Went here on a Sunday morning. There is no dedicated parking space; it will on the street. The spot is cozy and I imagine when it gets busy, there won't be enough seats for everyone. There are a variety of waffles to choose from. You can also customize your own. Their waffles were good but not extraordinary. Piggy egg berry waffle had bacon, eggs, strawberry and blueberries. Grandma waffle had eggs, breaded chicken strips, strawberry and blueberries. House chicken and waffle is breaded chicken tenders with Cap'n Crunch on top. You can get the waffles half or whole. I paid $27 for two waffles. They opened up three bags: one for the frozen premade tenders, one bag for tater tots, and one bag for pancake mix. I gave this place two stars because, honestly, for the price we paid, we were really let down. We had a tater tot waffle and a plain waffle (just dusted with powdered sugar), plus chicken tenders, and it was all just reheated frozen food. The tenders were cold on the inside and tasted like frozen tenders dropped straight into grease. One bright spot was there was one super friendly person inside, but the rest of the counter staff were pretty dismissive and rushed us through ordering, even though we were the first ones there and excited to try. I love places like this - local, creative, low key and friendly. On a long walk with the pup and craving something sweet. It was by chance we were near the place and decided to try it out. There is a huge menu of all kinds of creative waffle with fixings. There is sweet, savory and sweet savory! I chose the latter with a captain berry waffle. It has captain crunch, blueberries, chocolate sauce and bacon bits. I like the mixture of savory and sweet, though I didn't get any flavor out of the powdered form captain crunch. From outside it didn't look like a breakfast restaurant but the indoor was really good . Lots of seats inside and outside to sit and eat . Asked for a latte with extra shot and it was really good . They obviously had tons of waffles but I'm not a big waffle guy :( I like bagels and other breakfast varieties but they didn't have it. Hidden gem for some breakfast right in the heart of downtown Richmond! I went with the double liege pearl sugar waffles with strawberries and powdered sugar and these gems were an amazing option. Fresh and bursting with flavor, you'd never get tired of going back to these waffles time and time again. Another guest in our party had a full Belgian waffle that came with Oreos, M&Ms, strawberries, powdered sugar and whipped cream and my, oh my, was this waffle something to marvel at. Despite a valiant attempt, about a quarter of the waffle was left standing by the time the white flag was raised. Another guest has a Belgian Waffle with blueberries, Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal crumbles and whipped cream and big praise came with this offering, as well. We also split a quarter hash brown waffle for the table which was dynamite and left us wondering why we have never made this at home ourselves. Time to give it a shot! My friend got a gluten free waffle and was very pleased as well. It's a small shop so keep in mind you wanna be in and out semi quickly. I purchased the 1/2 western which has queso, tons of spicy jalapeños, dried tomatoes and a green pepper onion medley with soft scrambled eggs on top of a half waffle. The flavor blend was a 10/10. I use the code because it looked much easier and faster, especially with a line at the counter. Torn -- I was torn between ordering a sweet waffle with fruit, ice cream and whip cream or a savory waffle topped with eggs, sausage and vegetables. I decided to be adult about my selection and order the savory waffle with a pineapple mimosa to keep it company. The prices were reasonable, the waffles were freshly made and the service was cheerful and friendly. I'm glad my friend happened upon this place and we made a plan to eat here, it was an awesome brunch and very satisfying experience. The only thing that would've made this five stars is if the syrup couldn't been heated up.
