That really stood out. When it turned out a visit was needed, they scheduled me for the very next day and even arrived earlier than expected (after calling to confirm it was okay). Once on site, they diagnosed the problem immediately, showed me exactly what was wrong, and explained everything in clear, simple terms including pricing. The repair was done quickly, and they made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. Clear, professional, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend Dean's Services!

They recently started offering Plumbing services and my first experience was so-so. As part of the maintenance plan, you now get a plumbing inspection every year. The plumber who came out today was very nice but missed an issue that I pointed out to him. He did have his Master Plumber that was hiding in the truck (? Seemed odd haha) come take a look. There was some estimate issues leading me to think the installation of a toilet would be $1,000 for labor alone. However, the owner was quick to rectify and look into the issue personally once he became aware, and was very open to feedback on how to make the estimates more clear. I would still like to see them itemize the cost of materials in the future, but it seems to be something at least on his radar. I would give this company a chance if you're having issues. They seem to truly want to do the right thing by the customers and their employees, which is important.

If you need heating and air conditioning services, this is the guy you call! Last year our very old…read morefurnace started blowing cold air and we did not have the money to replace it. I went to Home Advisor and found Delta Heating and Air Conditioning... and this guy came out at night, and didn't charge us a thing because all he did was look it over and tweak it for us (we told him we just could not afford much of anything at the time). Our furnace ending up lasting the season and we didn't think about it until this winter. We made it until now (January) and the cold air started again. We called Delta (the guy's name is John and when you call, you speak to his wife who is a sweetheart) and John came out and replaced a part but we finally wanted to replace the entire furnace. This guy is such a great businessman (he knows how to keep customers) he ended up not charging us for the call or the part and scheduled us for our new furnace. The installation took about 5-6 hours and John and his son were very patient with all of our questions and extremely friendly each time they encountered us while running out to their trucks... it was like having a friend do work! The most important part, that everyone worries about when replacing a large appliance is the price and I promise you, John's prices CANNOT be beat in this area! Forget the chain corporations that run their ads on tv every day, go for the family owned and operated businesses. A final plus about the whole experience is the fact that they were both friendly and mindful of our two dogs, one is a puppy who tends to jump up and follow people everywhere. I cannot say enough good things about this business, but it's a great feeling when you find someone who you speak about as "my heater guy" or "my plumber"... if you own a home, you know that feeling!
