Stephen was kind and friendly, making sure I understood everything they were finding and what they planned do it, all while making sure I didn't feel talked down to. They came by to let us know what the issue was, then, after we had the flooring ripped up after a leak detection company marked off where it was, they came with the jackhammer and tore up our cement. Unfortunately, the leak wasn't where detection had marked it. I'm grateful Stephen was find enough to come in on what was supposed to be his day off the next day to continue after we took up the rest of the wood overnight. They did a great job at locating the leak, fixing it, explaining what might have happened to cause it, filling the hole back up and covering it with cement. I highly recommend reaching out to them and hope you get Stephen as your guy if you ever have plumbing issues.

Originally had a call to do the maintenance on our new unit but they called and cancelled. A new appointment was never done and I am not happy with scheduling considering Vlodymyr was the one who first gave me the info and pricing. Talked to Russell's Mechanical who is now doing the maintenance for 360 Air tech. Currently waiting for billing to contact me with pricing for a maintenance contract. I hope it is what I was first told by the owner of 360 Air tech. I will do another review later.

We were lucky to get the same tech all three times - once to seal up some leaky ducts in the crawlspace, once to remove an old wireless thermostat and install an Ecobee, and once to figure out why our system was calling either Aux heat or humidifier but not both. I spoke to the ladies in the office and they said they had been tracking the motor that they ordered and a week after they ordered it she said the company thought it was ground shipping versus expedited shipping. At that moment, she should've said switch it to overnight shipping and it'll be here Friday. It is now Monday and there is still no part. Someone or multiple people are not doing their jobs. To be clear, Terrance does not perform the work himself--he contracts everything out. He even lowered the price slightly, which seemed like a good deal at first. However, when it came time to pay, he added "taxes," which brought the price right back to what it was before he offered the discount. There was also no clear scheduling process, no courtesy calls, and no text notifications before workers arrived. For example, one day I came home from work and minutes later someone rang my doorbell saying they were there to take measurements--without any prior notice. When the installation took place, I was at work and again received no call to let me know what time to expect them. After the unit was installed on July 11, I had to follow up myself to ensure I had all necessary paperwork for warranty purposes. The installers also left behind a large box from packaging and what appeared to be a part from my old unit. Since installation, I have been trying to reach Terrance about follow-up concerns. I have sent multiple texts with no response and only received a reply after I called and left a message--18 days later. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Terrance. His business practices are extremely unprofessional, from poor communication to lack of customer follow-up. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a contractor who values professionalism and customer service.

I told them I wanted to get a second opinion and some additional quotes. Later, I discovered they had taken the power disconnect breaker with them and then blocked my number when I called to ask for its return. I ended up calling Smiley's Heating and Cooling, who saved the day. Turns out, the problem was simply a loose power line under the house. The first company had stolen my power disconnect, which I had to replace for $500. This company is nothing more than a group of con artists, more interested in selling a whole new system than actually fixing the issue. Avoid them at all costs.

He responded with a home visit to give me a hand. He arrived within a hour and wasted no time located the problem. It was in the 90's and my Wife was on edge. He wasn't able to check on the part until Monday, but that wasn't his fault. He called me around 10:00 Monday and surprised me. He said he was turning on my road would be here in five minutes and had my part. When he arrived he again went right to work restoring the soothing air conditioning my Wife missed. It didn't affect me. After spending a career in the Army, I could withstand any weather. Anyway in no time he was done as I said. Now she was happy again. He said he usually charged extra for weekends, but since I was a Vietnam Veteran, he wasn't charging and he even gave me a military discount. I highly recommend Hardy's for all for your A/C problems. He is also HVAC Certified and an Electrician.

BEWARE of Boswell Plumbing & Heating. They illegally trespassed on our property and do not respect…read moreour property rights. We were trying to leave our home and as we were opening our garage door and backing out of our driveway we hear a loud beeping. When our garage door opened we see the Boswell truck backed into our driveway up to garage door preventing us from backing out. He then pulls out of our driveway and pulls up to the front of his customers home and refuses to park in there driveway and decides its better to park in the street blocking on coming traffic. I walk over to him and ask him if he needed to park in our driveway and he replied "Is there a problem" I replied "Yes your trespassing on private property" I guess he thought because he was about 400 pounds he could bully and intimidate me. Remember this, these people are not the police and have no right to trespass on anyone's property. They refuse to park in the customers home and as you can see in the pictures their driveway is empty. I am reporting this now to the HOA and if he returns I will file a police report. Why do companies like this use there trucks as billboards for BAD reviews, when it would be so easy to tell the drivers NOT TO TRESPASS on other peoples property and park in the driveway of your customers home. Then the other neighbors would see you respect other peoples property and would call you WHEN THEY NEED YOUR SERVICES. INSTEAD THEY SEND OUT A 400 POUND BULLY TO THREATEN THE NEIGHBORS AND TRESPASS ON OTHER PEOPLES PROPERTY.
