An area below the tub in the downstairs ceiling had stained recently and all but confirmed the tub seal was the issue. A new drain & seal and I was good to go after testing. The entire mess was cleaned up. He also installed a shower head I had purchased. Their rates seem competitive. Keep in mind with being small they back up easily. Allow days to sometimes a week for them to address your problem. They likely have emergency service at an additional cost. They cover all of the Southside of the 757.
