~ Watershed has always been solid with the drinks, therefore, I've decided to give the food a try. I ordered the blue crab egg rolls, watershed wings & oyster Rockefeller for appetizers. The wings were on point & will def be added to my "places to get wings from". Crab egg rolls were decent. Nothing to make you remember. I've had better from multiple restaurants. While the oyster Rockefeller was the worse for me. They were too mushy and tasted like can beefaroni. Weird taste. For my main dish, I ordered the lobster roll with Mac & cheese. Once again, nothing to be super excited about, but it's enough that you'll be pleased. Loch Bar's lobster roll is better tho. Beautiful restaurant tho. Wonderful people that are there to socialize and have fun. The best part of this sit was my bartender Sunny. She def made some bomb drinks & introduced me to white tea shots, which were on the house. Much love !!! Spent about 230.00 on everything. I'll def be coming back. Love all the TVs they have downstairs, making game days easier to watch. It was a beautiful day in Baltimore so we decided to try Watershed. We made a reservation but unfortunately they said there was no availability for outside so we sat inside. We had a little trouble with the hostess accommodating us as we had a baby and needed a high chair but we finally got seated. It took our waiter about 10 mins to come over and take our drink orders. Then another 15 mins to bring the sodas and take our food order. I'm not sure if he was in training or new but bless his heart! He wasn't the best... the place was packed though so maybe he had several tables but we were there for over an hour before we received our food. Now on to the food... I can't even lie; it was AMAZING! I won't say it was worth the wait because I was starving but it was delicious. I ordered Maryland crab soup, the whole Rock fish fried, and a side of mac and cheese and I would recommend it all. I also tried the calamari which was amazing and the crab cake sandwich looked divine as well. The manager also gave us a few desserts for our troubles and those were amazing as well. If they can get the service together, this really has the potential to be top tier! We'll see... But the service was such a disappointment and a disaster especially for our first visit. read more

The ambiance is beautiful! A great hang out place however the food and service can be quite inconsistent. If you aren't drinking, bartenders don't pay as much attention to you. Servers tend to forget about your table as well. The food can be hit or miss but it's still pretty good! Great oysters and chicken wings! I like the smash burger but the bottom is a bit smaller so in the middle eating it you end up with majority top bun and burger and no bottom bun! read more

