My deal wasn't easy to deal with as I had to get a vehicle trucked in from another state, and they seriously went through a lot of work to make everything possible (not just the trucking part). My family has been loyal to Goudy Honda for many years and so we figured we would just show up and see what they had. We also really appreciated the convenience of being able to trade in our car, even though it was a different brand + was in terrible condition. It made the entire process much easier because we didn't have to go to another dealership or a separate place like CarMax to sell the old car. Having everything handled in one place made the experience even more convenient and stress-free. We decided on the 2026 Hybrid CRV per their recommendation (which lines up with family + friend's recommendations) and it's been really great so far. Kate was the one who helped us out. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Kate took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our purchase. She was never pushy and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. The whole experience was smooth, easy breezy from start to finish. Excellent customer service 10/10 and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a car. Also (not pictured) but she came running out with a huge ribbon bow when we were taking pictures with the new car just to give the pictures extra oomph and we appreciated it!

I suggest you choose another Honda dealership for your business…read more I was working on a deal on a 2026 Honda CRV Hybrid with James Florez over the course of a few days. James confirmed the deal via text (SEE MY ATTACHED TEXTS) and I requested he and his manager Art Cheng confirm again via email. I received no email confirmation yet James insisted that Art confirmed our deal via email. Again, no email. I spoke to Art this morning and he had no idea what I was talking about. I mentioned the deal and Art merely said they don't do delivery. James never mentioned that to me. I then called James to ask what was going on after he confirmed everything with me last night via text. James merely said he must have misunderstood. I DON'T THINK SO. James is a liar and frankly, it seemed that Art didn't even care about losing a deal. DON'T GO TO GOUDY HONDA.
