Basically if I paid debit/credit they were going to charge me a some high taxes (blah blah blah). Refrigerator was delivered on Friday 7/18/25. The guys told me do not touch anything for 24hrs. Saturday I set the temperature for the refrigerator went food shopping ($487.00) and was ready to move on NOPE. That Saturday after putting all my groceries away I noticed the refrigerator was constantly beeping saying high temperature & the refrigerator light would stay on when the doors were probably closed. And not to mention they didn't properly put on the freezer door handle so that came off Monday 7/21/25 I called the store and told them the issue, he send a guy to my house who only fixed the freezer door and left. The beeping wasn't consistent it slowed down to only beeps sometimes and my 13yr old son figured out a way to get the refrigerator light to turn off and keep the temperature cold. Friday 7/25/25 I had enough called the store to complain, I'm feeling like $1200 plus groceries down the drain. He told me call manufacturer it's nothing he can do. Rude customer service, rushing me as if I'm disturbing his day. Monday 7/28/2025 I put in a claim with my homeowners warranty company because I knew I could get someone out the same week with $100.00 co pay Thursday 7/31/2025 Apex appliances came out and boom he informed me that a pit had to be ordered because the refrigerator has burnt wires. So here I am waiting on the piece to come so my refrigerator that I purchased less than 2 weeks ago is broke. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY ARE SELLING BROKEN APPLIANCES.

I stopped by and the women there spent time with each customer giving tips on repair and ensuring they have the right part. When she waited on me, I showed her picture of the part and she said let's try this small $18 part which most likely is the problem. If that doesn't work you can Capp and I will have the switch ready for you. She was absolute right. I left messages for 3 different businesses and spoke to a human at just two. The first business I spoke to gave me an estimate of two weeks before they could have someone out to see the dryer. I called Durkin appliance and he answered the phone himself. He was over the house in about two hours and fixed the dryer in just minutes.
