Installation, including moving the condenser further away from the house's gas line took less than a day. They even came back later to change out the thermostat to a more modern one. We were trying to get a smart thermostat but we didn't have the C wire which the thermostat needs for constant power. They tried more than one solution and were there for hours. Unfortunately they couldn't make it work. But I was happy with the effort and it showed they cared about the service they were providing.

On one of the hottest days in July, the improper installation resulted in water pouring into two of our bedrooms and causing damage to our home. To their credit, the company acknowledged that the installation was done incorrectly and accepted responsibility. I was told they would have a restoration company contact me to assess the damage and make the necessary repairs. That never happened. I followed up again and was given the same assurance--that their restoration company would be reaching out. It has now been TWO MONTHS, and no one has contacted me or made any attempt to repair the damage. The original mistake is one thing. Companies make mistakes. What is far more concerning is the complete lack of follow-through after admitting responsibility. I should not have to repeatedly chase a company to repair damage to my home that was caused by their improper installation. At this point, they have acknowledged fault, promised to correct the damage, and then failed to follow through for two months. I have a job and a family and do not have the time to continually remind a company to honor its own commitment. How a company responds when something goes wrong says a lot about the company. Unfortunately, this experience has shown a serious lack of accountability and customer service.
