Stephen was kind and friendly, making sure I understood everything they were finding and what they planned do it, all while making sure I didn't feel talked down to. They came by to let us know what the issue was, then, after we had the flooring ripped up after a leak detection company marked off where it was, they came with the jackhammer and tore up our cement. Unfortunately, the leak wasn't where detection had marked it. I'm grateful Stephen was find enough to come in on what was supposed to be his day off the next day to continue after we took up the rest of the wood overnight. They did a great job at locating the leak, fixing it, explaining what might have happened to cause it, filling the hole back up and covering it with cement. I highly recommend reaching out to them and hope you get Stephen as your guy if you ever have plumbing issues.

We were having problems with our air conditioner this Summer. It never went below eighty degrees in…read moreour home even though the outside temperature would climb up in the nineties. I called this company to come out and service our AC system. Adam came out and did a nice job of servicing our system, While he waited around for awhile to see the difference, there was no reduction in the house temperature. After a period of time he decided to check the ductwork condition. I told him I had just hired a company to replace any and all old sagging or missing insulation under our house. When he came out later dripping with sweat, he gave me bad news and good news. The bad news was there was a large hole in our ductwork at an elbow turn and the air or heat was not coming into the house, but coming out into the crawl space. That was why the temperature wasn't lowering inside. He said the good news is I repaired the leaking area for you. I couldn't just leave you in the heat. (we thought that was very considerate of him to do that). I thought, another bill for someone to come out and repair the hole. I was disappointed that the two men had failed to repair the hole or inform me about it. That's another story I will address later. We told Adam how much we appreciated what he had done to help us out with the temperature, for Summer and come Winter. He showed me pictures of what it looked like before and after he repaired it. I asked him if he would email them to me so I could show the other company what their men failed to do. We both thank this young man for his time and what he did as I said we are both Senior Citizens. I hope he didn't get in trouble for what he did. I highly recommend this company to anyone and thanks again Adam for a job well done.

I spoke to the ladies in the office and they said they had been tracking the motor that they ordered and a week after they ordered it she said the company thought it was ground shipping versus expedited shipping. At that moment, she should've said switch it to overnight shipping and it'll be here Friday. It is now Monday and there is still no part. Someone or multiple people are not doing their jobs. I chose to work with Terrance because he was eager to secure my business and promised to complete the job quickly. To be clear, Terrance does not perform the work himself--he contracts everything out. He even lowered the price slightly, which seemed like a good deal at first. However, when it came time to pay, he added "taxes," which brought the price right back to what it was before he offered the discount. There was also no clear scheduling process, no courtesy calls, and no text notifications before workers arrived. For example, one day I came home from work and minutes later someone rang my doorbell saying they were there to take measurements--without any prior notice. When the installation took place, I was at work and again received no call to let me know what time to expect them. After the unit was installed on July 11, I had to follow up myself to ensure I had all necessary paperwork for warranty purposes. The installers also left behind a large box from packaging and what appeared to be a part from my old unit. Since installation, I have been trying to reach Terrance about follow-up concerns. I have sent multiple texts with no response and only received a reply after I called and left a message--18 days later. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Terrance. His business practices are extremely unprofessional, from poor communication to lack of customer follow-up. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a contractor who values professionalism and customer service.

I told them I wanted to get a second opinion and some additional quotes. Later, I discovered they had taken the power disconnect breaker with them and then blocked my number when I called to ask for its return. I ended up calling Smiley's Heating and Cooling, who saved the day. Turns out, the problem was simply a loose power line under the house. The first company had stolen my power disconnect, which I had to replace for $500. This company is nothing more than a group of con artists, more interested in selling a whole new system than actually fixing the issue. Avoid them at all costs.

He responded with a home visit to give me a hand. He arrived within a hour and wasted no time located the problem. It was in the 90's and my Wife was on edge. He wasn't able to check on the part until Monday, but that wasn't his fault. He called me around 10:00 Monday and surprised me. He said he was turning on my road would be here in five minutes and had my part. When he arrived he again went right to work restoring the soothing air conditioning my Wife missed. It didn't affect me. After spending a career in the Army, I could withstand any weather. Anyway in no time he was done as I said. Now she was happy again. He said he usually charged extra for weekends, but since I was a Vietnam Veteran, he wasn't charging and he even gave me a military discount. I highly recommend Hardy's for all for your A/C problems. BEWARE of Boswell Plumbing & Heating. They illegally trespassed on our property and do not respect…read moreour property rights. We were trying to leave our home and as we were opening our garage door and backing out of our driveway we hear a loud beeping. When our garage door opened we see the Boswell truck backed into our driveway up to garage door preventing us from backing out. He then pulls out of our driveway and pulls up to the front of his customers home and refuses to park in there driveway and decides its better to park in the street blocking on coming traffic. I walk over to him and ask him if he needed to park in our driveway and he replied "Is there a problem" I replied "Yes your trespassing on private property" I guess he thought because he was about 400 pounds he could bully and intimidate me. Remember this, these people are not the police and have no right to trespass on anyone's property. They refuse to park in the customers home and as you can see in the pictures their driveway is empty. I am reporting this now to the HOA and if he returns I will file a police report. Why do companies like this use there trucks as billboards for BAD reviews, when it would be so easy to tell the drivers NOT TO TRESPASS on other peoples property and park in the driveway of your customers home. Then the other neighbors would see you respect other peoples property and would call you WHEN THEY NEED YOUR SERVICES. INSTEAD THEY SEND OUT A 400 POUND BULLY TO THREATEN THE NEIGHBORS AND TRESPASS ON OTHER PEOPLES PROPERTY.
