What an above and beyond experience!!! I went with my friend to attend their mommy and me event. Wow, it's was such a great feeling to be there, seeing all other moms with their kids, it was a good noise ambience and so well managed. So when we walked in, it was completely full, but they arranged some table and chair for us, Facilitated with mommy and me activities, helped in ordering- wow what a service. The people were very polite, knowledgeable and kind. Although I have tried and loved their sandwiches, never knew they serve really good coffee and their chicken fil a Minis were sooooooo good.... we got one box free with one purchase because of the event - cool, isn't it? I definitely recommend them for their food, coffee and yes the events they do.... read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Carrollton, Texas

The drive through is great but eating in is another story. Missing straw for the kids drink. Missing toy with the kids meal. Dirty tables and benches. What's going on. Going to stick to the drive through. read more

I pull into the drive-thru on the inside lane, sit and wait a couple minutes. Then some worker on the passenger side tells me I'm in the mobile order pickup line. This is a first at a Chick-fil-A that I have seen. Evidently I missed some sign telling me this was the mobile order line. But now I'm told I have to drive around and try the other line, and wait. This affords me the opportunity, once I have an open lane, to drive away forever. I cannot tell you if the food is good or not because I'm not going to eat here . Me and my $12 will go elsewhere. Hmm, I'm thinking Schlotzsky's read more

I usually order ahead of time with the mobile app, so I almost always use the Mobile-Thru lane. I am so happy this location has separate lanes for both drive-thru and mobile orders so that I do not have to walk in to pick up the food or wait behind others in the drive-thru lane. My biggest gripe lately had been with other drivers who end up sitting in the mobile-thru lane and blocking traffic for people that did order online. There are signs, but at this point a clearer sign may be needed with how much more often this has been happening. Long lines end up forming because of it. I personally use the app because I plan on picking up my food at a certain time to make my schedule work, so huge delays caused by people refusing to use the drive-thru lane is frustrating. It usually takes an employee or other angry drivers to get people moving out of the lane. Sometimes some items are missing. The times I have reported it, the staff have been very accommodating by either letting me come back or receiving a reward for that item so that I can order it another time. read more

I mean its Chick-fil-A! There is no wrong order. The team is great, order is always correct, and its reasonable timing - I prefer to use the app for accuracy! Get some chicken! Xoxo. read more

This location is the worst. Mobile order is never ready, or started upon arrival. I'm missing food, I'm missing sauces, I'm missing drinks and straws. Every time. The last time is today. read more

Poor Kellie can't read. I love this Chick Fil A and their mobile order line. Even if I don't mobile order, I just go in the right-side drive-thru lane. Good job on standing your ground on having two separate lines to make lines move faster. I will spend an extra $12 here next time. read more

Super friendly staff and clean restaurant! I got breakfast menu of sausage, egg and cheese muffin, egg white grill, chick fil a chicken biscuit and hash brown. I was very satisfied with everything I ordered. read more

Today, I go to the drive-thru, where I have been many times. There was no employee to take orders in the drive-thru line, but there was one in the app line. It was raining, so I figured she had moved over. So, I pull into the App line. I waited for the car in front of me, she was taking her order! Then I pulled up, and the employee was on her headset. I waited, and then she told me she could not take my order because I was in the wrong line. But she had just taken the order of the car in front of me. She then just walks away and moves over to the other line. So, I drive through the window, waiting while the two cars in front of me get their orders. I pull up and tell the person that the woman would not take my order. Then the male employee told me that I had to drive around to the other line because that was their policy. He did not even let me explain that there was no one in the other line to take my order and that she had taken the car before me in this line... their order, and they were also in the app line. Both employee encounters were extremely rude. I feel they were in the wrong, not me, since there was no one in the other line to take orders, and they just took the previous car's order in the app line! This is extremely bad management and PR. I cannot tell you how many times I have been forgiving of the personnel. They are usually teenagers out in the drive, clowning around. Several times, I have gotten home only to find my order was wrong and missing items. This location is giving Chick-fil-A a bad name! read more

First bad experience! I had went into the wrong lane. I don't understand why they have separate lanes for in person and mobile yet no staff directing. It was confusing. I waited 10 minutes at least. It wasn't until I got all the way to the front that this young snarky girl said, sorry you have to go around. Another girl wanted to still serve me but the other one with an attitude said, "policy." I get policy but she was so rude. Never had a bad experience with Chicfila before. Just this location. read more

