This is about a month late. I spotted this truck on the lot and spoke with Bruce who was very friendly. I had an older 92 Ford F-250 4x4 that I had to sell first. After selling it, Bruce and I settled on a fair price and I took the truck home. A big thank you to everyone at Advantage Auto Center. We had been checking out trucks most of the day to see what was out there when we came across Advantage on yelp. They had great reviews and so far my experience with yelp has been been pretty accurate to what other reviews were stating. That said, our experience was great. The salesman Bruce was extremely knowledge and very genuine. After other places we had been to this was so refreshing. Best part is that it didn't stop there. Darren was great as well and worked with us to get us where we needed to be price wise. We didn't use financing so I can't speak as to what they offer in regards to that, but I can tell you we were in and out quickly. Never did we feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. In fact, I would almost say the opposite. They wanted you to feel comfortable with your decision. The truck is clean and runs great. They even offered for the stock headers to us at no cost and this was after the sale had been completed. We will definitely be back the next time a need for another vehicle arises. I searched for months online looking for a truck. I came across a used Titan being offered by Advantage Auto Center. They were also listed on USAA.com as an authorized vender which made me feel like I could trust them a bit more. The price was very reasonable so I called them ten minutes before they closed to ask some questions about the truck. I got straight answers so I decided to make the drive to see the truck. Bruce came out to the lot and introduced himself and ran to get the key. I went through the vehicle end to end and found it was actually in better shape than I had anticipated. My hands were greasy from checking fluids, belts and hoses, so again Bruce ran to get me a rag to clean my hands. I took it for a test drive and decided I was going to purchase it. Never not once did I get the feeling that I was being tricked, scammed or forced to close the deal. They provided the Car Fax report and the contract was typical but quick. They had one part (a license plate light) on order and offered to bring it to me when it comes in. While I was waiting for the contract to get completed I saw a worker outside wiping down the truck. Bruce told me that is the owner of the lot. I was impressed that this guy who owns the joint was out there working with his team to offer the best product. The entire process took less than two hours and most of that was me going through the vehicle. I got a great truck for a very good price and I am very satisfied. They are friendly, not pushy, and have fair pricing. If you're in the market for a car or truck and live in the I.E. you might want to give them a chance. read more

We bought a car on March 2. There was a slight noise so they took it to their mechanic. We were told that he didn't know what the noise was but it wasn't anything major but they would only sell it to us as is. We shouldn't have trusted them. That was our fault. April 26 the transmission went out and now we know why they sold it to us as is. For the past two weeks they've been telling us that they were going to do something to help us out because they stand behind their products. Darren kept telling us he was going to talk to the David, his partner, to see exactly what they'd do but that they were going to help us. We had to take it to our mechanic to have it fixed ASAP since this is my only vehicle. They have now told us that they aren't going to do anything. Keep in mind they knew that we were taking it to our mechanic while they said they were going to help. DO NOT buy anything as is from them. Chances are they know it's something big. They seemed like upfront and honest people but unfortunately they aren't. They don't check their vehicles, or their mechanic doesn't. My car barely had any oil in it when purchased. My parents also bought a vehicle from them a week after I did & both vehicles needed the air conditioning fixed. Be VERY CAREFUL when buying from them. I regret recommending them to family & friends and I will not continue to do so. read more

He estimated a LOW ballpark of about $6,000 in repairs. Said the bottom of the truck was completely rusted out.
