This company is absolutely GREAT! They are a small company that really truly cares about customers. We worked with them for the first time after we had a basement flood and we needed to replace our furnace and AC units. The owner himself was very nice on multiple occasions at our house and all of his employees were very pleasant to work with. We actually moved across town and had to call a company to do some work on our new place and the home warranty place sent someone out. It was a disaster, so the first thing we did was call these guys at CBM to come help and man what a difference!!! Professionalism and friendliness at its best with this company. I have been using CBM for years for my personal home as well as my clients and I wouldn't use anyone else. They are prompt in returning calls and scheduling appointments. They are always professional and honest. Everyone I have referred to them has been extremely happy. As a real estate professional I refer out a lot of contractors to clients for home inspection repairs as well as normal maintenance on their homes. I called CBM late last night as my furnace wasn't working, of course on one of the coldest nights! Carl answered the phone immediately and worked with me to get someone out quickly. I'm glad to report that the problem is fixed before noon the next day so we can have a warm weekend! We called them this morning when our heater wouldn't stay on, the coldest day of the year so far. They answered the phone early in the morning and said they would be out mid morning. They came when they said they would and fixed our heater, and we felt the pricing was very fair. I told my husband to make sure he keeps their card as we would use them again. My furnace went out and I found CBM on google and I really lucked out because they came over an hour later and fixed it right away. It was actually in the middle of the night when I called so I thought I would just get someone's voicemail. The owner actually picked up! I do not usually bother to write reviews on the internet, but it was kind of awesome to have them come so quickly and fix the problem so promptly. I found CBM on a Google search, and I'm glad I did! My heater was acting up, and a young guy named Kenny came out to my house. He was polite and seemed very knowledgeable of his craft. Fixed the heater right up in under an hour. Charged me less then I was quoted on the phone! Very reasonable pricing. I would recommend to anyone. read more

Had a broken themrocouple that wound up preventing my pilot to stay on. They came out in about 30 minutes, and within 20 minutes, had my heater working and functioning. The gentleman that came to my house was very nice, very informed and didn't mind explaining stuff to me. I would highly recommend them. Just a note on how caring they are, they bring their own mat into your house, to make sure they wipe their feet. I've never seen anyone do that before. Overall, a wonderful experience. read more

We recently bought a home in Pitman NJ and had seen these positive reviews here on Yelp and thought we should give them a try. I would urge you to reconsider working with CBM. We originally set an appointment to meet and discuss project (this is a BIG project with 2000+ Sf, and an oil conversion) and took time off work to meet CBM. They didn't show and then when we called them-they said they had the wrong address-and would come that afternoon---never did. Against our better judgment, we called a week later to reschedule-we just waited for them again for an hour and a half- Given we've made plans twice to meet them at the house (we don't live there and so these missed appointments are doubly irritating) we decided to write this review-if you have time to burn and want to work with someone who obviously doesn't care about customer service---then maybe use CBM---otherwise-there are other reputable HVAC folks that DO show, that DO offer confirmation calls for appt, and DO respect your time-not CBM. read more
