DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! This was hands down the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. The vehicles here are overpriced, poorly maintained, and clearly not inspected properly. I purchased a Ford F-150, and the moment I drove off the lot, smoke started coming out from under the hood. That should tell you everything you need to know about the condition of their vehicles. I immediately tried to resolve the issue by contacting Jose, the salesman who handled my purchase. Instead of helping, he kept giving me the runaround every time I called. After repeatedly trying to get answers, he suddenly claimed there was no warranty, even though it hadn't even been 30 days since the purchase. Completely unacceptable. The customer service was terrible, the communication was frustrating, and it felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid taking responsibility. This has been an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. Buying from this place was a huge mistake, and I strongly warn anyone considering it to take their business somewhere else. Worst Dealership Ever! They couldn't even get an oil change on the vehicle before selling it, they said they sell cars as in. Any reputable company would make sure the car AT LEAST has an oil change before selling it to the community. They don't do good business and are very rude when you try to reach out. It had a bad catalytic converter amd they replaced the radiator 2 times then the thermostat which I told them that the first time . The car I got the breaks are worn out, it has a oil leak that I had to change every 3 weeks, needs motor mounts. He had asked me to take it back to his mechanic all so he can lie to my face twice. In June 2021 I trade my Mercedes-Benz for a BMW. Now almost a year later the Mercedes Benz is still under my name. I receive tickets, fines from the Toll 91, Irvine and street cleaner tickets. I asked to speak to Sunny. He was the one that helped us with the trade. I did not hear from him. I send emails, no respond. Only promises he would call back. I spoke recently to Jose the manger. He seen what a ridiculous mess I was in. He said "I yelled and told him why he has not done this". I send the picture fines to Jose. On my birthday May I received another fine. I send another picture message to Jose. He called back promising everything will get resolved. I was very upset. Suddenly I received a called from.. Sunny! Basically stating the car belonged to another dealership and they have not changed the name and he doesn't understand why. Never apologized to me. Asking me to go and send him the fines. Like if this is my fault. He is irresponsible and unforgiving. Till this day 05/17/2021 nothing has happened. The only reason he called me was because I told Jose I was going to take illegal action. I purchased a vehicle from Mentone Auto Center on 11/15/2018 I told Fernando the sales person I was kind of scared to purchase a used vehicle, Fernando then promised me that the vehicle was great and it would not leave me stranded. Well the following Day 11/16/18 I drove it about 30 miles when the heater hose blew. leaving me and my 3 year old stranded. I messaged Fernando the sales person a video of the issue, Fernando then called me and sent his mechanic to take care of the problem. As soon as the mechanic arrived I asked him since it was a hose that carried the antifreeze to engine if it wasnt gonna affect the engine. he said no because I didn't drive it very far without antifreeze. but then he also mentioned to me that He didn't know why they sold me that vehicle he never checked it like he usually did with all other vehicles. On 11/19/2018 I took it in again because I connected my OBD machine and it pulled a code P0300. so that scared me since it means it was a misfire on a cylinder. Sunny the owner told me ill have my mechanic check it. they did, the mechanic told me it was an inactive code. Fernando said you see there is nothing to worry about I told him well it is something to worry about engine work is expensive. I left but still had that inactive code in the back of my mind knowing sooner or later I was going to get a CEL and I did a little bit after I hit the 1,000miles on 12/23/2018 once again I put the OBD machine and it pulled 2 codes P0300 and P0301. I took it in again on 1/3/2019 I wanted to talk to the owner Sunny which was impossible to do so. So I Talked to a young man as Fernando wasnt there yet. The young man explained to me that from what Sunny the owner and Fernado the sales person had told him, the mechanic was going to check it to let me know what was the issue but if it need any repairs I would have to pay out of my pocket. The mechanic checked it he pulled the spark plug wire of cylinder 1 and it was broken he said that was going to be the issue with the misfires I said ok great. but now I had to purchase the full set of spark plug wires he changed them and we cleared the codes. he stated you should be fine now. I was very thankful thinking that was the issue but No it wasn't like that at all as soon as I got home about 10 miles away from Mentone Auto Center the inactive code came back again I was going to pull into my driveway when the CEL came back on. now I have it at a shop and the work is going to be a little bit over $2,500.00 would of probably been better off purchasing from private party for less than the $11,000 I paid them to have a non drivable Chevy Tahoe. Very disappointed and to think I was gonna send my daughter to purchase a car there Not! Take your mechanic or OBD machine with you if your thinking of purchasing a vehicle there. Great customer service but after check gets cut to them the customer service is non existent. Oh thanks For saving me $15.00 on spark plug wires!
