I walked in expecting the runaround with stacked add-ons and a bait-and-switch tactic like the other dealers around here. What I can say is that I didn't walk out the dealership, I drove out with a 2015 Dodge Challenger. I have Carlos and Stacy to thank for that. Carlos went to war to get me a great deal, and I cannot thank him enough for that. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

After inspecting the vehicle they were trying to sell, it had numerous body alignment issues it was quite embarrassing . Walked out as the vehicle was not what I wanted . Received a call today for a Z06 they received with a listed msrp of 123k and change. After asking for an out the door price, they were trying to sell it for 138k!! Ridiculous as these vehicles are not selling and going down in price. They text me a few hours later and then tell me the best they can do is 130k. Unreal. I've visited numerous dealerships. This is by far the greediest and grimiest of them all. DO NOT COME HERE TO PURCHASE A CHEVROLET!!! THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL YOU ARE GETTING A DEAL OF A LIFETIME. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!

I told him I'd be back when I got my tax return. Two months later I told him I was ready to go. He scheduled an appointment and finished the truck in 2 days like he said he would. I paid the price I was quoted and not a penny more. I found out later that the parts prices were a little more than he originally estimated, and he also had to spend more labor hours on the truck. Trying be fair and compensate him a little for the unforeseen cost, I tried to give him a tip. He wouldn't have it then he told me "they don't accept tips" I about fell over. This kind of integrity from anyone now a days is completely unheard of. The truck rides like new. Friendly courteous people in the office, great service, they do what they say, the quoted price is the price you pay (No surprises), the shop is super clean with the latest equipment. When I arrived, the front desk experience was immediately off. When I asked about pricing, I was met with an unprofessional response: "Didn't you already get a quote over the phone?" I simply wanted to confirm details in person and ask if anything additional might be needed. Shortly after, a technician took my van for a quick drive--literally about two minutes--then came back and said they couldn't do anything because the van has a 2-inch factory lift. This didn't make sense to me, considering the vehicle comes that way from the factory and other alignment shops are able to work on it without issue. It honestly felt like a cop-out excuse to avoid doing the work. If this shop isn't equipped or willing to align Sprinter vans with factory specs, that should have been communicated clearly before I took time out of my day to bring it in. Overall, this was a frustrating experience due to poor communication and lack of professionalism. I would recommend they be more upfront with customers about their capabilities and improve how they interact with people in person.

Horrible experience!…read more I have an EcoSport with 1-year after-market powertrain warranty. It had an overheating issue earlier on a freeway, so I took it to an independent shop. The shop was able to diagnose it and got an approved case from the warranty provider to have the engine replaced. Yet they were unable to get the part, so they suggested me to take the car to this Ford Dealer. The warranty provider paid the diagnose fee. This dealer couldn't diagnose the issue and just suggested me to replace some irrelevant hoses and charged me the diagnose fee. The advisor was super hard to communicate. The engine light came on, and the car stopped on the freeway due to overheating, and I had to wait for it to cool down on the roadside. But they kept telling me they can't diagnose anything wrong, asking me to pay for the diagnose fee, urging me to replace some irrelevant hoses and alleging the first shop lying. I had to end up terminating any further work with them. Very upset and unpleasant experience to me.

Manager stated its possible that the vacuum sucked up the change. But this vacuum must be selective to only suck up the heavier coins and leave the smaller ones there. They also left two cans of cold BUD LIGHTs in the backseat of my car. So these guys are drinking during lunch break or on the job.
