This is their pick 2 flat bread. What a joke!! Also part of the order missing. How hard is it really?

This is their 12$ flatbread pizza. What a Joke!!! And part of the order wasn't right as well. How hard is it really?

This location is not my go to. However, they are close to work and a medium sandwich with chips is sometimes enough for two meals for me, so it's useful on a busy day. The food here is good, on par with other locations. They have a variety of sandwiches, salads, pasta and pizzas. The ingredients here are relatively fresh as well and the bread isn't stale. It's a good choice for a lunch that's filling and tasty. The issue with this location is the service. It's hit or miss and I just need more consistency than that. In fact, I've often stopped going here months at a time due to service alone. There were three visits where they mixed up my order. When I get a sandwich, I always get the chicken. On those occasions they gave me turkey and turkey was also on the receipt, so the mistake was with the order taker, not the kitchen. The first time, a fluke perhaps? After the second time it occurred I started double checking the receipt and made them fix it while I waited. They weren't super apologetic about it. This was a big deal to me because athough their chicken is really good quality, I do not like turkey deli meat and theirs tastes terrible in comparison to the chicken. Then there are periodic issues with getting customization or ingredients right. This happens in drive thrus and I haven't kept count because that is to be expected from time to time. What I don't appreciate is when I get attitude for a customization. I used to get a water when I didn't already have some at work. I got such a third degree so often, I just stopped bothering. I get being worried the customer might think it's free, but there is informing me there is a fee and then there is eye rolling and telling me I should just get a soda. Really? Did I ask you for an opinion on my hydration level? What's with the attitude on such a simple request, especially when I say I'm not worried about the cost, I would just like medium water. They give me the same headache if I ask for it with no veggies. Sometimes I know that I am not going to be able to eat it right away and I don't want veggies getting soggy. Why is this a problem? Responses range from confused to incredulous. Today it was 'Is that all?? Don't you want pesto or something?' The manager needs to train them on reigning in the commentary and providing service instead. There's plenty of other places in the area to get lunch, so I'll keep this an occasional stop. Besides, there is an awesome location near my home that has great, fresh ingredients with friendly service. Food is still good, service isn't always great but it's a few minutes out of your day to deal with. Don't get a large drink here, the lids always pop off. Make sure you check your order before you leave the property. Don't get the turkey. Otherwise, you should be fine!

We had an 11:00 AM reservation and noticed plenty of open tables and booths (though I'd still recommend booking ahead just in case!). The food was incredible: Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast: I wasn't even hungry when I arrived, but one bite of this sweet masterpiece changed everything. Highly recommend! Croque Madame: My friend ordered this and loved every last bite. Kids' Flatbread Pizza: Smelled amazing the second it hit the table--super garlicky! Her daughter devoured it, and after trying a bite, I'm already eager to come back and try their other flatbreads. Our server was fantastic--attentive, friendly, and fast with both drinks and food. I'm already planning my next visit with my husband. I know he's going to love it as much as I did!

I had notified the restaurant in advance that we were celebrating three birthdays. The food was somewhat mixed. The Chicken Alfredo lacked seasoning and was underwhelming, while other dishes, including the meatballs and chicken parmesan, were satisfactory. I personally ordered a pizza, and it was excellent. It was easily the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the service significantly impacted our overall experience and is the primary reason for my low rating. Our server, Casey, was not attentive or welcoming throughout the visit. One member of our party requested a simple modification to his order while she was still taking orders, but her response came across as irritated and unprofessional. Throughout the meal, she never checked on our table to ask how the food was or whether we needed anything. Despite being informed of the birthdays in our group and being told by management that complimentary birthday desserts were available, these were never offered. The most disappointing interaction occurred when I requested a refill after my drink had been empty for quite some time. Rather than acknowledging the request or apologizing for the delay, she appeared visibly annoyed and rolled her eyes. When she returned with the refill, she handed it across another guest instead of bringing it directly to me and immediately walked away without saying a word. Additionally, the automatic gratuity was not disclosed until the end of the meal. While I understand restaurants may have gratuity policies, communicating them upfront helps avoid misunderstandings. Overall, while some of the food was enjoyable, the lack of customer service and professionalism left a lasting negative impression. Service plays a significant role in the dining experience, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations. Based on this visit, our group is unlikely to return.

