OMG !!! I finally tried the famous 7 Brew. I LOVED IT. The young lady that took my order was Aaliyah. I told her how this was my 1st time and she was so excited. She explained the Menu and didn't rush me at all. I had an Iced Medium caramel macchiato. Delicious!!!!!! The price was excellent and the drink is the BEST I've ever had. Sorry Starbucks and Dunkin these guys are AWESOME!!!! I can't wait to go back. Honestly I want to love 7 Brews so bad! It's reminds me of Dutch Bros but something about it just doesn't wow me! Their customization is great and their variety of options are great however the price just doesn't justify the customization variety. I have tried their energy drinks multiple times with my own syrup choices instead of the preset ones but it still doesn't do it for me! It's always a bit busy but it will never replace a quick gas station stop for redbull and a soda. Service is amazing though, and they seem to be very up and coming in the area! read more

I was a little surprised that the local is walk up or drive thru only so be prepared. Someone came outside to take my order, she was super friendly. My drink was ready in less than 3 minutes and they had a line. I ordered the cinnamon roll, while the drink was sweet it didn't give cinnamon roll. Coffee is good but the girl that gave us our drinks was super rude. (Had 2 long braids and half her hair was bleached). We asked which drink was which and she said "the lighter one has whole milk - DUH" super rudely. Such a great little drive thru coffee shop. They offer a good, solid group of flavor options for S/M/L hot coffee, iced coffee and chillers (I'm guessing this is their Frappuccino option). I went with the German Chocolate large hot coffee made with coconut milk and it was delicious! My friend, who is not a flavored coffee drinker, tried it & agreed it was a nice afternoon pick me up coffee. The drive thru line is a double line and was LONG around the building but they come out to your car, get your order and it's ready very quickly once you get to the window/drink station. Both people I dealt with were very friendly & upbeat. The only confusing part was how to actually get into the parking lot so you could get inline. The entrance that made sense was blocked to only an exit (I'm guessing due to the lines going around the building) so you have to go in from the mall side and drive around the building to get in line. Yes, it did take us two tries to figure this out, lol. Overall I wish this was on my side of town. If it was, I would definitely be a frequent customer. Not any cheaper than Starbucks but it's nice to support a local coffee shop (I guess they aren't a chain? Not sure). Plus the flavor selection is great and service is spot on. read more

Went on the first Saturday afternoon after they announced that they opened. The line was long, but I will say they attempted to keep the line moving as quickly as possible. Multiple employees took orders a as you wait. It is strictly drive through, but has a walk up window. No indoor seating. I ordered an iced large classic mocha. It tastes like iced hot chocolate. I finally got a chance to see what all the hype was about and I was definitely pleased. So, what I thought was kind of coffee shop/fast beverage carry out turned out to be a drive thru! The line was long, but moved pretty fast. I scanned one of the QR codes for the menu. The menu is small, but you can create your own drinks which makes it that much bigger. All of the staff were amazing! My drink, the Blondie with cold foam, was soooo good! I got regular sweetness, next time I'll go down on that. My son got a vanilla peach milkshake and it was gone within minutes! He couldn't put it down. I would definitely go back, but it's so far from me. I hope they open up a few more in the Richmond area. read more

We've seen 7brews in Jacksonville and it always had a long line so I was excited to hear it opened in Richmond. The line was VERY long at noon on a Saturday but it went by relatively fast. Lots of options to customize your coffee or soda. Coffee was excellent and everyone working (they were definitely fully staffed today) was so friendly. We will definitely come back. read more

When we got there the line was long but the service was very quick and efficient. The employee who took out order was kind and everything came out quick and correct. However neither me or my husband enjoyed our drinks. We each had the cold brew his has Irish cream and cold foam, mine was brown sugar cinnamon with cream. They somehow tasted both watered down and bitter. Maybe we just don't enjoy this locations cold brew and I would be willing to give this another try. read more
