    Bad attitude and rude!!!!

    The new owner is rude and disrespectful. I waited inline for 15 minutes and finally is my turn. The old dude refused to accept my Amazon return item even though it is in the original box, and he wanted me to purchase the box from his store. I'll never come back again, and will not recommend this store to anyone!!!

    1 Star - Never Again If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was by far the worst UPS Store experience I've ever had. My husband, baby, and I came in to return Amazon packages and from the moment we walked in, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The woman behind the counter refused to help us purchase the correct box, repeating over and over "No, you can't buy that box, it's for moving," without offering a solution. When my husband asked what we could buy, she just said, "I can't help you." She was also nearly yelling at another customer named Shanna, who calmly explained she had just spoken with UPS customer service about her return. Instead of listening, the woman kept raising her voice and saying "No, you can't do this." When I stepped in to defend Shanna, I said, "Yes, it's my business to jump in when you're disrespecting another customer and I'm trying to help them out." The man in the photo (her husband) butted in, telling me "It's not your business because this isn't your business." From there, things only got worse. He repeatedly cut me off, talked down to me like I was stupid, waved his hands in my face, and when my husband told him not to speak to me like that, he escalated further -- saying "I can fight you." This was in front of our baby. Completely unprofessional and threatening behavior. As we left, the woman slammed the door shut on us while I was carrying my baby, and then the man aggressively swung it back open, shouting that they were still open (even though it was 4:25 -- five minutes before closing). On top of everything, they were taking personal phone calls during this chaos, talking about being "late" to family plans, instead of focusing on customers. This wasn't just bad service -- it was hostile, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. UPS should seriously review the conduct of the employees/owners at this location. I will never return here again, and I warn others to avoid this store at all costs.

    The man at the front desk was incredibly rude and condescending. I have never experienced such horrible customer service.

    I drop off packages here all the time and the clerks are friendly enough. No issues and they do stuff pretty fast.

    I was disappointed with my experience at the Party City section inside Staples at The Landing. The store was not busy, and the employee did not seem interested in helping. A second employee at checkout confirmed the same policy. Came in here looking for shipping/packing tape and the customer service rep I ask just started working there so he didn't know where it was. (No big deal, not his fault) I walk around the store looking for the packing tape and finally found it. Went to pay it but there was an older lady asking every question imaginable. (Again, not their fault it's just part of being old.) then I found out how much the tape was and I looked online to see what it cost at Amazon. Come to find out Amazon was almost half the price, I get 2 more rolls and I will be able to get the packing tape by tomorrow. (Same brand, same everything.) needless to say, I left the store and bought it on Amazon.‍‍‍‍
