Next Ruben was able to find the specific vehicle I requested and get me low Interest Financing (4.24%) on a Pre-Owned Vehicle. Simple and Easy Process working with this dealership, thank you Ruben!

Ruben returned my call expeditiously; without rushing me off the phone he courteously answered all my questions. We set up an appointment for the following morning. Everything was done efficiently; nothing was left in question. I'm giving this business five stars for a job well done and pray all the greatest success for his future. God bless you Ruben thanks again for such a smooth professional transaction. P.s. The picture that I'm posting was not the car we purchased, just one gorgeous car for sale that he allowed my son to sit in and dream about for the future!!!

When I came here it was a completely different experience everything was upfront and nothing shady at all. Also when they say they give the best price they are not lying. I don't post a lot but have to on this one....Was in the market for a car and had been looking for…read moresome time for one. Looked at junk and test drove junk! Wanted a BMW but was analyzing the options of a better economic car like a Honda, Toyota or Nissan that would also hold its resale value down the road due to a new job that would be requiring daily travel. I had my eye on a BMW that Top Quality had. I finally went there and test drove the BMW. Joe, the owner Of the mechanic shop there went with us and told me all that had been done to the car and what still needed to be done. The car was in great condition and drove great despite the remaining part that had to be changed. Joe has been there for 30yrs and that speaks volumes for his reputation and was a plus to start of with. After returning, Issa came out and we were talking and he showed me all the work that had been done to it and as you know, working on BMW's is not cheap! I had a couple other cars to look at and returned two days later and purchased the car. I will say that my credit was sub par due to my previous lemon law car that I had to rack up CC charges for rental cars until it was bought back. My down payment was a large one as I knew any finance company would want that larger down payment due to the credit score issue but after a short while, I was approved and signed all the docs. The final part came in and Joe went to work and was able to pick up the car a couple days later. Joe and his mechanics went the extra mile on making sure the car was in tip top running condition before letting it go. Also, the first oil change is on them! I I am a good judge of character and this is definitely a place to not only purchase a vehicle from but to have tour vehicle serviced there as well! Thanks Issa and Joe,,,I'll be back to see what you got on my next vehicle!

Jonathan from AutoXit was extremely pleasant to work with from start to finish of selling my car…read more It's my first time doing anything like this as I've always traded in or sold my cars directly at a dealership, so obviously thoughts of legitimacy arose. The TLDR: this is legit and the process was better/faster than going through a dealer. Highly recommend! I'm located in NorCal but Jon made it happen by booking a flight basically the next day upon the sale agreement. Communicated with me through the entire process which was comforting to know that this was real and that I could trust him. Unlike going through a dealership, this process was made extremely easy and almost effortless. Explained all the docs I was signing, allowed an opportunity for me to retain copies of the docs, and made the whole transaction super smooth. Check was already made out to me and given to me during the transaction. Jon is a super chill guy and easy to talk to, but make no mistake he gets the job done and makes you feel confident in your decision to work with him. I'd highly recommend AutoXit to anyone who's on the fence of giving them a try - GIVE THEM A SHOT!! Thanks Jon!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!…read more This was hands down the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. The vehicles here are overpriced, poorly maintained, and clearly not inspected properly. I purchased a Ford F-150, and the moment I drove off the lot, smoke started coming out from under the hood. That should tell you everything you need to know about the condition of their vehicles. I immediately tried to resolve the issue by contacting Jose, the salesman who handled my purchase. Instead of helping, he kept giving me the runaround every time I called. After repeatedly trying to get answers, he suddenly claimed there was no warranty, even though it hadn't even been 30 days since the purchase. Completely unacceptable. The customer service was terrible, the communication was frustrating, and it felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid taking responsibility. This has been an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. Buying from this place was a huge mistake, and I strongly warn anyone considering it to take their business somewhere else. I will be contacting a lawyer and pursuing legal action to resolve this situation.
