They modified my gas furnace to switch from a Trane heat pump (the circuit board of which was continually being chewed up by mice) to accommodate a Lennox condenser. It was not inexpensive!!! We'll see how it goes. Beware of their $29 A/C seasonal service. They really do nothing of value but use it to sell their products.

My husband took off from work specifically to be home for the appt and after 2pm I received a call saying "sorry, too busy today and need to reschedule." Barely an apology and no compassion for their neglect of my families time and that we took off work to be home for the appointment --none whatsoever. I will never call them again because the person on the other end of the call that canceled our appt at the last minute couldn't have cared less about the situation they put us in. What a disgrace. Compassion and empathy goes a long way and had they shown any, this situation would have ended much differently. Please do better for your next customer. Our time matters too... *****UPDATE***** To make matters worse, they just sent me an automated text stating, "We heard you canceled your appointment." Let me be completely clear: I did not cancel. Harris canceled on me at the last minute because they were "too busy," and now their automated system is actively flipping the script and shifting the blame onto the customer. This demonstrates a complete lack of internal communication, an absence of human oversight, and zero accountability. Do not trust their scheduling process, and do not trust their word.

I was wrong. within half an hour Nick was at our door was here for 3 hours. while replacing the tank noticed some piping that needed replacing. we had hot water and were able to get showered to go to our cook out. envirosafe is always there for you. we have them for our heating and air conditioning, our water system at our home residence and our beach house, along with a park model camper. they do it all .....wouldn't have anyone else. thank you Envirosafe

    Had a new sink to install and the new drains were about 5 inches farther back then the previous…read moresinks drains. So all that needed to be done was to cut the drain pipes under the sink and use a coupler to put it back together. It's an easy fix that I could do myself but I had other projects to do and I honestly just didn't feel like doing it. Also when I shut the water off to the sink I also noticed the valve had a small leak so I asked for the quote to include that also. I was quoted $950 for these simple fixes. I politely told them no, they charged me nearly $80 just to come and look and sent them on their way. I went to the hardware store paid $12 in parts and had the issue resolved in an hour and 30 minutes. Something the "pros" would have been able to do in about half the time I'm sure.

That made a huge difference. He was patient, never rushed the job, and made sure I understood what was being done and why. It's obvious he takes pride in his work and cares about doing things the right way. He also kept the workspace clean and was respectful of my home, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience, and I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, honest electrical work.

They provided a time convenient to me and were able to get bulk yard waste removed, trim back some hedges and repair bug screens in an afternoon. I would use them again for similar work. I ended up deciding to cancel that appointment and made another one. On my second request, I initially said "any time on a particular Friday." They gave me a range of 9-11 AM on a Sat and I asked if they could come in at 9 AM and they said yes. They ended up coming in right before 11 AM. So, I can understand that I needed to try to pick a time interval to be available rather than a time, okay. I gave them some stars for working with me and being professional for the in-person estimate itself. I was then told that I would receive an estimate over the phone in the same day some hours later. I requested by e-mail instead and was told that this was fine. During a time period of two weeks and two days after that, I had made three phone calls. I left voice mails twice and got through one time, the 2nd time I believe. I was told that the estimate was mixed up with something else and that it would be coming out. I'm not sure if they want to work with me or not, but at least it would be nice to let me know that instead of running me around. For potentially big jobs, my reasonable concern of not being able to receive an estimate by e-mail (or snail mail physical copy) makes me feel like there would be a he-said-she-said dynamic if I went for this. For smaller jobs, it isn't such a big loss and they seem like they do good work from the other reviews and my interaction with the attendant during the estimate. They may not be the most pronounced with their words, but I was willing to consider them with the other good reviews and them being local to me. With the lack of an estimate by e-mail, it made me wonder if the company or someone in the company has a PA license number. I would like to presume yes, but I couldn't find one personally based on company name. I know the search engine isn't the best if you don't have the actual license number to look up. If there are any updates/changes to this review or if it's proper for me to write another review as I can't update this one after about a month, then I will do so. I've strongly considered and tried to rate my experience as fairly as possible, and I really feel that Sunny's services could've done much better with their interactions in working with me after the estimate was completed.
