The serving was huge and I could have easily shared this with 6 people and I felt this justified the price. I could not finish it all so I asked my child to put it in the fride. The next day, I removed all of the strawberries and reheated the chocolate. With whatever chocolate was left over, I put over some grapes. It was delicious also. They roast single origin coffees onsite and sell them in completely biodegradable pods, which only stay on their shelves for up to 30 days so the coffee always tastes super fresh. They are not like other biodegradable pods you may see for sale elsewhere, these actually ensure you get a fantastic cup of coffee each time. I started talking to the baristas, Lisa and Anastasia, and shared that I used to work for Starbucks and was amazed how the same coffee could taste completely different if it was prepared differently. Lisa promptly took out two bags of coffee and prepared a pour over of each. They were the same beans, but roasted at different temperatures. She gave tastes to me and another customer. It was amazing how different the coffees tasted, and they even had different colors. It was such a cool experience! I bought a box of Columbia medium roast pods, which I've been enjoying every day this week. They have several coffees available to try, along with pastries and made to order sandwiches. It's located in an industrial area, off the main road, but is well worth the trip if you're looking for some delicious coffee. It's become my go to coffee roaster in the Richmond area.

I usually end up buying five bags every time I go in there. I have been getting them ground and they happily will do that for you, but I'm now trying the whole bean and grinding it myself and wow! This experience was particularly disappointing, as it did not reflect the quality or value I expected. Additionally, I have noticed a pattern of inconsistency during multiple visits. Each time I come to this location, the drink sizes and preparation vary significantly. This lack of standardization suggests poor management oversight and a need for improved staff training. When I politely requested that my cup be filled more--whether with milk or additional ice--my request was declined stating it was the baristas job to fill it and not there's I even asked if it could be made over so it could be filled even if it was in a small size cup and my request was STILL declined . It is frustrating as a customer to receive a partially filled cup, especially when a simple adjustment could have resolved the issue. No customer should feel shorted on a purchase especially when gas prices are sky rocketed and the way the economy is , at this point I rather make my coffee at home since i can't even get proper customer service spending my hard earned money ! Due to these repeated experiences, I find the service unprofessional and disappointing. As a result, I have decided not to return to this location.
