Very fast response. Plumber arrived on time and talked me through everything. Gave me pricing upfront and did a fantastic job.

I was wrong. within half an hour Nick was at our door was here for 3 hours. while replacing the tank noticed some piping that needed replacing. we had hot water and were able to get showered to go to our cook out. envirosafe is always there for you. we have them for our heating and air conditioning, our water system at our home residence and our beach house, along with a park model camper. they do it all .....wouldn't have anyone else. thank you Envirosafe

Had a new sink to install and the new drains were about 5 inches farther back then the previous…read moresinks drains. So all that needed to be done was to cut the drain pipes under the sink and use a coupler to put it back together. It's an easy fix that I could do myself but I had other projects to do and I honestly just didn't feel like doing it. Also when I shut the water off to the sink I also noticed the valve had a small leak so I asked for the quote to include that also. I was quoted $950 for these simple fixes. I politely told them no, they charged me nearly $80 just to come and look and sent them on their way. I went to the hardware store paid $12 in parts and had the issue resolved in an hour and 30 minutes. Something the "pros" would have been able to do in about half the time I'm sure.

The job was done by TJ and Peter and they were fast, friendly, professional, and courteous. The estimate matched the bill 100%, so there were no surprises. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company based on how they have handled our…read moresituation. Our HVAC system was installed improperly, and the issue went unnoticed for nearly two years. On one of the hottest days in July, the improper installation resulted in water pouring into two of our bedrooms and causing damage to our home. To their credit, the company acknowledged that the installation was done incorrectly and accepted responsibility. I was told they would have a restoration company contact me to assess the damage and make the necessary repairs. That never happened. I followed up again and was given the same assurance--that their restoration company would be reaching out. It has now been TWO MONTHS, and no one has contacted me or made any attempt to repair the damage. The original mistake is one thing. Companies make mistakes. What is far more concerning is the complete lack of follow-through after admitting responsibility. I should not have to repeatedly chase a company to repair damage to my home that was caused by their improper installation. At this point, they have acknowledged fault, promised to correct the damage, and then failed to follow through for two months. I have a job and a family and do not have the time to continually remind a company to honor its own commitment. How a company responds when something goes wrong says a lot about the company. Unfortunately, this experience has shown a serious lack of accountability and customer service. I will update this review if and when the company actually follows through and resolves the damage they caused.

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical - Harris Plumbing techs to install a water heater in New Jersey

On 9/9/26, my 85 year old mother called Harris to repair her gas leak to her heater. The technician…read moreperformed a bubble test, the same exact bubble test that PSE&G previously performed to find a gas leak. The tech from Harris claimed he found the leak, but couldn't reach the leak to repair because the hot water heater was in the way. Harris charged my 85 year old widowed mother $637.50 for the bubble test and fixed nothing. The tech didn't lift so much as a screwdriver, charged her $637.50 and fixed nothing, leaving my mom with no heat and a big bill. The invoice stated that Harris would have to come back out and move the hot water heater so they could reach the leak, a job that can cost thousands. We hired another contractor to come out and check the leak to see what they would say. It turns out the leak that Harris said was behind the water heater wasn't where the leak actually was and they fixed it for her and charged $200 and never once even considered that the water heater needed to be moved. When the 2nd contractor left, the heat was working. The 2 Harris representatives defended what Harris charged and the job that wasn't completed. Sean and Paul, you both failed your customer miserably. Paul told me Harris has been in business since 1985. That should tell you that for 4 decades this company has been taking advantage of people by targeting elderly women and pressuring them into paying for unnecessary work for profit. It isn't about the money Sean and Paul, it's about how you treated an old lady on a fixed income. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and will also file a claim in small claims court. I promise you I will cost you more than what you charged my mother going forward by any means necessary. Stay away from Harris. They prey on the elderly and are proud of it. I am attaching the invoice that supports exactly what I've described in this review. Anything short of an apology and full refund from Harris will not be accepted. Don't call us. Don't email us. Don't send us a letter. It amazes me that Harris has a 1.9 rating. Should be zero!
