Visited Weber Grill for the first time in a LONG time. I have been in Indy since 2014 and I believe I only been once before. It was a great experience, no complaints really. Although the tap water was very um, tap. (Like it tasted like it came from a pipe, if you know what I mean. ) But the food and service was good. I had the teriyaki turkey burger that was delicious I opened to do broccoli instead of fries. My coworkers had salmon meatloaf and classic burger. That meat loaf looked good as well and it was 3 slices a huge portion enough for him to take some for later. I also enjoyed the mango lemonade. It was not too sweet and I liked the switch up from the normal strawberry lemonade. I appreciated the warm welcome at the host stand and the bathrooms were clean. I have to visit more, maybe next time for Happy Hour. ( They also offer a law enforcement discount if you know someone who is on the force, pass it along.) read more

First time at Weber grill. The interior decor was warm and modern. The menu was much like a cookout with burgers, steaks, chicken, and ribs. My guest had the Mediterranean salad with grilled salmon which was good but nothing special. I had the bistro steak with fries. The steak was cooked to medium as order but was rather tough with light seasoning. I also expected it to be grilled but it was cooked on a flattop or cast iron pan. Again, nothing special. A group of six of us dined here on a work trip and we were easily accommodated. Plenty of space and definitely good for groups. I recommend making a reservation through OpenTable to make sure you have a spot for any number as it got busy. I had the Steakhouse Burger ($19), cooked medium-well with fries, and swapped out the cheese for Swiss. Service was a bit slow but friendly, and overall good. My husband and I came to Weber Grill Restaurant for a dinner party, and we were hosted in their private space, the Summit Room. The room had two tables and felt perfect for an intimate group setting. They had a personalized menu for the event, which is a nice touch. It was a surprise birthday party, so when we arrived a little after 7 PM , guests were already there and the appetizers had been set out (and quickly devoured!). The appetizers included: meatballs, bacon-wrapped shrimp, and chicken wings to start. I was still able to try each and I really liked the chicken wings. We had one dedicated server, Joe, who did a great job. He was prompt, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. The drink menu had a nice variety. The whiskey sour was my favorite of the night, very tasty and was a popular choice of the night (not on the menu, but they offer a full bar). I tried the ginger strawberry mojito and enjoyed how refreshing it was. The passion rum punch was decent. We also tried the lychee and ginger margarita, which took a little bit for all the flavors to set in. The drinks leaned on the stronger side, which I appreciated. For starters, I the traditional salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It was fresh and a good portion to kick things off. For my entrée, I opted for the New York strip steak with mashed potatoes. The steak was huge and cooked medium just as I requested. It was flavorful and satisfying, and the mashed potatoes paired perfectly with it. For dessert, I took the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake to go (so full after my meal) and tried it later at home. It was rich, creamy, and full of flavor making it a perfect sweet ending to the night. A few additional notes: there's no valet parking, so they only offer meter parking or parking garage. They did have a minimum for the private event in case you're thinking of planning an event here. Restrooms were located near the bar area and were clean. It was a great experience for a celebration. We wanted to try Weber Grill so we made a reservation for a date night on OpenTable. It was a crowded Saturday night. We thought the service was slow and our waiter disappeared after we got the food. My other half had the Rib eye and mashed potatoes. We shared the rolls and pretzel sticks with cheese sauce which were good. I enjoyed my espresso martini and my other half liked the old fashion. Brussels sprouts, were so dry and charred literally taste like nothing no flavor at all even with the Parmesan cheese and the lemon aïoli that was on the side just like mayo. brisket eggrolls were literally black bean with corn and cheese. We generally host a dinner meeting twice a year and the Weber Grill in downtown Indy has been the consistent choice for around a decade. My colleagues have plenty of options (though comically we noticed last time, earlier this month, that they generally each choose the same thing every time). While my options are limited due to my gluten free and plant-based lifestyle, I enjoy a variety of side items. I usually get a mashed or baked potato, steamed spinach and asparagus. Had a great lunch here today. Service was exceptional. Amanda was great always attentive to our needs. I had the basic burger added bacon. Also their homemade kettle chips. A side salad that was really enough for two people and great homemade blue cheese dressing. We also enjoyed the egg rolls, which had a really unique taste and served with a side of corn relish. After my son's program ceremony, my family and I went to Weber Grill to celebrate. Our waitress, Courtney, was amazing! The menu has a nice variety of food, but we were disappointed that they were out of baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, and spinach on a Thursday night. On the bright side, the strawberry lemonade was really good, and the sticky wings appetizer was absolutely delicious -- definitely a must-try! We devoured the sticky wings so quickly that I didn't even get a chance to take a picture (sorry!). I ordered the steak trio with asparagus, my son had steak with white cheddar mac and cheese, and my mom ordered the half slab with the kabob since her preferred sides were out. They didn't upcharge her for the veggie kabobs, which was a nice gesture from our lovely waitress. Although my plate came out cold, I was so hungry that I just enjoyed my meal anyway. My steak was cooked perfectly, and the asparagus was good too. For a place that wasn't very busy, it took quite a while for our food to come out. I shared my experience with Courtney, who informed the manager, Austin. Austin came to our table to apologize for the inconveniences and even gave us a discount on our bill -- something we weren't expecting at all. That small act of kindness alone will have my family giving them another try. My son also learned a valuable lesson about giving feedback respectfully and how you can be unsatisfied but still kind. Sharing your experiences in a thoughtful way is so important. I hope they get those hiccups worked out because I'll definitely come back -- and I'd love to have Courtney as my waitress again. My husband and I always drove past this