Wanted a BMW but was analyzing the options of a better economic car like a Honda, Toyota or Nissan that would also hold its resale value down the road due to a new job that would be requiring daily travel. I had my eye on a BMW that Top Quality had. I finally went there and test drove the BMW. Joe, the owner Of the mechanic shop there went with us and told me all that had been done to the car and what still needed to be done. The car was in great condition and drove great despite the remaining part that had to be changed. Joe has been there for 30yrs and that speaks volumes for his reputation and was a plus to start of with. After returning, Issa came out and we were talking and he showed me all the work that had been done to it and as you know, working on BMW's is not cheap! I had a couple other cars to look at and returned two days later and purchased the car. I will say that my credit was sub par due to my previous lemon law car that I had to rack up CC charges for rental cars until it was bought back. My down payment was a large one as I knew any finance company would want that larger down payment due to the credit score issue but after a short while, I was approved and signed all the docs. The final part came in and Joe went to work and was able to pick up the car a couple days later. Joe and his mechanics went the extra mile on making sure the car was in tip top running condition before letting it go. Also, the first oil change is on them! I I am a good judge of character and this is definitely a place to not only purchase a vehicle from but to have tour vehicle serviced there as well! I purchased a Ford F-150, and the moment I drove off the lot, smoke started coming out from under the hood. That should tell you everything you need to know about the condition of their vehicles. I immediately tried to resolve the issue by contacting Jose, the salesman who handled my purchase. Instead of helping, he kept giving me the runaround every time I called. After repeatedly trying to get answers, he suddenly claimed there was no warranty, even though it hadn't even been 30 days since the purchase. Completely unacceptable. The customer service was terrible, the communication was frustrating, and it felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid taking responsibility. This has been an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. Buying from this place was a huge mistake, and I strongly warn anyone considering it to take their business somewhere else. His mechanic stuck the bolt that holds the calipur into the stripped steering knuckle or spindle. The mechanic knew it was stripped and let me drive that way without a warning.
