Like one of the other commenters, their customer service is the absolute worst, and when I sent…read morethem a question about clarifying the unreadable, bottom copy of a triplicate invoice full of chicken scratches regarding several additional charges, they responded in a condescending way in all caps (see attached) and they were billing me for "Charges" dating back to the spring. So out of the blue, they throw an unreadable invoice at me with charges from 6 months prior, so I questioned it. When I replied and indicated that using all caps in a correspondence is considered bad communication etiquette, they never responded. My delivery for October 2025 came and I did not receive anything. So I sent them an email about it and you can see their response. I guess when you question phantom charges on an unreadable invoice, they claim you are "Unhappy" and they cancel your service with no notification, which is a clear pattern with this horrible company.

What a fiasco! 2 days after placing a unit, the fridge connection leaked, they replaced again and…read moreit leaked again. On the 3rd try they placed an adequate connector. The workers actually knew it was an inferior connector, actually told management, they were ignored. 3 months later we finally got our hardwood floor replaced, 30%, and repaired. We were displaced for 4 weeks. They dragged their feet getting insurance involved, didn't recommend ServoPro to evaluate for further damage, didn't know good floor people. We got rid of their inferior system and replaced with Kinetico, placed by Commonwealth Water Treatment out of Gloucester. Our water is beautiful now. They knew we had very hard water, their system was inadequate, they just wanted to sell us a unit. They SUCK! Do your research and beware

Purchased and owned a system that had lifetime warranty and was functioning perfectly. Technician pulled a fast one and swindled my wife with "new technology". Installed new system as rental! Took me over two years of complaining - all while paying a monthly rental fee - to get no recourse. I asked them to remove system and terminate relationship and that took 5 months. I have all texts/emails/calls documented including requests for ownership to call me. Best offer I got - put new system in and credit me what I paid as rental toward a ridiculously high retail price. No thanks - I owned one already and want nothing to do with this company any longer.
