The incorrect style of faucet was purchased the first time, necessitating another trip to the store, for which I am sure we paid. Received an invoice for over $1800, with no breakdown for materials and labor, and an item included that we did not request and that was not completed to our knowledge. We asked for a breakdown of the bill and were told that they do not provide breakdowns. So, I have no idea how much they charge for labor per person, or the cost of the faucets, just a rather large bill. We have requested clarification on the work that was not requested and will see how that goes. At this point, I will not use them again due to the lack of clarification in their billing.

I hadn't heard of this business until I had to put in a claim with HomeServe. It would take…read moreseveral rounds with HomeServe to find someone that could come sooner, since the sink had been backed up already for the entire weekend. 911 Plumbing was the one that could get to us the soonest, which was originally for Tuesday, April 14, 2026. During the weekend of April 11, 2026, the kitchen sink backed up with water and such. Once that was confirmed to keep happening, I contacted HomeServe to have someone come out for it as I have coverage for it. I guess you could say third time's the charm as the first two couldn't come out for several days, or several weeks for the other. 911 Plumbing was scheduled to come out the following day, so at least it was much quicker than others could do. About an hour or so later after getting everything set up, they contacted me back that they had a cancellation so they had an opening for the same day, and I took that. I believe that it was Chase that came out for this. I have to say that he was very thorough with what he was checking. This included seeing the water backing up, looking at each drain to see how both were acting. After looking at all of that, he went outside to the outflow pipe to see if that may be the issue. He did note that with the house being older, the pipes aren't as big as newer houses are these days. Once the outflow pipe was opened, some stuff did come out with the water. The next step was getting a snake to check the entire line in there. After getting that process completed, there was some food type items and grease stuck in there. Once that was all cleared out, Chase tested to ensure the sink was no longer backing up. The sink in the kitchen was no longer backing up after that, and still experiencing no issues now as of the time of this review. Overall, this was an excellent experience. I was glad that they were able to come out sooner than originally scheduled, as the kitchen was pretty much useless until that was done. With this being a great experience, this place is worth contacting if you need this type of service.
