This is a newer location in Richmond, and the ambience is nicer than the other location. I think there's more color and plants and better seating. I found out that their milk teas are DAIRY FREE! What a win for the lactose intolerant girlies like me. I thought that their mango milk tea lacked flavor though.. I still prefer their other location.

This place is an absolutely delight. For starters, the aesthetic is very clean and welcoming. It has plant seating, but it still homey without being cluttered or anything. The ladies working when we were here were very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the style of bakery since you can pick out which pastries you want without having to point in gesture at which one you think looks most appealing to your appetite. I love being able to load it up with as many or a few items as I want. My yelp Bestie and I came on a random weekday morning and there were plenty of spaces available and plenty of pastries on the shelf. We split pastries so we tried a little bit of almost everything. Everything was good, somethings were great, and then some things are completely new and unique, and one of my favorite things I have ever eaten. The potato delight sandwich is like nothing I have ever tried before and I had to buy a second one to take home. It was so good!!!!!!!! it was like a grilled cheese sandwich stuffed with potato salad and pickles. It was phenomenal. Other favorites were the blueberry cream tart and the mango cream tart. The mango was slightly tangy and was great with the sweet cream, and the blueberry cream was just amazing! The drink I ordered was also delicious although I had them leave out the jelly since I'be never been a huge fan of the texture. The Boba were deliciously flavored though, and I'm not usually even a huge Boba fan. They have a great mix of sweets and savory, and we will definitely be heading back here frequently.

Genuinely popped off in quality, timeliness, and price! I saw this place on instagram and it was not over hyped. The original puff dessert was delicious. Also tried the mango cake and a yogurt drink which were good. I also appreciate that the prices here are very reasonable to compared to other boba cafes. Definitely recommend checking it out!

First time trying out Brecotea Bakery, really good & the service was really amazing. Loved the staff, they had great energy. Tried out the Brown Sugar Milk Tea & Some desert they had on display. The setting was pretty nice & fancy. Will recommend this place for anyone who is interested in trying Boba for the first time!

This is a new location, opened about 3 or 4 weeks a go. My co workers and I order from the other location so I am familiar with Brecotea. I was in the area and went to this one not knowing it is a new location. Aesthetically, I love it, the decor, the plants, chairs, tables and colors just flows well. I felt very cozy there. I really enjoyed the environment, I think is the greenery. I went by myself, ordered my tea and pastries and sat down for about an hour reading. This is my first time really trying Asian pastries so I liked that you get to pick whatever you want yourself and take it to pay. Everything I got wasn't bad at all, I did only get sweet pastries. Next time I plan on trying other flavors. I also got Oreo milk tea, I did 50% sugar so it wasn't really sweet which is fine but I didn't really care for it and the boba. Boba was a little too sweet for me. Next time I will do 75% sugar with the Oreo tea. I plan on going back and trying other drinks.

Love that this place is so cute and in Chesterfield! The food is great and I love all the pasties. All the barista people are really sweet! I love that they have a point system and you can get free drinks! I love the fresh fruit cake and the oreo cake. I didn't buy it this time but, I'm tempted to! Next time!

Nice local Asian bakery chain! I really enjoyed the potato salad bun and Black Forest cake. The peach oolong cream cake and sponge cake were also good. This location was very bright and clean, with a good amount of seating. Staff were polite and my order was accurate.

love it!! although This location does seem a bit small or maybe it's just always busy.... I love everything else! The baked goods are so delicious!! It's bright & always clean, you grab a tray and look through the casings to grab what you'd like then choose to dine in or box to go. The drinks are delicious too... would highly recommend the iced latte which is my favorite

This place is so cute! I stumbled upon it and was so glad I did. I only tried the pastries but will be going back for other things as well. The pastries were so good! They were light and airy and were not overly sweet. I got the mango danish and the walnut and cream stick. Make sure you stop in. You won't be disappointed!

