My salesman Albert was friendly, professional, and never made me feel rushed. He even took the time to drive me to my bank so I could pick up a cashier's check to pay for it in full, which I really appreciated. Once I returned, the finance department had everything ready, and the paperwork was completed efficiently. From the start of my appointment to driving off the lot was just under two hours, making the buying process much smoother than I expected. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is the pricing structure. The advertised price was very competitive, but the vehicle also included a protection package that I was told was mandatory. But even with that package, the final price was still lower than comparable 2023 Konas I found through Carvana and Carfax with similar mileage/accessories (sunroof, upgraded display, etc.), so I do feel that I received a very fair deal. I simply would have appreciated greater transparency about the final price from the beginning. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and with the customer service I received from Albert and the finance team. If the pricing had been presented a little more transparently upfront, this would have easily been a five-star experience. If I'm ever again in the market for a used car, will definitely give them a shot in the future.

She was incredibly friendly, helpful, responsive, honest, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. Best of all, there was absolutely zero pressure at any point. I never felt like I was being "sold" a car. It felt more like I was dealing with someone who genuinely wanted me to be happy with whatever decision I made. I'm very particular about my cars, and I had a few concerns before purchasing this one. I wanted the exterior to clean up really well, so Blanche had the vehicle professionally detailed for me. Afterward, it looked fantastic. I also wanted to have an independent pre-purchase inspection performed. Her response was basically, "No problem." She made the process incredibly easy and gave me absolutely no resistance whatsoever. The inspection came back excellent overall, with the only real item being front brake pads that would need replacement soon -- nothing unexpected on a used vehicle. The X5 had only one key when Blanche received it, and I told her that having two keys was important to me. Again, "No problem." She arranged to have a second key made for me at her cost, which saved me a significant amount of money compared with what I would have paid elsewhere. Blanche truly gives new meaning to the phrase "going the extra mile." Even the actual purchase process could not have been easier. I had already arranged financing through my credit union and arrived with my check. From the time we sat down to complete the paperwork until I was finished, it took literally about 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it. It was easily the fastest and simplest vehicle purchase I've ever made. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life -- easily 15 to 20 or more -- and this was, by far, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Not even close. I couldn't be happier with the X5, and I couldn't be more impressed with the way Blanche handled the entire transaction from beginning to end.
