The degree of candidness and honesty demonstrated by this individual, is rare these days. If anyone is in doubt where they should go for propane, accessories and a magnificent assortment of high end grills to more affordable versions. Look no further than Vincent, at A & B Propane. Reading the reviews of others; those who express dissatisfaction due to expecting a refund of unused fuel in their tank; are, irrational! It's up to the subscriber to use down the tank or leave it for the next family. As far as answering my phone call, it was done courteously and answered, instantaneously. I have had no prior dealings with A & B Propane, my insights are unbiased. Based simply on common sense, interaction with my fellow human being and how do I want to be treated.

There was no need to send that other than to be insulting. Cindy left out several key facts. I didn't order anyone to fill the tank beyond the limit. The guage clearly showed 10%. The fact that they were unable to fill the tank to only 181.8 gallons was acknowledged. Although I was frustrated, as Cindy said, I thought we reached a mutually agreeable solution and I would pay for 200 gallons at the discounted rate. So as if I cared about my propane issue over a year ago, Cindy decides it's a good business decision to tell me to take my business elsewhere when I didn't even contact them since June of 2025. She then goes on about the procedures to find a new company. This falls under the "nobody asked you" and why are you contacting me. The issue was resolved in spite of her attitude over a year ago. I believe Cindy is not suited to be talking to customers. I don't want or need her advice. I certainly don't appreciate her digging this up over a year later to say "... take your business elsewhere". I recommend some personal therapy and a different job. The gentleman had a very positive demeanor and engaged with every customer that came and to the store it was like if you were just hanging out at someone's house and he made sure that he checked on you and ask if you had any other questions. It's a fairly busy intersection but this station hugs the corner and has entrances and exits off both streets so you can manage to get in and out pretty easily. They tend to be the most expensive station around - and today - during the gas shortage - they were charging $2.95 per gallon of regular unleaded gasoline while nearby Malbon Bros (like two stoplights and 1.5 minutes down the same street) was $2.89 and the next 7-eleven, less than one mile away at the corner of Upton and General Booth, was charging $2.85. Don't stop here - keep going just a bit further to save a significant amount of coin. Irritates me bc they're not supposed to be price gouging but they're doing it anyway...

My experience is that you can typically get help and be on your way much faster than a big box. Check out was friendly and the staff member assisted me with cutting open the plastic packaging which was appreciated. This is a store I would recommend. They have a few locations at the beach.

This store is located just enough off of Shore Dr. and Pleasure House Rd. that few even know it's even there unless your local to CXB. This 7/11 is right behind Walgreens and just never seems busy. That of course always makes me wonder if this store will survive with two other stores in the chain within two miles, a WaWa and Walgreen's across the street. Even though this location is closer to me than others, I use it less frequently. I will usually utilize WaWa across the street first to be honest. The strip that this stores sets on has a Chanello's pizza on the opposite corner. The lot is kept up and on my most recent visit an older man was sweeping up. Unfortunately, he was also taking his smoke break at the same time as he worked. Having a ton of firewood out on the front walk for sale makes me question the managers sanity. This 7-Eleven does not have fuel service which is usually representative of smaller square footage store and that is the case here. It is quite obvious that this is a dated store when you look around. However, it is clean and well organized and gets a pass by my scrutinizing eyes. The deli case is smaller than other stores and it appears overall to be less inventory on the shelves which would make sense. One thing that they do not have a shortage of it beer and wine which I imagine due to it's location close to the beach and moves well. A glaring difference for me is the coffee. They have the pots on the Bunn maker unlike the large containers in upgraded stores. The taste is the same, so no issues other than it is easier to dispense the coffee from the containers. The service has been spotty at times. On my most recent visit in the early AM I was not acknowledged at all. The clerk was too busy moving stock from the back room onto the shelves. When it was time to check out it was fine, but nothing exciting making me want to come back. Other times it has been better. This location gets the job done for a quick coffee visit. But nothing for me to get excited about. I would not go out of your way.