Coconut Custard Bun and Ube bun

I tried the Coconut Custard Bun and the Ube Bun, and I really liked both. They were flavorful and satisfying. I also got the Brown Sugar Matcha with boba. It was very good, smooth, and not too sweet. The service was great. The staff were super nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The place was clean, cozy, and beautiful. I do wish the pastries were a bit fresher and rotated more often, but overall, I still enjoyed everything I had. I definitely want to come back and try more!

Quiet, clean, never very busy, wonderful array of sweet and savory breakfast and lunch items. A bit pricey, but unique.

They roast single origin coffees onsite and sell them in completely biodegradable pods, which only stay on their shelves for up to 30 days so the coffee always tastes super fresh. They are not like other biodegradable pods you may see for sale elsewhere, these actually ensure you get a fantastic cup of coffee each time. I started talking to the baristas, Lisa and Anastasia, and shared that I used to work for Starbucks and was amazed how the same coffee could taste completely different if it was prepared differently. Lisa promptly took out two bags of coffee and prepared a pour over of each. They were the same beans, but roasted at different temperatures. She gave tastes to me and another customer. It was amazing how different the coffees tasted, and they even had different colors. It was such a cool experience! I bought a box of Columbia medium roast pods, which I've been enjoying every day this week. They have several coffees available to try, along with pastries and made to order sandwiches. It's located in an industrial area, off the main road, but is well worth the trip if you're looking for some delicious coffee. It's become my go to coffee roaster in the Richmond area.

Steak & Sabor was delicious and delicious! Popped into Steak and Sabor after seeing it on my Yelp…read morerecommend and it did not disappoint! The service was phenomenal with our server being so kind to walk us through the menu and make multiple recommendations. We decided on the pork arepa and the steak platter which came with 2 sides, we got the fries and yucca. The steak was extremely tender and flavorful but the Arepa stole the show for me, filled with cheese and veggies. It was juicy, crunchy and just a perfect balance. A fried cornmeal patty with a fun filling may become my new go to thats how good it was. They also have some nice house sauces, one spicy and one mild which definitely elevates the dishes! My favorite was the mild green sauce which had a lovely herby undertone. The restaurant itself has a good mix of bar seating and low top tables, it was a bit cold inside when we walked in but they had a nice electric fireplace going which made the space very cozy. Definitely give this place a shot and try the Arepa! It is also definitely big enough for two if you want to try something else!

The greeter was as expected, very pleasant. The menu offered is a bit more limited than the previous establishment, absent my favorite, Cachapa, as well as drinks such as chicha and Parchita. I opted for the chicken patacon made with green plantains and the fried yuccas. The patacon was flavored well, though smaller than what I'm accustomed to. The yuccas were crispy on the exterior and soft on the inside. All in all. Not a bad experience. And while I most likely won't go out of my way visit, would definitely visit if I was in the area.

Calming spot to grab a treat, get some work done/journal, or catch up with friends in an aesthetic and modern cafe. Ordered the paradise tea with mango and avocado. I loved the textures and layers of flavors. The drink was filling and lasted me a while, not watery but refreshing. The mango tasted fresh and avocado creamy. I haven't tried the pastries at this location, but have at their other Richmond cafe. Great cakes and buns made fresh in-house. Easy to find parking at the lot outside. Service is pretty quick.

The ambiance was clean and orderly. Upon entering, you grab a serving tray lined with parchment and some tongs. The items are in a glass enclosed display that you have to open and place your selections on your tray for purchase. I settled on the pistachio cream filled pecan pastry, the almond twist, and strawberry shortcake. The beverage menu was extensive: matcha, flavored teas, cocoa, espresso/coffee, and more. We were greeted by pleasant staff at checkout and our orders placed in a parchment type bag for take out. They also have seating inside. The pastries were just sweet enough without being overly sweet, which I like. The pistachio cream was a perfect compliment to the pecan encrusted pastry. The almond twist was both flaky and crunchy with the sliced almonds on top, and the strawberry shortcake had layers of real strawberries, whipped topping and yellow cake that was moist. All were fresh. All in all, a great place to stop by for a morning pastry treat and tea/coffee while in the area,
