I have rented from Enterprise over the years. You could say that they are my "go to" when it comes to renting a car. Whereas most of the experiences are positive, today really changed my view in terms of my next choice when I am looking to rent. I made my reservation on the app, I am a loyal customer so the app worked without an issue. Now I am at he counter as promised and the service person tells me he is sorry, however, there was a glitch in the system, the Audi Quattro that I reserved will be a Chevy equinox. my experience with them was through and through easy and very helpful. There was a situation where I could've been totally screwed over financially due to something beyond my control and thanks to the manager and the shorter pretty Latina girl at the front desk, my Christmas was saved and I was spared coming out of pocket financially for something I could not afford. Usually car rental places are known to squeeze every penny out of a person that they can but after my experience with this location I know now that that is not true with the Enterprise located on Hamner. 10/10 recommend. They are rude, period. They have no customer service skills. Debbie will tell you whatever you want to hear because she isn't knowledgeable on the rules and what charges apply. Was ripped off, promised one daily amount, charged 10 more dollars per day despite what I was promised. They charge your card without your consent and harass you every day you keep the vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't even get me started on the amount of people who have told me they will intentionally damage a vehicle to charge you more. Phone service was great. My insurance company sent me here for a rental while my car got repaired at a local body shop. I can remember when #enterpriserentalcar company had the cleanest nicest cars. To rent from Enterprise was luxury. Unfortunately that is not the case anymore. The cars are disgusting. They don't even wash them before they rent them out anymore. They just hand you a disgusting dirty car with dried possibly bodily fluids on the seats. See pics. I'm beyond disappointed in this once highly recognizable company has become just a hand me down of a company. Getting customer service from corporate or a general manager is not any better. Leaving a review for Allie there. My partner rented a car there and her and the other office staff were so kind and professional in the whole process. We took the car and went to go fill it up with gas and when we went to start it up after filling it wouldn't start. We went to start it up and it would start. Called roadside assistance and they were of no help and essentially left us stranded at the gas station and told us to change the key fob ourselves. We actually did that which was super inconvenient because it was over 100 degrees and not close to drug store with the proper battery. Came back to the vehicle with a new battery in the fob. It still wouldn't start. We called the Norco Enterprise location and Allie came out with a service agent and brought us a better vehicle with a full tank and one of our days was comped. Allie did an exceptional job and we're happy that an incredibly frustrating situation was made exceptionally better. Allie went above and beyond. Their assistant manager "Z" helped me. The Ram dealer had to troubleshoot my truck and had NO loaner vehicles available. I kind of understand BUT I was an inconvenience. And Z told me the amount it was going to cost per day. I saw the type of vehicle she quoted me and immediately wanted an upgrade, she accommodated my request (of course for more $$). I rented a SUV. It was very clean and drove nice. My ONLY one complaint (the star deduction) was, on Saturdays ( when I was going to return the vehicle) they close early (Saturday 9 to 12). My truck was ready Saturday, but I didn't get to Enterprise until 1:30. read more

Be aware of the FRAUDULENT transactions and lies the Enterprise employees are trained to do. My 22 yr old went to pick up a car and was VERY SPECIFIC that he didn't want any additional coverage, that he just wanted to use ONLY his insurance. When they had him initial and sign the rental agreement he was told not to worry about the "crazy fees" that appeared in the initial agreement (this is the same thing they told me too when I rented a car in the same location). My wife was present and witnessed what my son was told. Now that he went and returned the car he was told that his card was going to be processed with over $400 dollars for the additional coverage. My son and wife tried to dispute the charges and all they were told was "I'm sorry. The claim is closed" I spend approximately 30 minutes and the manager just kept lying about calling my son to confirm his decision on adding extra coverage. When my son NEVER got a call from them - a total lie!!! Just be careful before signing anything. They like to take advantage of the young, and inexperience people. read more