The rooftop dining area was phenomenal. Absolutely enjoyed the ambiance. Their was a bit of a wait to be served even though their weren't many people there. The food was decent but I will say that I really enjoyed the crabcake. Alot of spots that I've been to have a lot of filler but this one didn't and I appreciate that considering the price. Atlas Group is usually always a Win-Win for me but this was a bit different. My daughter really wanted to try this place so we went as a family for her 23rd birthday dinner and it did not meet expectations. Atmosphere: We arrived at 8pm and it was booming and busy. Music was the appropriate volume so not too loud and a variety of genres so very fun and upbeat. Cool design with octopuses painted on the walls and vibrant globe lighting. Loved the booth seating as the bar is more the center of attention and all the seating surrounds that on the first level where we sat. Very cool. Service: Our server was Griffin R. He was AMAZING! Very attentive and a good listener. He had a permanent smile and was super friendly. We enjoyed him and he really seemed to care about our experience with multiple check ins and he kept us informed on the status of our food and drinks for everything we ordered. Food came out quickly. Food: (1) Atlas Salts Oysters were absolutely delish! I loved them! Ordered 2 dozen. Shared the first dozen and was selfish with the second. YuM! (2) Calamari was seasoned well and crispy as promised. Sauce wasn't that great but we loved the calamari and ate it minus the sauce. Tasted like tomato paste with no seasoning. (3) Peel and Eat Shrimp did not disappoint! Very good and seasoned well! We had a half pound of these. Very large shrimp so worth every penny. (4) Mussels were MEH. While they were in sauce it seemed like they were cooked without and were very chewy and not at all flavorful. We had both the garlic and the tomato basil. Just bland and although the presentation was fabulous... the mussels left much to be desired. I do not recommend. (5) Mac and Cheese‐ presentation was stellar in a cast iron pot. More milk than cheese apparently. Lots of cheese on top and just very milky underneath and really a huge let down. I do not recommend. (6) Watershed Burger was ok. Not cooked properly. I asked for Medium it was completely well. As a result not moist and not flavorful. (6) Caesar Salad was fresh and had the perfect amount of cheese. The tomatoes were a nice addition. The pepper was none existent but I did like the dressing and would recommend. It was a pretty good salad. (7) Orange Crush 90% orange juice and ice. Would not order again ever. (8) Skullduggery Cocktail ‐ Delicious. Parking: Uber or Lyft recommended. Took about 25 minutes to find a parking space. Many restaurants are using part of the sidewalk and street for outdoor seating that makes driving with an SUV a complete disaster on already super tiny streets in Federal Hill. Simply put, this is an amazing location with great ambiance. I came with 5 friends and would say that between the service, communication, and price, we didn't receive the service we were paying for. Our personal waitress was great and very accommodating. Although we all ordered at the same time, my burger came 30 minutes after everyone's food (when my friends were basically finished). The waitress delivered the burger and took it off my bill with no hesitation. I would say this is a place for vibes and to enjoy a good rooftop in Baltimore, that's it. The soup here is amazing! We got the 1/2 and 1/2, it was so good that we came back again. Service has been great! That said, watching the guy prepare Oysters is beyond belief! He grabs a paper towel to wipe his face, blow his nose, clean off his hands and uses same paper towel to wipe down his cutting board! SO DISGUSTING! He literally just did it again! I came here for some drinks with friends last Friday and wanted to hangout on the rooftop. The place was packed since since they weather nice. I arrived around 9pm and waited over 15min to get a drink at the bar. The large bar only had two bartenders and a runner serving the entire rooftop. It was so pack all the chairs taken and many people were standing. I wouldn't have minded the long wait if the rooftop didn't feel like a sauna since the tall standing heat warmers were on. Several guest including myself asked for them to be turned off which didn't not happen. It was 9pm and over 75 degrees out plus the heat warmers were on. I had to at ask for more ice twice just to keep my one drink cold. read more

I told him I wanted a sweet Rum drink and Mai Thai is what he made me. It was so good! Then he made me another drink I forgot the name( It was good and strong as well). It had me feeling real sexy! After the first drink I already decided we were no longer going to the brunch spot. A friend and I came here for drink on a Saturday night. The rooftop was super crowded so we had our drinks at the downstairs bar. This may have been the worst experience/service I've ever had at ANY bar. When we sat down no one greeted us for 10 minutes, and when someone did come it was the manager who gave us waters and a menu (he was nice and made our drinks well but disappeared shortly after). I would like to add that a few groups of people sat down after us and were immediately addressed before we were. I don't know what it was about me and my friend but the bartenders here did not want to help us. They all completely ignored us (the does sound dramatic but this was the reality). After about an hour of enjoying our drinks we wanted to close our tab and we couldn't get the attention of anyone. Mind you there were only three groups of people, including us, at the bar. The entire experience here makes me not want to go back. My friend and I felt disrespected and like something was wrong with us just because no one would help. I also want to mention that the credit card machines were down this day so they wrote our card numbers on our tabs. I understand things go wrong however to me that is a bit unprofessional to write down patron's card numbers and holding on to them until they can charge you. A real party in your mouth . Kinda of hard to eat the way it's plated but pretty good if you don't mind getting your fingers a little dirty ! Not really sure that I'd return any time soon . I've wanted to try this place now for about 3 months ... and the wait wasn't really worth it! It wasn't my total cup of tea but it may be great for someone else . Buyer Beware! I'll start with a caveat, we are not Atlas haters. We genuinely like their food and where excited for this restaurant to open in the area. We really want an upscale restaurant in FedHill. I am hoping that they work out their kinks over the next few months. My husband and I ate there on Friday 28 May at 5 pm. We were the first through the door. We sat at the bar. It took several minutes for the staff to come out from a staff meeting, it was the first night and it showed. Our bartender came over right after their meeting and was stellar. The waitstaff really did a great job. The criticism comes in my food. Hubby order steak (always get the steak at Atlas it's superb). I got the Alaskan King Crab Legs. I know! I know! I'm in Baltimore I should do blue or soft. I like Alaskan. Our food came out and the picture below is what I was served. All we could do was laugh! What else could you do? Well, hubby did ask for the menu to verify if it said legS or leg! Sure enough it said legs (plural)! To be fair the menu does say 1/2lb so I guess that is what I got....but seriously? Also, it was $36! Plate a different way, offer sides or do anything so anyone who looks at this representation of your business does not laugh out loud and confirm their biases against you. Seriously stellar job on the staff and aesthetics of this business, but this is not your first restaurant. It looks like you put zero effort into the menu or kitchen and everything into bathroom handles and service, which are VERY important, but come on you are a restaurant! Also, generally $10 overpriced on all items for quality of what you're getting. But I guess that cost is covering the service and door handles! Also, for a fish restaurant there is a serious lack of fish entrees on the menu. Went here on opening weekend. Very busy and loud, but there has been quite the buzz about this place opening up so that was to be expected. If you want to sit on the roof deck, either get here early or be ready to have a few drinks at the bar because wait times were in excess of 1 hour at peak dining times. Many of their house cocktails skewed on the sweeter side so if that's your jam, you're in luck! Crab dip appetizer was great, as was the fish and chips, Ahi Tuna Salad, and the raw oysters from their oyster bar. This place isn't particularly known for any one entree yet, but it does seem like they're able to offer good versions of multiple dishes. read more

