Instead of responding politely, an employee named Rose' became argumentative and told me I needed to "take it up with corporate." He even commented that the food "must be good because you came back." There was absolutely no reason to argue with a customer over a simple request. If he wasn't authorized to provide extra toppings, a polite explanation or asking a manager to step in would have been the appropriate response. Instead, he came across as arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. What makes this even more frustrating is that the rest of the staff at the MacArthur Las Colinas location was friendly, courteous, and genuinely willing to accommodate customers.