This location has gone downhill since the new manager took over. He is rude and doesn't understand customer service. He fails to acknowledge customers and is not friendly at all. I've dealt with several managers prior to Kyle and this guy is by far the worst. The two stars are for the assistant managers who have been great. OK this place rocks! It's super convenient I dropped my truck off at caliber I was picked up by a lovely employee he was super nice and easy to talk to. I had requested a full-size truck and they were not available at first the team searched high and low and found me a 2020 Silverado that fit perfectly! Lousy customer service. Secured an suv for a planned vacation 2wks in advanced. Called to confirm reservation 4 days before pick up. Staff called us to tell us they couldn't find us a vehicle the day before our pick-up date and minutes before they closed, so we couldn't even work out another arrangement. Completely messed up and disappointed in their management. They have no sense of respect or planning. Now we are stuck having to call other locations and hope we can make our trip still work. read more

Just picked up a seven seater from here. Originally we were supposed to get our car from the Eastvale location, but because of Thanksgiving they were all out of cars. We came here and Zermeen helped us out. She was positive and friendly, very impressive especially since it's the holidays and they must have been super busy. Terrible service and not at all Satisfied. First they gave me the wrong location over the phone, second after going to the wrong location and getting the address of the right location and had been told a car was available and was not. Third the car they gave me is a terrible little crappy chevy car saying this was the only car available. Fourth they used the wrong reservation (another persons) and charged me $505 when my insurance is supposed to be covering for the rental. Sixth, they told me over the phone it was $100 security deposit and then they change this to $150.00 for the security deposit. Finally the lady at the place canceled the incorrectly entered contract and put me in the right contract but still have a hold on my card for the $505.00. I want to change this crappy little car for something better and shop closer to my residence that has better service. read more

Norco, california location. Miles the service rep is outstanding. I had to rent a car there for the last two weeks and the service was excellent from everyone I interacted with. Miles in particular kept in touch with me, and made sure I was completely satisfied. He even arranged for me to get a ride home after I turned the car in. Just great all around service. Renters beware! You must photograph and video every square inch of the car you rent from these thieves. I rented an F-150 for a trip recently. During the walk around the girl and I were annotating the damage to the truck. There was a huge dent in the tailgate. I pointed it out to the girl, and I foolishly assumed she wrote it down. We were both standing at the back of the truck looking right at that dent. I would have never imagined she would fail to mark something down that was right in front of her face. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and signed for the truck and left. I drove the truck to the campground and it sat parked for 4 days. The truck backed into the parking spot, so there is no way the damage occurred while it was in my possession. Upon my return I dealt with the most condescending piece of garbage imaginable. He made zero effort to provide an acceptable solution. He basically told me here are the forms to sign for the damage you caused. He wouldn't even consider that fact that his employees made a mistake. He had a smarmy way of speaking, where he was subtly talking down to me like he is some big wig. (You rent cars for a job, you're a f'ing loser) I asked for him to check the previous rental agreements to see if the damage was previously reported. He said he would, but he never did. He simply sent the paperwork in to corporate, which turned into a $580 bill for me. I had to decide to fight this or just pay the bill. That makes me even more angry is these fu$&s know it's cheaper to make people pay for the damage, instead of fighting it. They just don't care, and enjoy ruining people's day. What makes me furious is these a$$holes saw that I didn't catch the dent on the way out. They knew I couldn't fight it. I know these mother f'ers had a good laugh pawning this damaged truck on me. They give away reservations and then when you come to get your car they bait and switch you with something more expensive. What's the point of making a reservation then? Also when I brought the car back I asked for a ride home and they were going to have a guy take me back who I'm sorry but he didn't seem safe at all and it's raining so I was scared. So while I'm waiting for my Uber another guy comes to drop off his rental and asks for a ride and this very nice lady is the one to take him. This was my second time renting from enterprise! I loved it! Transaction was fast and smooth!!!!! Eddie I believe was his name. Well He was super great and so was his friend(Curtis I think was his name). Anyways, They were awesome. When I returned the car, Zermeen was amazing. She was very joyful and cheerful. Enterprise customer service is horrible, empty promises and no follow up. They do not provide a valid e-mail address for concerns. Their chat feature times out and when you call, it sends you back to the same menu. Such an easy issue i have to resolve. I will advise many that this is not a good company to deal with. Recently rented a vehicle from this location while my car was in the shop. The customer service was fine, but I felt really gross in my rental. I could tell no one cleaned it. Hair everywhere, crumbs everywhere, sticky stuff in the cup holder and on the steering wheel. Once I got home I cleaned out the whole inside, but honestly I shouldn't have had to do that. My car was hit and need to go to the repair shop. My insurance told me there was a nearby Enterprise and when I drop my car off for repair just let the shop know that I have a reservation with Enterprise. I called Enterprise to verify that they had a decent car for me as the last time the dealership provided a car rental for me it was a doggone Versa (thing almost got me killed pulling out onto a busy street with no get up)! When I got to the shop I was told to pickup the Enterprise phone and so I did. I got the fast talkin Jessie on the other end who was obviously on her 5th pot of coffee. She sent a lovely young lady named Q to pick me up and bring me back to their place of business. Forgetting that my car is actually a luxury car, as promised they had a car of comparable value for me to rent within the daily rental fee approved by my insurance company. A bright red but dirty Benz. A little issue with my credit card but Jessie went outside of the box to make the transaction work, and Q gave me a voucher to a nearby car wash to get the car detailed and I was on my way. Returned the car with no problems. Later on I did get a notice about a toll fee from going to work once or twice but it all got worked out. Reasonably priced, nearby location, and fast and friendly customer service will make them likely my first choice when I need a car rental. read more

