This location NEVER gets my order right anymore. And I don't order customized items, I just order them as they are SUPPOSED to come. Grande Nachos ordered straight off the menu, got home and there's no sour cream, no guac, no pico, no shredded cheese. Just the chips, meat, and cheese sauce. Literally like half of what I paid for is not here. Side of guac for over a dollar? It's a tiny cup, less than half full. Last time, my Nachos Bell Grande didn't have sour cream or pico, and I didn't even get the (half portion) of guac that I ordered and paid for. Taco Bell please tell me why I spent $11 for a cravings box when my cravings haven't been met, but appalled when I see and smell this. Health code violation I'm sure. Worst order ever! I had to give a star to write the review, but they deserve no stars! They couldn't get the order right, then they couldn't fill the order correctly. They didn't put one order in the bag and totally messed up the other one. Our first clue of impending dining disaster should have been the Folks were getting out of drive thru line and going in to get their orders corrected. Unfortunately, we didn't check ours until we got home. We will never go back to this location. For the meal not in the bag, we actually went to the Taco Bell near Rockwood and ordered which is the better Taco Bell for service and quality of food. read more

Not too bad. I eat here once in a while- I've only been through the drive thru. I used to order a Mexican Pizza (i think that's what it's called) and a supreme taco; it would just taste bland and like soggy cardboard with mild sauce on it. Their supreme tacos wouldn't have sour cream on them, just loads of lettuce and cheese. Now i order from the $1 menu and get a Shredded Chicken Quesadilla Melt. I, for some reason, really enjoy this. This Taco Bell rivals Wendy's for being the worst drive thru in midlothian. As I type this I've been sitting in park in the drive and thru line for ten minutes-ridiculous. To top it all off, I verified at the window that my order didn't have lettuce on it; was told it didn't. Opened it to check (because I've played this game before) and OF COURSE it has lettuce so now I get to go back in and have them remake it. They then proceed to take back my entire bag of food instead of just the two things that need to be remade (WHY!?) and I get to wait for ten more minutes while they figure out HOW TO NOT PUT LETTUCE ON A CHALUPA. I ordered online through the app for pick up the veggie power burrito and a few other items for my kids and they messed up my order and made the veggie power bowl instead of the burrito. I went back in to say I ordered the burrito, the manager said something about, people get made because the burrito doesn't have rice. I showed her the order and specifically ordered the BURRITO not the bowl and could they just add the veggie bowl to a tortilla make it a burrito. She said to the guy making the orders make this chicken bowl to burrito, I said it's veggie no chicken. I do not eat meat. I was craving a Mountain Dew Baja blast and a cheese quesadilla with NOTHING but the cheese on it and we ordered it just as we wanted, but as soon as we got home there was chicken and the jalapeño sauce! I ended up just leaving with what they gave me because I gave up. All I wanted was a chalupa with potatoes, gauc, and pico. That was too difficult for the genius' working. I ordered nacho fries and a Mexican pizza to go. Whe ordering, Jordan C regarded me with a snide demeanor. When I addressed the messy food, he scoffed and brought it back to the kitchen to be remade. The kids were begging for Taco Bell and this one is closest to our home. Honestly, I read the review on Yelp and was hesitant to try this location. We stopped after being in the car all day driving in from Florida- it was 11pm. I don't think any person working a drive through window has ever been as sweet and patient as the young lady that helped us. Our order was 100% accurate (and we ordered a lot of stuff). Food came out super quick and the line kept on moving. Very pleasant experience. My husband visits there often and says that he always has a positive experience. read more

When I go to Taco Bell, I'm looking for cheap food, not authentic Mexican food. It's silly to compare all restaurants the same. "You get what you pay for," rings true, even in the restaurant industry. I have not seen anything that really stood out to me, as far as gross, or just totally unsanitary. It is not clean, clean...but it is far from dirty. I have seen much MUCH worse Taco Bells! One thing that absolutely makes this Taco Bell stand out from the rest, is its staff!! One person, in particular, that keeps us coming back for more, is Benji. He has been around for a while now. Every time my family visits, there are tons of new faces behind the counter. But, we always love seeing him there! He seems to really care when he asks how we are doing! He remembers our order, and if it isn't too busy, brings it out to us! My family had had it with Taco Bell and had been discussing a new go do family go to place. Then Benji started working there. As long as he is there, we will continue on as regulars! I am not a fan of drive through, so getting my order right the first time isn't a huge deal. When they have gotten something wrong, they always apologize and fix it right away.
