I called this company to come out and service our AC system. Adam came out and did a nice job of servicing our system, While he waited around for awhile to see the difference, there was no reduction in the house temperature. After a period of time he decided to check the ductwork condition. I told him I had just hired a company to replace any and all old sagging or missing insulation under our house. When he came out later dripping with sweat, he gave me bad news and good news. The bad news was there was a large hole in our ductwork at an elbow turn and the air or heat was not coming into the house, but coming out into the crawl space. That was why the temperature wasn't lowering inside. He said the good news is I repaired the leaking area for you. I couldn't just leave you in the heat. (we thought that was very considerate of him to do that). I thought, another bill for someone to come out and repair the hole. I was disappointed that the two men had failed to repair the hole or inform me about it. That's another story I will address later. We told Adam how much we appreciated what he had done to help us out with the temperature, for Summer and come Winter. He showed me pictures of what it looked like before and after he repaired it. I asked him if he would email them to me so I could show the other company what their men failed to do. We both thank this young man for his time and what he did as I said we are both Senior Citizens. I hope he didn't get in trouble for what he did. I highly recommend this company to anyone and thanks again Adam for a job well done.

I spoke to the ladies in the office and they said they had been tracking the motor that they ordered and a week after they ordered it she said the company thought it was ground shipping versus expedited shipping. At that moment, she should've said switch it to overnight shipping and it'll be here Friday. It is now Monday and there is still no part. Someone or multiple people are not doing their jobs. Talked to Russell's Mechanical who is now doing the maintenance for 360 Air tech. Currently waiting for billing to contact me with pricing for a maintenance contract. Stephen was kind and friendly, making sure I understood everything they were finding and what they planned do it, all while making sure I didn't feel talked down to. They came by to let us know what the issue was, then, after we had the flooring ripped up after a leak detection company marked off where it was, they came with the jackhammer and tore up our cement. Unfortunately, the leak wasn't where detection had marked it. I'm grateful Stephen was find enough to come in on what was supposed to be his day off the next day to continue after we took up the rest of the wood overnight. They did a great job at locating the leak, fixing it, explaining what might have happened to cause it, filling the hole back up and covering it with cement. I highly recommend reaching out to them and hope you get Stephen as your guy if you ever have plumbing issues.

He responded with a home visit to give me a hand. He arrived within a hour and wasted no time located the problem. It was in the 90's and my Wife was on edge. He wasn't able to check on the part until Monday, but that wasn't his fault. He called me around 10:00 Monday and surprised me. He said he was turning on my road would be here in five minutes and had my part. When he arrived he again went right to work restoring the soothing air conditioning my Wife missed. It didn't affect me. After spending a career in the Army, I could withstand any weather. Anyway in no time he was done as I said. Now she was happy again. He said he usually charged extra for weekends, but since I was a Vietnam Veteran, he wasn't charging and he even gave me a military discount. I highly recommend Hardy's for all for your A/C problems.
