Ingredients were good quality, however, requested crust seasonings were omitted, and jalapeño ranch cups were missing. Thin and crispy Pepperoni Magnifico was dry and devoid of flavor. Came in wanting pizza for dinner. It was after 5pm so it was busy. We walked in, placed our order and waited for a good 30-45 minutes. It was a good thing they had a few table to sit. When our pizza came out we decided to sit in and eat while the pizza was fresh. Pizza was not bad, the pizza crust on the bottom was crunchy which I liked. have used this location for about a year and it's been consistently good to above average. However the last two visits have been horrible. Thought it was just an outlier when the pizza I ordered was haphazardly made, two inch wide crust on one side, none on the other side, fell apart when taking a slice and under cooked. Gave them another shot and it was even worse. Crust was very thick on one side and paper thin on the other, one piece of topping on each slice, they even somehow sliced the pizza into 13 slices some an inch wide and again under cooked despite ordering it well done. I don't complain about service but this was very uncalled for. We usually order in once a month. We have never had such a bad experience with this location before. When we received the pizzas we ordered they didn't even look appealing. I lost my appetite. The customized order I placed wasn't even what was on the pizza. So instead of me eating dinner with my children I was on the road to take this pizza back and make sure I had normal looking pizzas. I bring the pizzas back to the location and Lucas the manager says there's nothing I can do for you but give you your money back or make new ones, he wouldn't even give me my money back for the extra toppings I didn't ask for. I would give it 5 stars, but I can't only because there is a driver who comes to deliver my pizza and she doesn't use the pizza bag, she just hands the pizza to you. A lot is going these days but she has been doing it all along. Today she delivered and ADDED her own TIP. Not cool. I tip every driver in cash when I order, but not her. I called back to Marcos was told they will remove the tip. Petty I know , I TIP WHEN THE SERVICE IS GOOD. Absolutely love this place! We ordered during their first week of being open and fell in love with their pizza. We then started trying other stuff in their menu like the wings and the subs and so far we have no complaints. I usually order online and have it delivered within 20 minutes or so, I don't think it has ever taken them longer than that. Our school was having training near this location, so a couple of us decided to come here to eat lunch. Coco was the only person working at the time we came in, but she was very courteous with taking our orders. Since this was our first time there, she gave us some free cheesy bread (which was very tasty and good). I had the pizza and it was very good, the bread was crisp and the toppings were plentiful. Horrible customer service, and the pizza was undercooked.. We have had pizza here once right after they opened and it took well over two hours so we got the coupon in the second part of this. When we did get the pizza after waiting that long is was extremely undercooked and the toppings were not very fresh. I didn't really want to try them again but we had the coupon for a free medium one topping pizza. So I decided to give them another try and when I called to order I asked to pay for a second topping however much it may cost I was told absolutely no by the manager! Had the worst pizza experience ever. Went there yesterday, and had about 20 minutes to spare because I had to get to a meeting. I thought "surely I can get a medium in 20 minutes". That was not the case. Not only did the pizza take 35 MINUTES, it was WRONG. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and got a small cheese. How can you possibly screw up an order that badly?
