Eventually had to go into the wall from the other side to eventually cut into the drain to reach a blockage in the pipe the snake could not get to/remove on its own. I like to make sure I understand what is going on with a repair in case there is an issue or we need another solution. He walked me through everything he was doing so I could be sure of the repair and comfortable/confident in his work. I highly recommend this team -- it's not free but well worth their price considering the repairs would have been far worse had he not been so diligent in tracking and repairing the issue.

I knew immediately that a new water heater was going to be needed as the one that we had was about 15 years old. Naturally it decided to stop working just as the weekend was beginning. Fortunately, Jim from Fosh plumbing does the exact opposite and returned my call within the hour. Within 12 hours Jim and Colby arrived with a new water heater, on a Saturday morning, yes. These gentlemen were kind, courteous and professional from the door.(literally) The guys took precautions to not only protect our home by covering their shoes, but to protect us as well by coming prepared with face masks to wear to protect us from Covid-19, weeks prior to the mandating of wearing one. It's those subtleties that really show just how much they care for their customer beyond the sale. The installation went seamlessly and was completed in the time frame Jim had given to me prior to starting the job. Everything about the heater was thoroughly explained and a few hours later I was once again enjoying a hot bath, ON A SATURDAY!! Thank you Jim and crew from Fosh Plumbing!! You guys were awesome across the board. Fosh Plumbing are now my go to for all things plumbing and heating and the first I'll recommend to friends and family.
