And I wanted to try the new Gyro, but they were over $12. there is a gyro place across the road that sells them for about $8 I think. Come here when you want a better sandwich that subway and jersey mikes. They do basic turkey sub and turn it gourmet. Extra points for amazing service and the pickles are worth coming here. 10/10 read more

The owners of this location are absolutely spectacular. Not only do they support their local community, schools, and teachers out of their own pockets, but the customer service is top notch. Jimmy Johns First time ordering delivery by my self and it was easier then I thought it would be. When it arrived it only took 15 minutes to arrive to me. It was expected cuz I was less then a mile from Jimmy Johns from were I was at at the time. The delivery man was friendly to me when I got my food. The sandwich had a good ratio of ingredients and they were all fresh veg and sliced meat. The rolls at Jimmy Johns the bread is what a lot of people love about Jimmy Johns is the bread and its probably the biggest reason why people say it's the best place to eat sandwiches. The bread was not fluffy which is not a bad but the bread was tender and had good crust on top. The shape of the bread is nice and smooth on top and looks like something on a commercial. Overall the bread is pretty good or better compared places. read more

We usually love Jimmy John's. We ordered and apparently went to the wrong house. We have a Ring and there was no delivery. We called to rectify the problem, and they sent out the order again. My daughter was waiting outside and had to flag the girl deliver driver down because she was once again going to the wrong house. When I called, I was argued with by workers and the manager, and the delivery driver was raising her voice denying it all in the background. They said they would cancel the $50 order. We will see! Had two, less than optimal, experiences with the location in Coppell. Spouse ordered a mini and a regular for lunch and she was charged for two regulars. For some reason she wanted to have a couple of sandwiches for dinner. Ordered mini and a regular sandwiches and was again charged for two regulars. On top of that they didn't include both sandwiches in the bag they gave me. And we called them back and they made us another so we drove back (30 minutes round trip). When we opened both sandwiches, the one we had for 40+ minutes was like a wet sponge and was not the one I had ordered. Couldn't win at this place today. My advice is to really pay attention to your orders from this location. While the food is OK, I'm not going back. read more

I was super hungry and it was getting late. Despite the negative reviews I deceived to give them a try since they are close by to me. My favorite is the lulu. They guys weren't super friendly but they weee polite and respectful. That's all you can ask for these days. They made my sub fast and correct. I only had about 3 pieces of meat as well, so next time I will pay to double my meat. Overall, it was a great experience. I gotta give them credit. I'll get some pics on my next visit. read more

Eh, it was ok. It's not like a sandwich is my favorite thing in the world, but with so much competition out there, you got to step up your game. As a chain, I like Jimmy Johns. Their 8 inch beats out a lot of other places for the price and they have a better variety of sizes. I like their bread and they are indeed freaky fast. I don't care for their delivery area but I'm biased, I am a tenth of a mile outside of my local stores delivery area. I ordered the Big John which is roast beef with lettuce, tomato and mayo. The tomatoes were soggy and lettuce was starting to wilt. Also, the roast beef didn't look medium rare. Frankly, once I removed the tomatoes, it was still pretty good. However, a third of the way through it started to fall apart. The Jimmy chips are very tough, greasy and will scratch the hell out of the roof of your mouth. Based on the size of the sandwich, I don't even think a side is necessary. It wasn't a bad sandwich but when you got Jersey Mikes, Erbert and Gerbert and even Schlotzkys doing the same thing, you got to bring your A game. The one in Denton is better than this location. Again, it wasn't an awful experience but I don't feel the need to return any time soon. read more

I can't comment on the food because I ordered for a friend. I went to this location thinking they still had 30 minutes left till closing but they were already closing the shop. The gentleman allowed me in and gave me the most exceptional service. He was so kind to let me in and after they already cleaned up, made the sandwich and threw in a cookie. Not freaky fast, put in my order with no one in front of me and they proceeded to make 3-4 trays and 10 sandwiches for online orders in front of me. A warning would have been nice, to know that I would be waiting 10-15 minutes for "fast" sandwiches. Good communication goes a long way. read more

I really appreciated the young man that was there. He was the African American gentleman with dreds. He was very pleasant, made excellent suggestions, and so sweet. I haven't been to this location in quite a while because they always seems to mess up something on my order. I was in kind of a hurry today so I decided to stop in and grab a sandwich to go. Ordered a #13 and sprouts and cut in half. Pretty simple order. I get to my office and I got a #13 with Turkey on it and it wasn't cut in half...I just do know what to say. They weren't busy. I just can't/won't come here any more. I will go out of my way to go to another Jimmy Johns location (say the Denton Tap/635) one when I am craving a Sammy. During this crisis my company has ordered almost once a week for about 6 weeks now and it is very disappointing. I've had the ham, roast beef, and turkey sandwiches and their sandwiches look nothing like the pictures. They have been putting less than a 3rd of the meat it seems like in the pictures which means I'm eating a bread sandwich with less meat than the remaining condiments and the even less amount of lettuce, tomato, etc. Not going to let work order from there again with there being better options in sandwiches. read more
