If I could rate lower, I would. Was scheduled for first delivery (2 5 gal bottles and a dispenser)…read morebetween 8-noon today. Driver show up at 1:30, leaves 2 bottles outside my front door and gets back in the truck to drive away. I run out and stop him, asking where the dispenser is. He says they're out of stock and *might* have them tomorrow but isn't sure. I call customer service to express my disappointment that they were late, didn't call to ask if I wanted to reschedule and that driver tried to sneak away without an explanation, and CS rep told my he could have it sent on Friday. I asked to be escalated. Told next person that this was the worst customer service I had ever seen and asked that the two delivered bottles be picked up tomorrow and the order cancelled. She apologized (the first one to do so) and asked if II could hold while she tried to get a manager or the local branch on the line to see what they might do to make this right. Came back on line 3 minutes later and apologized again but wasn't able to reach anyone. She understood my frustration and desire to stop the bleeding now and just close the account. I asked when the bottles in my porch would be picked up and she said today. Well, they're still there. If they haven't gotten them by the weekend I'm using them to water my plants, putting the bottles in the recycling for pickup on Monday and disputing any credit card charge they try to put through!

Stay away from this company, customer service is non-existent. They promise to deliver tomorrow,…read morethen send an email we had to reschedule your delivery. We have been a costumer of the original company that was bought out by Primo and we never had this type of problem, we have received one five gallon bottle of water for the past two months and we usually, with a better company, would receive 8-12 five gallon bottles every month. What a disgrace this company has become.

Company website reviews are a scam. Salesperson with limited science or engineering knowledge…read more Kept lowering his commission price to get a sale. Refused to test the water nor continue sales pitch unless spouse present. Eventually spouse did arrive but water never tested. $8000 for a system (prob all commission). Very heavy handed sales tactics. Offer only good for today! Lifetime warranty is bogus. Did not leave any contracts or paperwork for us to review! This business is NOT BBB Accredited.

Scam and Fraud would be two words to describe them…read more First red flag: The sales rep came in for a no-obligatory water test and tried to sell the system for $9000 for EC5 and he wanted us to say yes then and there itself. Not letting us take the time for doing the research before giving a commitment Second red flag: After a lot of back and forth messaging, he brought the price down to $5500 and promised a financing option at $55 for 100-120 months. He also promised a soft pull on the credit. BOOM! Next day, you have a hard pull on your credit and the financing company sends the documents over for signing. You read the terms and there is no mention about $55 for 100-120 months. All you see is $55 at 9.9% APR. what this literally translates to is you pay $55 for 213 months and not 100 months. For $66 you would need to pay for 140 months. There were also annual fees and monthly fees associated With these payments. Twice the price that we agreed on. I reached out to the sales person about this and he in writing texted me that it is $55 for 120 months or $66 for 100 months. He said it's a revolving credit and my calculations were wrong and kept on insisting that I sign the document. They expect you to be complete idiots with no understanding of how the financial system works. He promised a lifetime warranty and there is no additional cost associated with the system. I did my own research and found the following: 1. Everytime something goes wrong with the System, you need to get someone over to fix it and they charge you $500 per visit and diagnosis. The filter needs to be changed every two years and they will charge you an amount to put it in for you. 2. If you ever move, you can take the system with you. He said it was $139 to removed the system and install it in your new place and no additional costs for that. On doing some research people have paid $500 for for this. Imagine paying $5500 for the system and $600 on an ongoing basis yearly. Dont fall for that 4.8 star review they have on google. They have censored the reviews and so no negative reviews go through. Do your own research and don't fall for the scam that these are Home Depot people. They are pure SCAMMERS. Good thing I read the fine print.
