Took a shower and the water didn't drain. Ok. Time to use the plunger. Once the hair AND grit came out but the water stayed, I knew there was a problem. Called kings at730. He answered the phone and showed up when he said he would. Turns out my little clog was a HUGE clog and a hole in my sewer line. Fantastic Not only did they spare my white recently remodeled bathroom and not drag the electric snake into the house, they didn't take out the toilets and ran it through the roof (the hole in the pipe was tried first but no luck). They got the clog out, patched the hole and came back the next day. I always had water and sewer. And they even checked to make sure my kitchen was good. He took credit card. Very friendly and professional. And according to the neighbors, I got off CHEAP. So call these guys. They're fantastic. Found this gem while looking on Yelp. Very responsive, heard back from them in minutes. Ron called prior to coming and was on time. Very considerate of my time as I had an appointment and gave a very honest estimate. My outside faucet was ancient and the handle disintegrated. I was unable to shut it off completely as the screw was stripped. Ron came out the next day, on time with a call first. Very professional and got us back in order in no time. The home inspector indicated the water heater was in bad condition, and we noticed a leak in the kitchen drain. I called King's and they were able to come the next day. Mr King inspected the water heater and determined it wasn't as bad as I thought. He also found the sink leak was a simple fix. I decided to replace the heater. Mr King gave me an estimate of the cost. When I approved it, he left to buy the heater and brought his staff to help. They were able to install the heater, fix the leak, and install a new faucet in a bathroom, which I had forgotten. They stayed until the work was complete because of their busy schedule that week. I plan to have him do all my future work. The work is outstanding. King's is affordable, professional, and leaves the work area clean. read more

Highly recommended! We just moved into a new house and had water backing up into the house and couldn't use toilets, showers, faucets - nothing. Kings was able to get a crew over quickly. The price they quoted seemed high, but after seeing how hard they worked and what a good job they did, we changed our minds. Mitch and his assistant, Mike, did a thorough job, snaking two separate areas, and spent a good deal of time testing the system to ensure it really was unclogged. I submitted a request for a quote here online to get an idea of how much it would cost to get a couple spigots replaced. The quote was directed at another company but King's gave me a call right away and we scheduled the appointment after they gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone. I live 3 hours away and have been stood up by contractors many times so I was impressed when Ron and Steve showed up on time after my long trek down. They took a look at the work and let me know it would be slightly more but the price was still reasonable. I needed a toilet installed too and they jumped right in and knocked it out for me saving me the hassle. In the end the work went smoother than expected and they did a great job. Yes, I could have saved money doing it myself but in the end one of the most expensive repairs is flood damage and I now have a piece of mind knowing the job was done properly for a reasonable price. After returning from deployment, my son found out there was no hot water running in his house. Ron came and assessed the situation and confirmed the 11 yr old heater was unrepairable and the next day returned to install a new water heater. This wasn't an emergency situation so that was really surprising and I am grateful for his promptness. Had a bad clog in the kitchen sink drain. I was quoted the pricing up front. Paid what I was quoted. They needed to go on the roof and access the line through the vent. After a little while I heard the drain gurgling. The drain line is free and clear. I spoke with Ron who said they charge $95.00 for a site visit ($20.00 more than what is on Yelp) and if I decided to use them the fee would be applied to the job. This is amongst the small number of businesses that run these little games. They show up and it's take it or leave it. If your hit with a high quote on site your then not allowed to then seek other quotes to get the job done. If you say no it costs you $95.00. I said I did not want to do that and would email detailed pictures to which he said OK. I sent the photos and later spoke with him again to verify that he got the email with those photos. He said he did and would get back with me shortly He never called me back. When you're a senior on a fixed income, you have to be prudent and make an intelligent and economic decision when hiring someone. Very fortunate that we found Kings Plumbing! A dedicated lifesaver! I've been renovating my house and had a "plumber" install rough in plumbing for my upstairs bathroom. After having the rough in FAIL 4 times, we had enough. Trying to get people to come to work on another person's work is tough. The other plumbers only wanted to rip us off. I had sent him an email last night after hours due to a blockage in one of our pipes causing both tubs to back up when the washing machine was being ran.
