First American Home Warrenty sent them a contract to repair my HVAC unit…read more They came out and diagnosed to problem and sent the info to the warrenty company. They in turn approved the replacement motor. That was a week ago and I've called them twice and the warrenty company has called them as well due to the freezing temps. Hopefully I'll hear from them tomorrow. With the realization that the snow has closed the city down. I believe this job could have been completed before the snow came. They have a compartmentalized company as the kind lady who answered the phone has to call the boss who has to call the techs to get an answer. Yesterday. Friday, tech came to install new blower motor....wrong motor.... Tic tic tic tic tic back to the drawing board. Company gonna blame warrenty, warrenty gonna blame company. Another Week? Idk but 5 space heaters are tripping breakers. Ordered a propane heater and cleaned up the kerosene heater for operation. A good warrenty is no guarantee of timely resolution.

After I complained to our warranty company, someone finally came following Tuesday. They went for replacing the unit. Thursday afternoon the warranty company said they haven't recieved any report yet. We called, they don't answer、we left message more than twice, they don't return a call... Very rude and unprofessional, the worst experience even within the contractor through warranty company. Who knows how long we will be without AC...

Thank god they did, the electrician found the problem very quickly. The previous homeowners told me they replaced all the outlets...low and behold they didn't replace the one behind the fridge and it had obviously caught fire. I loved how the gentleman who came out actually took the time to show me the problem, and show me what he was doing. That's always a really good sign in my book, when they actually spend time showing the customer the plan. He showed me the burnt outlet, the melted wires, and the process of repair. He had to run out to buy new supplies but was overall very prompt, courteous, and efficient. Saved me from a potentially scary problem in the future! Reasonably priced for the repair of the burnt out socket, removal, and up-to-code replacement. I think it was around $130.

I called Dynamic Plumbing and explained the situation to them. They told me if someone finished up one of their jobs early. They would send someone over to fix it. Next thing my phone ring and it them telling me they are on their way. They fixed the pipe without any problems. About an hour or two later I was told the pipe is fixed and everything is good. I had to run an errand and when I came out the house I noticed water was gushing out the hole. Where the pipe they had fixed. I called the right then. After I told them what was going on. They told me we are on our way back right now. They returned in a matter of minutes and fixed the pipe again. What I was told is the stuff they used to hold the pipe together wasn't strong enough. That this time they used a different and stronger glue. I'm good no more leaks. I would like to give a shout out to Joseph and his partner. They did a very professional job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. If I have any plumbing problems. I will use Dynamic Plumbing and request Joseph and his partner to do the work. Not only did the technicians take care of my issue, but they also went above and beyond to clean the unit and do other more "preventive" care. I really appreciated the social distancing measures that the technicians took as well. Including not having both in the house at the same time unless necessary, wearing masks, maintaining as much physical distance between myself and them as my tiny living room would allow. Both technicians were friendly and respectful of my property while on site as well.   My house is already two degrees cooler since I started this review!
