I needed to purchase Toyota Pink Coolant for my Highlander, so I searched online to find the best…read moreprice. I came across Toyota of Redlands and noticed that their online price was very reasonable. I called ahead to make sure they had plenty of the pink coolant in stock. I also asked if the online price was the same price I would pay if I purchased it at the dealership. The employee I spoke with confirmed that the online price was the same as the in-store price, so I decided to make the trip and purchase the coolant. When I arrived, I was greeted by Adrian in the Parts Department. I explained that I had called a few days earlier and was there to purchase the Pink Coolant. However, when Adrian gave me the price, I noticed it was higher than the online price. He explained that the online price and in-store price were different. I told him that the employee I had spoken with previously had specifically confirmed that I would pay the same price at the dealership. Although the previous employee had given me incorrect information, Adrian handled the situation in a way that really stood out to me. He could have simply charged me the regular in-store price, but instead, he took the initiative to honor the online price as a one-time courtesy. I was very grateful for what he did. It wasn't necessarily about the price difference--it was the fact that Adrian took ownership of the situation and made sure I left feeling valued as a customer. His professionalism, understanding, and willingness to make things right turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. Overall, my personal experience with the Toyota of Redlands Parts Department was great, and Adrian's customer service made a lasting impression on me. In my personal opinion, I would definitely recommend their Parts Department in my personal opinion. I will also be returning in the future whenever I need Toyota parts or accessories. Thanks again, Adrian, for going above and beyond!

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with Toyota of Redlands today. I have always…read morehad pleasant experiences here in the past, which is why today's experience was especially disappointing. I brought my car in because I had been hearing a noise coming from the driver's side for several weeks. After waiting a little over two hours, I was contacted by Steve, the service manager, and was told that there was nothing wrong with my car. I explained that I disagreed with the diagnosis because I could clearly hear the noise while driving. I was told that they have the best technicians and that if the technician didn't hear anything, then there was nothing wrong. I was essentially told that if I continued to hear the noise in a few more weeks, I could bring the car back and wait again to have it checked. As I was walking out, I decided to stop and speak with someone else because I knew something was wrong with my car. Thankfully, I spoke with Alex, who was extremely kind and helpful. He brought over Jimmy from the body shop, and these two gentlemen immediately took my concern seriously. They took me outside and quickly found a large nail in my tire. I was shocked because this was something that should have been identified during a thorough inspection, especially after I specifically brought the vehicle in because of a noise coming from that area. Jimmy then got in the car with me and took it for a drive. Within 10-20 seconds, he heard the exact noise I had been complaining about for the past three weeks. This was despite being told that the technician, Robbie, had completed a full diagnosis and found nothing wrong. I am very confused and concerned by this experience. If Alex and Jimmy had not taken the time to listen to me and actually investigate the issue, I would have left believing there was nothing wrong with my car -- when there was clearly an issue that was noticeable almost immediately. I am extremely grateful to Alex and Jimmy for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to listen to me when I knew something wasn't right. They are the reason this issue was finally identified. However, I am very disappointed with the way my concerns were handled by Steve and with the diagnosis performed by Robbie. This experience has left me questioning whether my vehicle was actually inspected as thoroughly as I was told it was. I have trusted Toyota of Redlands for my vehicle, and after today, I hope management takes this situation seriously and looks into what happened. Customers should feel confident that when they bring their vehicle in with a specific concern, that concern is genuinely investigated -- especially when the customer is telling you they can hear and feel something is wrong.

Wanted a BMW but was analyzing the options of a better economic car like a Honda, Toyota or Nissan that would also hold its resale value down the road due to a new job that would be requiring daily travel. I had my eye on a BMW that Top Quality had. I finally went there and test drove the BMW. Joe, the owner Of the mechanic shop there went with us and told me all that had been done to the car and what still needed to be done. The car was in great condition and drove great despite the remaining part that had to be changed. Joe has been there for 30yrs and that speaks volumes for his reputation and was a plus to start of with. After returning, Issa came out and we were talking and he showed me all the work that had been done to it and as you know, working on BMW's is not cheap! I had a couple other cars to look at and returned two days later and purchased the car. I will say that my credit was sub par due to my previous lemon law car that I had to rack up CC charges for rental cars until it was bought back. My down payment was a large one as I knew any finance company would want that larger down payment due to the credit score issue but after a short while, I was approved and signed all the docs. The final part came in and Joe went to work and was able to pick up the car a couple days later. Joe and his mechanics went the extra mile on making sure the car was in tip top running condition before letting it go. Also, the first oil change is on them! I I am a good judge of character and this is definitely a place to not only purchase a vehicle from but to have tour vehicle serviced there as well! Thanks Issa and Joe,,,I'll be back to see what you got on my next vehicle!

I was also able to drop off my Enterprise rental at the shop when I picked up my truck and they contacted Enterprise for pick up. The repair on my truck looks flawless and the paint matches perfectly. Only took about a week and a half and I just had to return 3 weeks later to replace a plastic part that was delayed in shipment.