Culinary Mastery in Flower Mound: A Transcendental Pizza Experience…read more It is a rare occurrence to encounter a dining establishment that treats the humble canvas of dough, sauce, and cheese with the reverence of a fine art gallery. Yet, tucked away in a pristine, modern shopping enclave in Flower Mound, **Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza** is doing exactly that. As a connoisseur who has traversed the country in pursuit of the perfect pie, I can say with unequivocal authority: this is not merely a meal; it is a masterclass in culinary composition. The Atmosphere of Excellence From the moment you cross the threshold, the experience is curated with precision. The environment feels fresh, intentional, and inviting. However, the true heartbeat of the restaurant is the service. In an era where genuine hospitality is increasingly elusive, our server, Claudia, operated at a level of executive-tier care. Her ability to balance professional attentiveness with a warm, family-oriented touch, even proactively engaging our four-year-old with a dough ball, was a masterstroke of guest relations. The floor management followed suit, providing not just oversight, but narrative depth, sharing the remarkable history of the founder's O1 Visa, a rare, prestigious designation reserved for individuals of "extraordinary ability." It is fitting, then, that the kitchen produces work of such caliber. The Gastronomic Journey The prologue to our meal, a Caprese salad paired with house-grade bread, oil, and balsamic, set a high bar for quality. The tomatoes and mozzarella were remarkably vibrant, possessing that elusive, sun-ripened depth that screams farm-to-table integrity. Then, the protagonists arrived: The Elisa: A triumph of balance. The interplay of ricotta and mozzarella provides a lush, creamy foundation, while the white truffle oil elevates the profile without overwhelming the palate. The addition of honey and black pepper creates a complex, symphonic finish that keeps the taste buds yearning for the next bite. It is, quite simply, an exercise in culinary restraint and harmony. The Star Beckham: A visual and structural feat, the star-shaped crust, filled to the brim with ricotta and bacon, is an architectural marvel. Removing the red onions allowed the savory depth of the bacon and the brightness of the basil and ranch to coalesce into a flavor profile that feels both innovative and deeply satisfying. The Traditional Pepperoni: Even the most basic offering was executed with technical perfection. When a four-year-old, the most honest of all food critics, declares it the best pizza they have ever consumed, you know the foundation of the dough and sauce is impeccable. We were further impressed by the beverage program, specifically the Mastri Birrai Umbri Blonde Ale. Its crisp, clean finish was the perfect accompaniment to the richness of the cheeses, proving that the beverage curation is just as thoughtful as the menu design. The Final Verdict We left Flower Mound with empty boxes and full hearts, the memory of the meal serving as the primary topic of conversation for the entire duration of our road trip back to El Paso. A "great" pizza can be found in many corners of Texas, but an *extraordinary* pizza is a distinct privilege. Mister O1 does not simply feed you; they transport you. My only professional grievance is the significant distance between El Paso and Flower Mound. If you find yourself anywhere near the North Texas area, treat this as a mandatory pilgrimage. It is, without reservation, a must-visit destination for anyone who treats pizza as a serious culinary art form.

He never made us wait for anything and was very polite. 2 Stars Food: We ordered (essentially) 4 pizzas and a Caprese salad. The Caprese was fantastic. I like a little more sauce on mine with a bit more "tang" to it, but it was still good. Crust on all were that perfect crispy that would hold up to just holding it from the end crust. 1.5 Stars Overall: Good pizza, and next time we will try the "Extraordinary" pizzas which have ricotta stuffed in them. 4.5 Stars
