    I can't say enough positive things about Kelly. She absolutely rocks! She truly wants her customers to be happy with their purchase. Kelly is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about her Jeeps AND off-roading. She should give classes for us newbs. In addition to vehicle sales, they do mods and service for your vehicles, too. I highly recommend Kelly and The Auto Locators. I feel like I'm part of the family.

    I've been shopping for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for 2 months. I live 90 miles from this dealership and over the last week I have been working with Kelly. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and provide me lots of photos of the Jeep. Tonight I drove up from San Diego and had the best car purchase experience I've ever had! The Jeep was exactly as described and Kelly had all the paperwork ready to go! She was very professional and organized. I appreciate the time she and the staff took to help answer my questions and allow me to get all the details before driving up. Thank you so much for not just my sweet wrangler but for being a true professional during the entire process!

    Best dealership I have every been to. They go above and beyond with quality inspections on the vehicles, lay out the car fax and details like I have never seen before. Best part is they are very personal and you know what you are buying unlike other used car dealers I know of. I would buy over and over from them knowing you can trust they are telling you everything they know about the car.

    I found this vehicle on True Car app. I sent the sell (Auto Locators) a message regarding my interest in the vehicle. I got an immediate response. Kelly Love (I know I was thinking the same thing, what a cool name "Kelly Love") messaged me back and a time was arranged. The vehicle was clean, low miles and the price was right. A lady walks around near you with a bouquet of flowers. You'll later see them sitting on the finance desk. He's gonna tell you some lady comes in selling flowers and he can't resist buying them for his wife. Yeah right! That's designed to get you to think he's a nice guy. He's gonna "call in favors" to get you good deals with on extras, the rate, whatever. No! You may have gotten those anyway. He'll tell you he's "calling in a favor" to reduce your interest rate? NO! You already qualified for that better rate (buy rate). They initially gave you a higher rate (sell rate) so they can later "save you money" to afford that extra warranty or whatever buy reducing the rate back down towards what you qualified for. He'll tell you he's gonna "buy down the rate" so your payments will stay the same with the extra items. This works far too often. The vehicle is good (so far) but the finance area lives up to the "used car salesman" reputation. A good learning experience for my sister.

We worked with Matin and his manager Alfonso (AL), both of whom were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and presented us with several options that matched our needs. After discussing everything, we chose a vehicle that was actually located at another dealership but Matin personally went to pick it up and brought it back for us, which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding. There was no pressure to add extras, though they did clearly explain available options so we could decide for ourselves. The finance team was efficient, and the whole process was smooth we were in and out and driving our new car in no time. If you're looking for great service and competitive pricing, I highly recommend Metro Hyundai. We'll definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks again to the team!

    12/23/2025 Purchased…read morea new Hyundai SUV this year, so came in for a oil change. Made an appointment online for 10:00am. Arrived a bit early, but they did not take it the car until 10:07am. Service given: Oil & filter change, tire rotation, software update, multi point inspection, courtesy car wash. - Was staying for the entirety, they said the wait time is about 1 hr 30 mins. I waited a little bit more by 4 mins. - The waiting room was clean. There was a large leather sofa and a couple of comfy leather arm chairs. Also, two large desks with a divider as well. Cold and hot drink stations were there and snacks were available for customers. - Limited internet connection. No music, which is a good thing. Because random radio station music playing is the worst! - There was a large tv screen and finally staff turned the tv on to the Food Network for the customers in the waiting room. - Customer service was very good! Friendly and courteous. They came in and updated long-waiting customers on their cars. - As any waiting room for car service, there was light AC, so bring a jacket if you get cold easily. Also, there were double doors right next to the arm chairs and it never fully closed every time someone walked outside, so there was a cold draft coming in. Today's weather was gloomy and windy too, so that didn't help. But overall the ambiance of the room was clean and it was a good space to wait in. - Car was washed and vaccummed too, but they did not wipe down the whole car, as they anticipated there will be rain. So it was just dripping wet with water. But it would have been nice to walk outside to a nicely wiped down, clean car. - Given my overall experience, I would return for other services. Recommend booking online first, so there is no additional wait time!

    If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchased a 2019…read moreNissan Armada from this dealership just 4 months ago, and the entire experience has been nothing but problems. From the start, sales reps Phillip and Juan had us waiting nearly 7 hours before pressuring us into a car we didn't even want, acting like it was our only option. We trusted them and went through with the sale because we needed a reliable vehicle. Four months later, after only 12,000 miles, the engine suddenly failed with a major compression issue. Every time we talked to someone, the explanation changed. First they said it was the fuel injectors. Then it was the engine. Then they claimed the injectors caused the engine failure. Nothing added up and nothing was consistent. Andy, the warranty representative, told us the third-party warranty denied the claim. After that, we were basically told we were "burnt," and that there was nothing they would do to help. No responsibility, no solutions -- nothing. Only after pushing the issue did Valerie, the manager, finally mention maybe trying to contact Nissan of America -- something that should have been looked into immediately, not as a last resort after we were left with no options. At the end of the day, we are now stuck with a $25,000 loan for a vehicle that only lasted 4 months before the engine blew. We literally paid $25k to drive a car for four months. No customer should have to go through this, and no dealership should operate like this. This is my honest experience. If you value honesty, accountability, and basic customer service, go somewhere else.