The pasta was fun. It had a bit of a kick to it. Ample portion size - I was only able to knock off half of it - looking forward to my leftovers at home. We started with Oysters Rockefeller. Took an hour to get my first cocktail. The waitress kept asking if we wanted to order our food and I had to keep asking for ice water and our drinks we ordered. An hour and a half later our food came out and it was completely wrong. We made the same mistake and ordered the Alaskan crab leg(s)- BIG MISTAKE. Eventually we sent the food back and had our drinks comp'd. We left 2 hours after we sat down with nothing but one round of drinks to show for it. We ate indoors on a Saturday afternoon and it was wayyy too loud and crowded. There were so many people that the noise levels were through the roof, and you could barely hear the waiters. There was a mixup and they had asked us if we wanted the check, when we didn't even receive our entree yet! They also charged us for a double order of the entree which probably was a case of not being able to hear the waiter. The only saving Grace was that their Cream of Crab was rich, creamy, and delicious! I wanted to take home a whole tub of it. And their orange crush was a refreshing and yummy treat to drink as well. I went with friends opening weekend and to say it rough would be an understatement. We all went in knowing there would be some opening night hiccups and the weather ended up being horrible so we cute them some slack. Some of our food didn't turn up, the food that did turn up was okay but nothing special, defibrillator not worth the price. The drinks were overpriced we paid full price for drinks that came in small plastic cups. Because it was opening weekend we decided to give them another chance for after dinner drinks. The place was absolutely packed. The upstairs deck is such a nice space, but there was no space to move and a ton of early 20 somethings. As former early 20 somethings, we decided it wasn't the space for us anymore and left. Went on the opening weekend with some friends, they didn't take reservations at the time just call ahead so we knew the wait was going to be long. Called at 5:30 our table was ready at 7, so beware! It was pretty obvious it was the first weekend as the staff was a bit confused and did make a few mistakes but they were all kind and trying their best so couldn't really knock them! They gave us free shots too, so that was a plus! As far as apps I only tried the loaded crab fries but they were SO good. Lots of crab and the fries were crispy. For an entree I got the fish tacos, they were also nice and crispy and decently sized. The place is a little pricey but you're paying for the ~vibes~ as well. Overall good experience and I'm sure it will only get better as the staff has more time under their belt! I will be back! read more

Shoutout to Kyle for delicious orange crushes and Devante for all around awesome attitude, oyster shucking skills, and personality. Very disappointed. The restaurant was not crowded at all on a Sunday afternoon. We asked to be seated in the shade with our two young children and we were sat in partial sun. There were plenty of tables in the shade and when we asked to move, they said we could only move to another table in the sun. Our waters were never refilled during our meal.
