    I had called a different Enterprise and I was told they only had mini vans. I was going to rent a commercial van from one of their competitors and while I was dropping off my van next door for repairs Enterprise at this location said in fact they had commercial in their Ontario location. They were nice enough to drop me off in Ontario.

    If I could rate this place even lower the car that they rented me from the insurance it's a Mazda 3 the key fob battery was super Low I was stuck outside the car for at least and hour then when you click the unlock button it sometimes won't respond then on the last day I had the vehicle ready to return it the battery dies I called road side assistance and they took over 2 hours to arrive I was hot and dehydrated waiting on them to give me a jump for the battery I had to call the road side assistance twice for them to show up and they asked me the same question I already have gave them I didn't even get the chance to even turn in the vehicle yet so not even that they charge 55$ for roadside assistance this is super ridiculous I will most definitely talk to a supervisor or corporate cause I had inquired about the key fob and they ignored it the car is push to start by the way u should just be able to have the key in the cup holder and start it not grab the key and put it next to the button to start it's called push to start not push key to start.

    HOW DO YOU GIVE A ZERO RATING: Janet Omos was Manager at Eastvale local office. I rented a vehicle with her. Enterprise practice that clients need a rental car that they can TRUST, and that they PROMISE TO PUT CLIENTS FIRST. I rented a vehicle from the Eastvale Enterprise ( Claim #20206432) on 10/02/23. When I rented the car, I was CONFIDENT that I was working with a REPUTABLE service. I PURCHASED THE WAIVER INSURANCE. I returned the car, and it was INSPECTED UPON RETURN BY JANET OMOS. JANET, verified that the car was undamaged and returned as I rented it. Months later, I received a letter stating that returned the car with a signed statement by Janet Omos, who have now been promoted to Branch Manager of the Palm Desert location. Janet's statement was that I acknowledged, signed and certified that the REAR BUMPER WAS CRACKED, AND REAR BUMPER SENSOR IS MISSING. This is a FALSE & UNWARRANTED statement!. This REPRESENTATIVE falsified documents and is NOW USING MY WAIVER as a resource to get this vehicle repaired. What she didn't realize is that I have SUPPORTING TIME DATED STAMPED PHOTOS of when I returned this car. So it gets worse. I called Eastvale, and Tammy says that she was promoted to Branch Manager of Palm Desert. I called, and the Assist. Branch Manager Anthony attempted to assist me. I explained that it involved questions directly to ask Janet. After waiting, introduced myself and explained that I was a client from Eastvale. First, she claimed to never have worked for the body shop that the Enterprise is located and then after correcting and reconfirming that she was the same person promoted from Eastvale, she then confirmed that she was in fact that person. When asked about a car rental that WAIVER was signed due to insurance purchase, and claim was submitted for 10/02/23, she then expressed that she was so busy currently at her location that she had no time to speak at this time. I expressed to her calmly that I had questions and concerns regarding this fraudulent claim and she insisted that she could not speak to me and was too overly busy to assist me and YEP... SHE HUNG UP in my face. She didn't take my name or #. I returned the call, waited again - Anthony picked up again and told me that Vivian Tran is the area Manager for this area and that Athziri Soto (from Tammy) was the Area Manager for Eastvale and that he would be unable to provide any contact information, referred me to their common customer service #. I insisted on speaking directly to area management and he stated he would text them to call me. So then I said, "Well Anthony, how will they call me because you have never taken my name or #". Okay, let's see if I get a returned call. I want to OFFICIALLY state and PROVE, that this claim will NOT fall under my contract for the repairs needed and this would be a CROOKED practice to file claims to keep ENTERPRISES CARS IN GOOD CONDITION by submitting claims under those who rent the vehicles and use their insurance unbeknownst to the client.

    Had the bank step in to reverse the charge TWICE!

    Nightmare to deal with. I got my first rental in January when I was getting my car worked on next door at classic collision. Arika was great, rental was great, no issues. My car broke down again due to bad mechanics at CC in February and I was offered a "free rental" from enterprise for the inconvenience. I put my card for a deposit, used the car, returned it and thought it was done. A month later (March) I looked at my card statement and I see a charge a little bit over $700. So I call Arika and explain what happened and she was going to call corporate as they accidentally billed me and not the repair shop. That call never came. I called my credit company to dispute and submitted contract that stated CC was paying for it and they reversed it within a few days. So April's statement comes around and guess what is back on my card? I again call Arika who is now at a different location and I have to start dealing with Eric. Now he's super nice about it, he knows about last times shenanigans and tell me he will get with his supervisor to look into it. A few days go by, I'm blowing Eric up. He's being very apologetic about it. But still no resolution. I finally feel bad for calling him and end up calling my bank again and explaining we had already disputed and reversed the charge. I ended up getting my money back after going through it twice. No ONE ever called me to follow up or explain what happened. Please beware and if you use them, put a card with your lowest credit limit to save yourself from this headache!

