I have written a total of 3 reviews in my 21 years on this earth and this is one of them. I have no words. Jeff was absolutely amazing to me. He provided the exact service I needed in very competitive timing. While other places quoted me $300+ and 3ish hours for getting a Pre-Purchase Inspection. He did it in 45 minutes, $250, ran the diagnostic perfectly, found everything that needed to be fixed. The dealership rep tried to steer Jeff away from the problems and made excuses for everything but Jeff didn't buy it and told it to me exactly how it is. He didn't beat around the bush, and told me everything. I would 100% recommend Jeff to anyone and everyone in the area. He is a 100% honest man who cares about his clients, and he gets the job done perfectly and professionally. 100/10 service.

But I recently got a new-to-me Honda and wanted to get the CVT fluid changed since I don't know when it was last changed. I called Goudy for a price on this service, and it was quite reasonable. Of course I could probably do it myself for a lot cheaper, but I hadn't had a chance to know my car well enough to take on this job. Since they were a block away from me, I thought I'd give them a try. It was my first time using Goudy and Daniel Tieu was the first service advisor who assisted me. Fortunately I remember reading a positive review about him somewhere on Yelp or Google reviews, so that was reassuring. The service was timely and Daniel said everything checked out okay on their multipoint inspection (brakes, battery, tires, etc.) and didn't try to sell me on any other service. We all know that the car repair industry has a bad reputation for upselling or insisting that something needs to be fixed now or else it's going to catastrophically fail the moment you leave the shop. My experience on my first visit was a positive one. While I might have paid a bit more compared to an indie shop, I know I got genuine Honda parts and their techs are well versed on Honda maintenance and I assume know what they're doing. (I know that's not always the case, as I've heard about bad dealer service experience). I should also note that they have a nice waiting area. Nothing fancy, as in no fancy coffees or pastries. Just a quiet area (at least when I was there) away from the sales floor. I could have walked home, but I decided to stick around and read a book I had with me. It wasn't long when I got a call that my car was ready.

I am an older woman who has driven Accords for 40 years and they didn't have the decency to tell me that the battery was going to die. I bought a very nice Accord at Pasadena Honda and both the sales and financial office were great.

This place is a legit professional exhaust shop. I searched around based on reviews and past…read moreexperiences with other muffler shop. Some places slap stuff on and send you out. It will work, but not always be the best. This shop takes pride in the work they do. Owner is friendly and personable. I even chatted him up regarding welding, and he openly took the time to teach/show me some things to try as practice to learn better welding. This was not even related my my job!! I consider my job pretty simple... for my skill level (shade tree mechanic). I did not want to deal with it in my driveway. So I needed a shop that I would trust to do it as I would do it. I would take my time and get it right. No Wham,Bamm thank you mamm stuff. Here is an example of the little details you want in a professional shop. When putting on the clamps for the exhaust tips the owner (Sorry, I forgot your name, my bad) rotated the clamps in such a way that they would never be noticeable (clamp bolts) from the rear. This car is low and it probably would not have mattered but I know from experience from other shops that they would have just slapped the clamps on. Would have it worked? Yes. "Professional detail" no. The details matter and that is how you know you are dealing with someone that cares about the service they provide you. My job was a Corsa cat back exhaust on a 2024 Ford Mustang GT. The owner knew exactly what he was doing. Not like some other shops where it just seems like the person is guessing half the time. I work on my own project cars. So I have a certain skill level and sometimes I am that person that is guessing on how to do something. This shop was none of that. Professional and knowledgeable all the way. I will be letting everyone I know about the shop for their exhaust needs. You get what you pay for. The prices at this shop are fair, competitive and totally reasonable. Seriously I felt like I got a bargain just based on how professional the shop was. Side note- The owner has legit welding skills too. I saw examples. I would not hesitate for him to weld anything I needed done. NOT RELATED TO THIS SHOP AT ALL... Just a personal rant about some Yelp reviewers... Again NOT RELATED to this shop or any reviews of this shop...My two cents on Yelp reviews overall where people say they felt over-charged or they know they can get something cheaper. Look, you are paying for someone's skill and overhead (of the business). Stop thinking it is okay to scr3w skilled professionals of their labor because you think it SHOULD cost less. Seems you do not have the skills or understand the knowledge need to do skilled jobs you want someone to preform for you. First off just remember EVERYTHING is more expensive now. Then there is a big difference between doing a job correctly and doing a hack job that will be "good enough'. If you are one of those "good enough" shoppers, then stop leaving bad reviews all over Yelp for business that are actually trying to give you a professional and correct service. Excellent and honest service at Elite Alignment. Instead of trying to sell me an alignment I did not need, he told me the alignment was fine and explained that the edge wear on my new tires was more likely caused by taking corners too fast. That advice made perfect sense and was very helpful. He also explained what signs to watch for in the future, what issues might be tire related versus alignment related, and when I should come back. I really appreciated the honesty, knowledge, and professionalism. I was in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes. Highly recommend Elite Alignment for trustworthy service.

Our exhaust got damaged, and I was about to send our car to a mechanic, but my coworker told me to…read morego to "go to a muffler store. Just pick one and go. " We just needed it welded back on. I quickly did a Google search, and the first company I called was quite rude and pushy telling me they're closing soon so I can't tow my car that night (I wasn't going to anyway, but how rude) so I tried B & K. Fabian answered and was so nice. He actually told me to hurry and come before he closed and that he would take a look. I called on Friday night, and I was trying to find somebody and give them a heads up that I was going to tow in the morning.... Fabian won my business, obviously, and won my review. The whole process took a literal 10 minutes to weld. Just goes to show what a little kindness and good customer service get you. Maybe the other place was over packed and didn't care about losing business? If so, good for them. Either way, I strongly recommend B & K to all of you looking for great, quick, friendly service.
