The employee was extremely rude, speaking only in short commands instead of complete sentences and treating me as if I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Instead of explaining the shipping process, he repeatedly pointed me to the self-service kiosk and expected me to figure everything out on my own. I've been to many other shipping locations, and the staff have always been willing to explain the process. This employee showed no interest in helping at all. To make matters worse, after only a brief interaction, he told me to leave the store. I was simply trying to ship a package and ask for help. That is not how customers should ever be treated. There was no line and no other customers in the store, so there was absolutely no excuse for such rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior. I will never return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.