    If I could leave Zero stars I would. I have been using enterprise for years since as early as 2015 while in my military service and never experienced issues like this. To start the vehicle had damages ( beyond little bangs and dings on the outside of the car the screen and some buttons inside the vehicle did not work) when I contacted them to report them I was told the vehicle would be replaced the next business day. Nothing happened no call and my voicemail was never responded to. After that when I called back in a couple days later to report the same damages the lady told me that they had just got the vehicle out the shop because of other damages ? ( so no one really serviced or checked the vehicle before they gave it to me to know it still wasn't in the best condition?) I spoke with a female clerk on a Friday and I spoke to them about the vehicle being picked up and they said that they would. NOONE CAME TO PICK IT UP AND I WAS STILL CHARGED OVER THE WEEKEND ! Monday around 3 pm I get a call the the vehicle has an outstanding balance and it would be reported if it didn't get brought back. I mentioned to the clerk that she herself or another female worker agreed to picking up the vehicle and long story short she wanted to yell and argue me down about it. She told me I was lying and those weren't the policies. Even though I have had the service of picking up the vehicle before I asked then why would she or her peer say that it would be picked up ? The clerk I believe her name is Janet then proceeds to argue , after everything dies down she says she'll come get the vehicle Tuesday morning at 8 am and she sends an updated pickup email ( see attached) . Comes Tuesday morning at 8am the vehicle was in a spot available for them to pick up the vehicle at around 11am/12pm I noticed the vehicle hadn't been picked up so AGAIN I called and Janet (says she's work there 3 years and she was the manager or something but I'm pretty sure that's her name) says to me she never said she was coming to get the car and she never sent out a date pickup ?! She then says she has been sick and out the office and I wasn't who spoke with then she says I been trying to work with you and you been giving me difficult time . So have you been out the office ? Or NOT? you state you're short staffed and you're the only one in the office but yet I haven't been working with you? She then tells me 2 other Male names and states that they've been in the office , SO MUCH DAMN CONFUSION& LACK OF PROPER COMMUNICATION ! WHY IS THIS SO DISORGANIZED & IF YOU WEREN'T IN THE OFFICE HOW WERE YOU ALSO THE ONLY ONE IN THE OFFICE AND THATS THE REASON THE VEHICLE COULDN'T BE PICKED UP? THIS IS ALL PROLONGED , CONSTANT LIES AND CHANGES , BUT I KEPT EVERYTHING & RECORDED EVERY CALL ! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST STAFF DISRESPECTFUL , AND MADE THIS RENTAL EXPERIENCE ONE OF THE MOST EXHAUSTING. I WILL NOT BE RENTING WITH ENTERPRISE AGAIN. AND THE ADDED AND HIDDEN FEES THEY ATTACHED MY GOD ! Please spare yourself the headache you'd be better off walking or getting a bike . Side Bar: I END UP HAVING TO CALL THE 855 number at the main customer service port to get assistance and have another location get the vehicle and report everything the proper way ! They were more respectful and did their part to assist the best way they could.

On top of that, the car had a bad smell that made the ride uncomfortable from the start. To make matters worse, when I returned the vehicle, I was told the gas tank wasn't full, even though I had filled it completely just before drop-off. I was forced to drive back to the gas station, waste more time, and take a video of the pump clicking off to prove the tank wouldn't accept more fuel. Absolutely ridiculous. Between the poor cleanliness and the unnecessary hassle with the gas, this was one of the worst rental experiences I've had. I expected more from Avis.

Thus I had to drive to Riverside and pick it up from another Avis. The second occasion I had rented a car from Avis at the Ontario Airport. About 30 minutes into my rental the cars started to smoke and the AC went completely out. I phoned Avis and was directed to go to the nearest Avis office. Upon arrival again I was told there were no cars available. Their advice was to drive an hour back in traffic to the Airport to exchange it. Go here at your own risk. I would have given zero stars if available.

Our appointment time was 8:30 and she tried to correct me and say it was at 9:00 a.m. I asked her how could we reserve a truck if they were not available. She blamed the system and said "sometimes the system does that when you do it online" I said "I'm sure it could but I actually spoke to someone in this office" she had nothing to say after that. As we were leaving she called from her office to us the opposite side of the building by the door as said "I'll check for a 16' now" EXCUSE ME! Get up out of your chair, walk over to us or something, instead of screaming it from your office. She then said someone was to return a truck at 11:30 and we could get that one. She would call us, at 10:45 she called and said there would be no truck Customer service needs some service in itself. And def don't make reservations for trucks that don't exist. Never again.