place and joked about the concept. We decided to finally give it a try and I'm so glad we did!! John K was our server and he was so knowledgeable about the menu. He knew what items were popular and gave great suggestions. He was so attentive and timely with us. The food was great! Definitely recommend the brussel sprouts to start out with. The pretzel bread that you get as well was amazing! I want to try to make it at home. Steaks were so good and flavored well. Plenty of staff yet no one acknowledged our table of 6 adults for 15-20 mins. Never let it be said that I only write reviews. I read them too! Our group was going here and I wanted to see what it was all about. I spent a few minutes reading and recommended to the group that they try the Meatloaf and Ribs. Many of us did and were extremely happy. Thanks Yelp community for steering us the right way! We started with Egg Rolls and the Skillet Cornbread. Both were really good. Most of us also got the smoked old fashioned that was infused on property. It was very good. I'd say fifty percent of us got either meatloaf, ribs or the combo. There were a couple steaks and some fish ordered too. Everyone was happy and no one went back hungry. So there is an event, could not order 3 course 26 totally understand. Then said I will do chili, they said or soup so no chili cool. I ask I don't eat that much at all can I please order from kids menu told no. I said I just want a small portion meal. Still no. So I order nothing with my table of 5 .. No accommodation at all. Love Weber Grill...haven't been for a hot minute when I first was introduced in Chicago. When looking for restaurant options and saw this...all other options when out the window. My travel companion had never been and well...how could I deprive them of this deliciousness?!? Got there pretty early around 4pm, still in happy hour in the bar area and was greeted and sat immediately. The staff was friendly and helped with all questions. By recommendation from the staff did the Pork Chops and a Ribeye, mac n cheese, brussel sprouts.....just a lot of food. The Pork Chops by far were the best....hands down. Sad that this review even has to be written. We were given $100 gift card as the steaks last time were overdone. Either the corporate management or the local store management need to realize the responsibility of a upsell restaurant experience. Let me start with seating at the table. They got that right that was wonderful while seated. I knocked down a piece of paper when I picked up the paper it had my name on it the amount of people in my party in the word birthday on it I thought wow you're gonna mention my wife's birthday that's great. They didn't and they got worse from there. First of all, let me say I've been in restaurant management I'm 63 and I used to take food quality seriously over and above food cost and payroll or if you run a restaurant and the food is not knock it out of the park good what's the point? I took my mom 88 and my wife to celebrate her 64th birthday. Honestly, I was afraid to order steaks and burgers again because I knew that they would probably overcook them and I didn't want to be in an uncomfortable situation yet one more time. I ordered the safe bets for entrées. An appetizer I ordered the famous chicken wings. You know how food comes right off of your grill at home. It's so hot. You can't even eat it. It's steaming. You can see the flesh of the meat just pouring off vapor and steam and juice. Not here. The sauce was good. The wings were barely warm strike one. Getting back to the entrées, I had decided beforehand meatloaf for mom possibly for myself and a beer, can chicken. Once again, the word piping hot does not come to mind. The chicken piccata was hard like cardboard. The edges were basically dry and inedible. The beer, canned chicken was terrible compared to a Costco rotisserie chicken. It just was not fresh off the grill. And the meatloaf it tasted good, but honestly no juice either. Too bad visits out of three and it hurts for me to say that because the Chicago location downtown is amazing. I don't know if it's because there are that many more people and they have to have several people cooking at once and there's no way they could sandbag food like they do with this restaurant. Save your money do not go. Do not even give them a chance to sell you. Something posing as a four star experience. You'll be better off eating French onion dip and potato chips on your couch seriously. They could offer me $300 to go back and honestly I wouldn't do it. I live in Anderson. It takes an hour to get there in an hour to drive home. I'm just thankful that we don't have to go there again ever. read more

Overall pretty happy with our experience here. Had a reservation on a busy Saturday night for seven- seated right on time. Greeted quickly, place was busy, and subsequently pretty loud. Pretzel buns with cheddar butter was good as always. I had the "Big G burger". The actual burger was meh. Hamburger kinda dry, sauce on it wasn't anything spectacular. Kinda disappointed in the amount of fries I got, especially when comparing to how ever many the other people at my table got- just shows a general lack of care to me. I enjoy getting a house salad with grilled shrimp skewer for a lighter fare with several house made dressing to choose from. Although the pork chops are by far my favorite as they are grilled perfection. The steak and fries are a great deal and equally delicious. The pretzel rolls are complimentary with meals and come with a smoked cheddar butter that is mouth watering. The staff is always delightful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is modern with an old feel - thinker lots of wood and heavy drapes. However, it's also warm and inviting. It's best to ask for a booth if possible as the floor seating can get crowded. We called ahead to let them know, and they were super accommodating, telling us to get there as soon as we could and they'd do their best. When we arrived, we were seated right away in the cute little bar area. They had a bunch of Swiftie-themed drinks, but I just wanted a classic Coke. The waiter thoughtfully added edible glitter to my Coke since I was the only one not getting a themed drink. I gave him a friendship bracelet as a thank you! I ordered the club sandwich, which was great, and a few friends got pizzas that they spoke highly of. The staff was friendly and on top of things, the appetizers were delicious and abundant and the space for a private event was full of tables, booths and decor that could be moved to accommodate any group. Old style bank/boardroom wood and leather. I was directed to the bar by the 3 women at the reception instead of being offered or seated in the dining room. The game was on. The bartender was fast and efficient, not friendly. I order the steak and fries, and it was just that. Steak and fries, nothing else. The steak was ok, not spectacular just a steak. Just fries.
