Great value! What a lovely brunch we enjoyed at the Water St Cafe. We didn't go more than 5 minutes without a warm-up on our coffee. Excellent service. The portions were generous and food was flavorful. As a starter we enjoyed home fries loaded with homemade sausage gravy. That was a meal in itself! The coffee mugs were a hand-thrown pottery that was unique and beautiful. We stopped in on a Saturday and there was a local brewery offering their drinks, along with a volleyball team raising money for a trip. Lots of young people in the "team room". It was an engaging spot to enjoy food and we would definitely return! Good meetup place for friends.

Went here for breakfast. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The vibe is perfect in there. The food was great and the service and prices you can't beat. Great spot to have breakfast or lunch. Easy to park on the street or in a lot that's close. They have specials before 9 am. The menu is pretty extensive and a great selection of choices.

The service was out of this world, the food was wonderful and made with lots of love, the owner Teresa was beyond wonderful. It is one of the most amazing dining experiences we have ever had. She made us feel so welcome and so part of the Restaurant family. Thank you for a great dining experience in Geneva NY!!

Friday morning breakfast, our first of the trip to the Finger Lakes we stopped here for some food. Smaller place with a very friendly staff and a small tight-knit community. We were sat in the middle of the floor near the bar on a two-top. Started off with coffee and a water, and settled on the make your own burrito and added one pancake which I noticed were very large. The burrito, which I misheard, came with chopped or cubed sausage - had I known I would have ordered bacon, cheese eggs, peppers and onions. Again - it was my fault but it still tasted good. I just don't like the feeling of a soft burrito filled with cubed meat. The pancake was good a slathered it in butter and syrup. The staff was great and this was a nice start to the day and trip on the first full day.

What a busy place on a Sunday morning! Very small diner style place. Little hard to hear since it was so loud. Statesman platter 8/10 Eggs- over easy. cooked perfectly. Bacon- was delicious. Cooked perfectly, soft with a little crisp. Not hard or overcooked or burnt. French toast- was really good! Very thick slice of bread. Home fries- very plain, no flavor, they were like sliced boiled potatoes. Definitely not what I was expecting. I wish they would have been grilled or something and crispier. Was better dipped in the egg yolks with some salt. Garbage plate 8/10 Eggs- came omelette style. Home fries- same as above. Like sliced boiled potatoes. Wished they were crispy or fried or something. Gravy- flavor was good. corn beef hash- looked like it just came straight from the can. It was warmed up. Had good flavor. Biscuit- nice and flaky. Was beautifully toasted on the insides

Visiting from Florida in July 2024, and our meal was incredible!! Restaurant & building is cool and what you might expect for a breakfast spot, we sat outside and the weather was perfect. Servers were solid and helpful. Food. Four in our group and everyone was VERY happy with their orders. I had an omelette with provolone & roasted peppers, others had poached eggs & French toast (French toast didn't look like it, very cool & original), oatmeal that was surprisingly good and inventive, banana pancakes GLUTEN FREE (which my wife is truly grateful they offer gluten free pancakes and French toast), as I said everyone loved their food! Definitely pay attention to details. Just me getting the toast and having it buttered and melted is a LOVE of mine. I despise murdering a piece of toast with a cold piece of butter. FIVE stars, strongly recommend this place.

I was like that's kinda odd, strawberry and chocolate milk in a stand alone fridge? I ended up buying the strawberry milk and Holy Moses, this was the easily the best strawberry milk I ever had. I also noticed it was pretty expensive, it was a small container for around $4.50 but I bought it anyway and wow was it worth a buy. It was so good, it was so good it actually made me make my way to their actual farm and take god their milk was cheaper at the farm. I also asked since I noticed the employees were wearing very distinct clothing if they were Amish? The employee said it was similar but they were Mennonites. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=Y_iTTjKvV5hLy-880SZzlA&select=FJpVePPXalf0iGdM0UXSng The food: Strawberry Milk- This is a must get item. It was $5.75 for a half gallon. I loved the strawberry flavor of the milk and I love the creamy texture of the milk. Chocolate Milk- I think this was a great chocolate milk but not as distinctive as the strawberry milk. Strawberry Ice Cream- This very similar to the strawberry milk, but not as rich a creamy as the milk. I enjoyed this but the milk is my favorite item.

Unfortunately my visit wasn't as super as it has been in the past. My coffee cup's lid didn't fit, and my panini was soaked in whatever sauce they used so it was very soggy and messy. I don't think it deters me from visiting again, it was just a different experience this time.

Could be all the wine in me talking (though I don't think so from the way everyone was chowing down), but this was some Grade A BBQ! Coming in on a Tuesday night, the place was busy and the wait was about 30 minutes -- but there was free seating at the bar. Fair enough, not many restaurants were even open in Geneva on a Tuesday. The food was solid -- nothing extraordinary, but nothing to complain about either, and the presentation on those big plates is genuinely fun. The lady bartender had her hands full preparing drinks while also serving everyone seated at the bar, including food orders. It was sometimes hard to catch her attention, but overall she did a great job juggling it all. What really bothered me: the owner (CB) is one of the few Master Sommeliers in the world and a big promoter of the FLX wine region (which I love), so can anyone explain why a glass of FLX wine costs about 40% more than a glass of California or even Australian wine? That's not exactly "Think NY, Drink NY" -- despite those charming stickers around the restaurant (which I do love).

If you want real Buffalo wings, this is it. Garlic knots: Unfortunately, I can't say the same any longer about the garlic knots. Previously drowning in herby butter and serving as the perfect accompaniment to the wings above, it seems there's been a change in recipe. First of all, 3 of the 4 knots in my order had raw, stretchy centers. The outsides were golden and still brushed with herb butter, but now there's a healthy sprinkling of shredded cheese that adds a strange taste. Ordered takeout and my wings were still perfect after the journey home. Hoping for a better experience in the future with my beloved garlic knots. The one lady who was cooking and serving was doing a great job, and we felt welcomed in and attended to right away. We had some trouble deciding what to have, as a lot of things on the menu sounded good, but it was unfortunately not to be. I ordered the breakfast garbage plate, which had hash browns, sausage gravy and two eggs (cooked medium). I added the house made hot sausage for $5.65 and got 1 approximately 4 oz sausage. The hash browns were fine, nothing special, and the sausage gravy was woefully lacking in flavor except for salt. The eggs were a little overcooked, but that's my fault...or the fault of breakfast cooks all over the country who don't do over easy eggs properly. I order over medium cuz I hate when the white isn't cooked. These were definitely cooked. The sausage was not good. It was sweet on the palate...like way sweet. It didn't taste much of sausage flavor, and there was a hit of heat on the finish. My sister had the sausage gravy & biscuit and she said the same thing about the gravy. I wish it was a better result-I'd love to give business to a local place that had good food.