The man who helped me at first was super helpful and nice, didn't catch his name though. I returned my car rental two weeks ago and still haven't received my money they placed on hold. I've called over ten times, and every single time I get placed on hold and told there are no representatives available by an automated voice message. I haven't received any emails or notices about the rental and I know for a fact there are no damages on the car I returned so if they try to pull that scam on me I will be livid. They do not contact you, and they are incredibly difficult to get a hold of. I want my money back enterprise. read more

It's Enterprise, so you know not to expect much. My car was in the bodyshop being repaired, so my insurance sent me here for my rental while I waited. $25/day doesn't get you much - and I wasn't in the mood to pay for an upgrade so I took the Nissan Versa which seemed to be the only option there in that price range. The car was terrible, but that's not Enterprise's fault - it's a very cheap Nissan and it felt like it. There were heavy tape marks all over the car, across every door join, hood join and trunk join. I asked about it as it looked like sticker residue and was very ugly on the black paint. The told me the cars from Nissan arrive with stickers and the glue is very hard to remove, so they didn't bother. Also - it was this car or go to a different location (or pay for an upgrade). I see what you are doing here Enterprise, sneaky. I took it, but seriously - you are a car rental company and you can't even be bothered to remove sticker residue from all over the car. 100% lazy. Everything was great when I got the car other than having a very limited fleet. However, when I returned the vehicle, I was told my residence was too far for them to give me a ride back. This happened to be in a morning where my schedule was really tight. I arrived right at 8am in order to get back home ASAP. My insurance had sent me to this particular location, and when I picked up the rental, no one told me it would be an issue. Instead of helping me, I kept being told that I had to drive to another Enterprise location, return the car there, and get a ride home from them. In the end I just felt like they were all smiles but didn't want to go the extra mile to help a customer out when it was their fault for not communicating their policies. After booking at ACE Rental only to find out that my reserved SUV was unavailable, I was very upset and in need of a quick solution. ACE offered me an "upgrade" to a van. If I wanted a van, I would have reserved one. My husband called Enterprise and we reserved an SUV. I ubered to Enterprise Rent-a-car in Norco, and got a phone call from Ellie A, the manager, while en route. She said there were no SUVs available, BUT she had options. I was so so afraid she would offer me a van. Once I arrived, Ellie worked her magic and called a nearby location in Eastvale. The plan was for me to drive a rental Corolla to the Eastvale location and trade it for the SUV at that location.