Today was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Chick-fil-A. They took so long on my order messy atmosphere all the tables were dirty. None of the employees were helping me out the manager seemed like she had no in control of the place. and the tap machines were down and they had me waiting 10 minutes for a drink by the time I got back to my table. My food was cold. then they didn't offer anything to compensate my food being cold. read more

The new Chick-fil-A in carrolton is a lot bigger with plenty of seating. The layout is interesting with the line to the cashier being straight down the middle. There's a play area for kids but it gets pretty loud, guess it's not too sound proof. Staff was amazing as always and was quick to redo and messed up order! They all had cow face masks on which was a fun touch read more

So many idiots go through the mobile thru line and order when they get to the menu which defeats the whole purpose of going through mobile thru, because of this, a lot of times just going through normal drive thru is a lot quicker read more

A bad salad from Chick Filet, how does that happen. This is the 2nd All ICEBERG Market Salad that I have gotten from this location. Brown iceberg lettuce, no mixed greens at all. Do I have to give up my salad from here? Yes, no more salads from this location. read more

The prices went up, the portions are smaller. I started going in, but the wait is much longer. Twice the fries have been cold while the chicken is hot. Four skinny tenders with cold fries and water for almost $11? I love it, but there isn't any value at all. Really not worth it anymore read more

Avoid this location if possible. My order was entered incorrectly and the cashier was hesitant to correct it. I asked for no cheese, my item came with cheese. They also did not include the 12-piece chicken nuggets(in my bag of food) , which I was charged $8 and some change for. Disappointed, especially on wasted money! read more

My second review of this place after giving it awhile and a second chance. Ordered pickup at a non busy hour and had to wait 15 minutes, 10 of which were after it said my order was ready. Was not given my sauce, watched the employee pour me regular lemonade instead of diet (I know this is frivolous but for someone watching calories it's not) and had a fruit cup where the apples were brown. I tried one and it was most definitely expired as it was bitter and tasted rotten. Genuinely the worst chick-fil-a location I have ever been to. read more

This location has issues. I love Chick-fil-A, but they definitely had a staffing issue today.

The past four times I've ordered here they have given me the wrong sandwich or the modifications are incorrect. I like that it is so close to my house but due to inconsistent service I will be driving further out instead. read more

I didn't realize they had separate lanes--one for mobile ordering and one for the drive-thru. Although it was mentioned on the signs, the font was small, so I missed it. I waited in the mobile order lane for about 10 minutes when a manager came out and asked if I was having trouble with the app. I told him I didn't have the app, and that's when he explained the different lanes. I asked what I should do, and he gestured for me to pull forward, so I assumed they would take my order and that I'd know for next time. However, he went back inside, and I ended up waiting another ten minutes before I finally drove o read more

I rate this location 4 stars within the fadt food universe of rating scale. While I would not eat my own (chicken) fingers, I would still rate as yummy. I base my rating on food selection (not all chick fil a has breakfast burrito) and staff who maintained the founder's service spirit. Today I was served by counter staff who was busy yet maintained a good spirit (Thank you GRACE). I note this location because it does stand out from other Chickfila locations. Keep up the great work and continue to follow the servant leadership path! My rating scale: 1=Stay home and fast or eat dirt 2=I am psycho hungry and someone is paying 3=Average and I am hungry 4=Tasty yum yum! 5=OMG, I ate my fingers too! read more

I was given the wrong sandwich I didn't realize until after I left the drive thru. I called spoke to someone said they would put a free sandwich reward on my account for the inconvenience it never happened. Calling in ahead is a waste of time. Drive-thru is quicker and waited 5 minutes for drinks while the food got cold with an open bag before being put in the mobile pickup area. Cold fries and a long wait even though the food was supposedly about to be dropped off at the mobile pickup. read more

Great catering order for a holiday party. Everyone loved the food, as expected. The restaurant was great to work with and had everything packed up and ready to go when we picked it up. Thanks, Chick-fil-A! read more

Everything, down to the fruit in the fruit cup, is always exactly like the picture on the site. Fast and friendly.

