?? This is not acceptable, and every Starbucks is the same! This should be changed, everywhere! read more

I love this Starbucks and always go here but this morning they disappointed me by giving me the wrong tea that I ordered. Honey citrus mint tea is what I asked for which includes tevana peach and citrus mint tea bags rather than what I got which I believe is the citrus defense tea which is not good to me. I unfortunately relized this after I was at school so I was unable to get a refund or order another drink. I wish they could do better so I didn't have to waste my money on a tea that I did not order. read more

The Starbucks has a drive thru this is so convenient its almost silly not to stop here. (This is true especially on a rainy Monday morning). The staff are all very pleasant very knowledgeable and as much as I go here I have never ever had an incorrect order. read more

This Starbucks has messed up my order every single time I have gone here. Once my order was $8.00, I gave her a $20.00 and she only gave me $2.00 back. It's nice it has a drive thru but that's the only good thing. read more

This place used to be really fast but the last couple times I've been here the drive through has been really slow and they messed up my order. read more

I stop here often on my way to and from work. On my last stop they made the wrong drink. Rather than make it complicated, they gave me the mistake order free and had the corrected drink to me in another 1-2 minutes. They turned a mistake into a good experience. Kudos to them. read more

I get a simple double espresso every day. Unfortunately I stopped at the store thinking it was a nice cute store. They made my drink wrong then when I asked why is the milk incorrect they just substituted it instead of letting me know. They then continued to make my drink incorrectly and had somebody else hand it off to me and quickly shut the window in my face before I was able to. This is ridiculous they were not busy and I do not expect awful customer service when I go to a Starbucks and pay 5$ for a drink. Never coming back. read more

This is the most convoluted Starbucks drive-thru I have ever seen. Depending on which entrance you come in you may have to circle a very large sewage/drainage pond to get in and out of it, and no matter what entrance you go in you'll have to circle the large strip mall building to get both in and out of the drive-thru. If its busy watch out- they'll run out of items, the person taking your order won't know, and when you get to the window, your order hasn't even been started because now you have to choose again. God forbid you get a huge SUV with a gaggle of children in it in front of you when the order takers don't know what's going on. It will amount to a crazy wait in line with no way to drive your car out of the line if its taking too long. Ridiculous place. read more

Not my favorite Starbucks, but the drive-thru is super convenient. I don't know what it is exactly, but sometimes when I get my drink here, it doesn't taste quite right. Also, if you're a smoker, don't smoke in the drive thru. They'll give you a hard time even if you put out your cig before you get to the window. read more

First off where's the coffee at Starbucks? My entire drink was 3/4 milk. Is it too much to ask for coffee at a coffee shop? I don't want that much milk in my coffee. I also watched one of the baristas make a iced americano and fill the cup 1/4 with just water. Watered down coffee? Really? The coffee at starbucks in general tastes mass producers anyways. Come on starbucks you can do better. read more

This Starbucks is so slow! Wait in the drive through is between 10-15 minutes long. Don't go here if you're in a hurry.

This was by far the worst service I have received at a Starbucks. Placed order at drivethru and girl repeated my order correctly only to try and charge me for two wrong drinks. Corrected order only to receive wrong drink again. Still drove away with wrong order and the worst tasting drink I have received at a Starbucks. No apology from worker, only attitude. Sad part is it wasn't even a difficult order, just a nonfat caramel macchiato... read more
