Yesterday, the unit did not sound right, so I called. They had a service tech come right out and diagnose the problem. They were back the next day (it had just conked out) after getting the parts needed. The labor bill was reasonable, and the parts were warrantied. RPM did a great job! Their service was great. You really appreciate it when it's 29 degrees outside!

Knowing there was a leak, the man could've checked the air filter and replaced it (which I would've gladly paid for). The filter was drenched. The technician says" 197 is the years of experience you pay for". Experience my @$$. Experience would've told you to look at other areas and see where else the water did damage to. As a veteran, this is a slap in the face especially with the technician being smart on the phone like that. I originally picked this service due to the reviews but over time, people become complacent. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

A LOT of other places will try to upsell you if your equipment is 10+ years old. Not This company. Bobby showed me two items that do need attention, but weren't critical enough to need to be replaced TODAY. I'll be inviting him back to complete the system by the end of the month for sure. I went to the basement to check the circuits and discovered water on the floor around my heater and my new Thermostat also had stopped working. I called McGinley HVAC and spoke to Ryan and he quickly got me on the schedule for the next available technician. In about 45 minutes Charles arrived and immediately got to work on the leak and replacing the thermostat (which got fried from the power surge). My electrician wasn't calling me back so I asked Charles if he or McGinley had any electrician recommendations. He gave me the electrician's name and I called him. Within 15 minutes he was here and he found what was causing the power outage issue and fixed it. Words can't express how grateful I am to McGinley's team for their prompt and efficient service. Their kindness, compassion and outstanding service is appreciated. It is so reassuring to know McGinley is there for me and I highly recommend them!

When I called on 7/19/2021 requesting service repair on my second house their Service Technician Joseph N. arrived in a timely fashion. Joseph is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and quickly determined the repair that need to be done. The policy of HSI is a $99.00 charge to come to the site and I agreed to it. Unbeknown to me HSI bills for repairs in various steps / price levels based on what work is done. This was not made explained to me by HSI. So I was billed $404.00 for a 20 minute installation of a $20.00 part. When I sent an email to HSI questioning the billing I was ignored. So apparently they are good at installing systems, but gouge you when future repairs are needed. My advice shop around when you need repairs. Evidently being a repeat customer means nothing to them and that's sad because they lost me for any future work