New store location, guessing new staff and horrible service. Believe this my last visit. This crew doesn't tell customers "it's my pleasure" just totally different vibe here. Also food never consistent. Don't have a problem mgmt act as if you are the problem. read more

Chick-fil-A is always great, but this place can almost never get it right. Constantly getting missing items or just takes 30 min to get a nugget meal. Ridiculous. There's always something wrong read more

Usually Chick Fil-A is a safe go-to for lunch. Today they were very disappointing. Watching the delivery live tracker, it showed the driver two streets over delivering my food. I called the restaurant, and the manager stated the driver said "He spoke to the customer and delivered the food." How did he speak to me when my cell phone did not ring at all. This debacle cost me my lunch break. I never thought I would say this, but Chick-Fil-A will never receive my business anymore. I know they have millions of customers and my few dollars means nothing, but I am cool on them. read more

6-2022. 8+ years of this location and it has only gotten busier. The covid pivot worked well. The 2021 Easter bunny event outside was great! Photo op and take home activity was perfect for my granddaughter. The Delivery and pick up options kept us full of great food. I think the dining room is open but I haven't dined inside for years. The drive thru is very efficient but they are always packed. The line is always wrapped around just like every other CFA location. The food and service are great. The taste has always been consistent. We've been using the delivery option, and enjoy the occasional free delivery reward. Our choice these days is breakfast. The egg white grill is very good but every time we order it the cheese is melted all over the foil wrapper, if that could be corrected it would be perfect. We choose the fruit cup option for up charge and the breakfast meal is $14. Plus delivery fee plus tip. Gets expensive. I've also ordered several catering orders here without issue. This location has always had the order ready and packaged with sauces and the serving utensils. Only had an issue once when I ordered in the drive thru and they forgot my fruit cup. I had to circle back around and the owner brought out my fruit cup with an apology and a coupon card for next time. This is our home store so will definitely continue to visit this location. read more

Chick-fil-A - 6-2022 Egg White Grill (very good but so much lost cheese) - Fast Food Near Me - Carrollton, Texas

The absolute worst Chick-fil-A-they don't even bother to acknowledge you while waiting for pickup at 1025AM-waste of my time

I LOVE Chick-fil-A but this specific location (on old denton rd) has let me down multiple times. Employees are always rushed and not smiley at all. I order the same thing every time and I always get a different variation of problems. I always ask for extra pickles on the side and make sure to clarify and I either end up getting NO pickles or I get the normal amount of 3 pickles that are already on the sandwich. I always ask for 4 ranches and this specific time I only got ONE. CFA is usually very good about making it up to you but after so many mistakes I will be driving the extra few minutes to visit a different location. :( read more

We placed a larger breakfast order to take us thru college move day. My food so was disappointing. My chicken egg on English muffin was horrible. The english muffin was hard, the chicken tasted over cooked. The side of hash browns tasted over cooked. The only decent thing was the bottled orange juice. I see why I'm not a Chick-fil-A FAN!! read more

Stopped by for quick lunch while running errands Fast service and almost no wait time at all in the line. Food was served fast . Had the combo that comes with waffles fries, a drink and the chicken deluxe sandwich. Topped it off with chic fil a sauce and Texas hot sauce. Chick-fil-A - Eel Chicken Sandwich Deluxe Chicken Sandwich Deluxe - Fast Food Near Me - Carrollton, Texas

Spent 15 minutes in the drive through line. Get to order and the lane was for online ordering only. I told the guy that I just needed a bottle of water, can he take my order. He rudely said no, you have to read and go around the building and get in line again. Very disappointed, never had this type of customer service from CF. read more

Delicious food and if you use the mobile app to preorder then pickup time is super fast.

Multiple issues with this location. 1) 3 of the last 3 orders have either had missing items, half filled fries, no utensils or napkins. I asked the person today to please tell staff to slow down and double check orders. 2) Today I waited in my car until the app notified me that my order was ready. I came and waited for 9 minutes till the food was brought to me that was sitting on the counter (it was ready, but they didn't bring it to me). 3) I witnessed no less than 5 people not wearing masks correctly. One person was completely without a mask, and the blue shirt manager in charge had his mask pulled down past his nose and mouth. Seems really irresponsible right now not to be enforcing the correct usage of masks. Will not be returning back here for the foreseeable future and will be sending feedback up the chain. read more
