Even though he had a full schedule, he offered to come by after 5:00 PM and asked me to send photos of the issue. Shortly after, he called back and said he was nearby and wanted to stop by to assess the problem in person before his next job. He quickly evaluated the situation, sent a quote shortly after, and returned exactly at 5:00 PM as promised. Manny and his partner were professional, efficient, and very respectful of my home. The installation was clean, organized, and done with great attention to detail. What really stood out was that Manny followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Outstanding professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend Drainpro Solutions!

Unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing. As of June 26, 2026, Bill has been giving me date after date for over two months, promising to return and finish restoring my backyard, but the work still hasn't been completed. My yard is left with piles of dirt, uneven ground, and a large section of concrete that still hasn't been patched. Because of this, my kids haven't been able to safely play outside, and I've had to put off hosting family gatherings all summer. The most frustrating part is that the job has already been paid for. The repeated excuse has been that he's "busy," and communication has been inconsistent, my calls and texts are only answered when it's convenient to him. I appreciated the quality of the plumbing repair itself, but customer service and following through on completing the job have been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

The amount of work that had to be invested to resolve our broken prehistoric drainage pipe that was flooding our basement was truly noteworthy and can't be over emphasized, Rob handled it all with a smile on his face (which I didn't know you could do while jackhammering a basement floor in the summer months). Trusted professionals all the way!…read more We had a leak in our downstairs bathroom which was clearly caused by the master shower directly upstairs. We initially called in another plumber, and he and his boss felt very strongly that a hairline crack in the pan of our master shower was causing the issue. They came back with an estimate of $7,000 to redo the entire master shower (and vanity). What? We called Bommer Plumbing for a second opinion and boy, are we glad we did. Jim arrived right on time and he worked with my husband and me to troubleshoot the leak. He spent close to 90 minutes at our place. Long story short, the culprit of the leak was worn caulk along the top of of the master shower basin, NOT a hairline crack. We all cheered when the source was found! We saved thousands of dollars with this (accurate) diagnosis. And he even pointed out a potential issue with the electric source for our downstairs bathroom fan. Jim was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and hilarious. We were cracking jokes like old buds. He was awesome! And office staff is super friendly. They keep you apprised of your plumber's whereabouts on the day of your appointment. They even send a picture of your plumber so you know what they look like ahead of time. This was a great touch and much appreciated, as you can never be too careful these days. I cannot recommend this company enough.
