Despite having a contract for twice annual inspections and services, which we've already paid for, they keep pushing our appointment back by 4 weeks at a time. I realize this is a busy time of year for them but as loyal customers that have spent thousands with them, we're put at the bottom of the list. They offered to push back our contract dates in case our next appointment (one month from now) gets pushed again. What's the point in even having an agreement with them if they never get to our house? Strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your geothermal needs. A company that can't keep appointments with loyal customers is not worth working with.
