To make matters worse, when I returned the vehicle, I was told the gas tank wasn't full, even though I had filled it completely just before drop-off. I was forced to drive back to the gas station, waste more time, and take a video of the pump clicking off to prove the tank wouldn't accept more fuel. Absolutely ridiculous. Between the poor cleanliness and the unnecessary hassle with the gas, this was one of the worst rental experiences I've had. I expected more from Avis.

Returned my rental here. One note if you are coming off interstate 10 and on South haven drive,…read moremake sure you turn right at east airport drive. There was no signs saying to turn right. Afterwards then there is signs on where to go. The person who greeted us on the return was really nice and friendly. She asked us how our rental was and if we had any issues with the vehicle. Overall a pleasant return. They have a shuttle service that goes to the airport terminals. Keep in mind that terminal 4 is one of the last stops on the shuttle. So it takes about 20-25 minutes to go around the airport before it gets to terminal 4. Make sure you have enough time allocated for this.
