Excellent job performed by Brennan Gillikin. Very professional young man with a bright future ahead of him. I will definitely ask for him the next time we have a plumbing issue. read more

Just to be clear, Just Plumbing Yorktown Va Replaced a hot water tank. For starters their work was sloppy and made calls to the company to complain, the workers were NOT very professional. repeat complaints, wanted to argue with my wife. I cant prove it but a year later I lost 50% hot water pressure in a bath room, Another company found a screw in the line either sloppy or intentional. I will not recommend them to ANYONE read more

The Just Plumbing team from Yorktown, VA (Albert and Brennan) were extremely professional and efficient during the removal of 61 year old cast iron pipes in the crawl space and front yard of my mother's home. Their estimates and time for completing each job was exactly what was told to us. They went the extra mile by ensuring everything was working properly and did a heck of a job cleaning up the each space back to its original look. Professional courtesy and execution goes a long way and they exhibited every bit of it. read more

Called them for an emergency visit and they were late. First they say it's a much bigger problem and estimate it costing thousands...they attempt a temporary solution that they aren't able to complete. They didn't fix the problem at all and left without doing anything and still charged us $1200..... read more

My spouse and I had called Just Plumbing several times before, and were positively impressed. Yesterday we called them again, and were told someone would be by today- some time between 8 AM and 6 PM. There was no plumber, nor was there even a phone call to let us know what was going on. I'm terribly sorry that I can't sing their praises any more. read more

Is the $500 per hour a current rate for a plumber? I had my tankless water heater flushed and the ignitor and a flaming rod cleaned on January 5. I was quoted $359 (this can be verified with the recording they do while talking to each customer), but when plumbers came they charged me $659 as each service (flush and clean) were separated. They were here about 1 hour and 20 minutes and used a $20 bottle of the cleaner. While the pump was running, they were cleaning the flaming rod. In another words, they were doing two things at the same time, but I got charged for each service separately. I complained to the front office and was told that a manager would call me. He did not have a decency to call. Guys who came did a good job, but I got charged almost double. Cannot select 0 stars so it is 1 star. read more

Called Just Plumbing (JP) because they had done excellent work for I and my wife in the past. This time I notified JP of the problem (loose drain pipe in tub that was draining tub water under house instead of down the drain). An appointment was set up and I fully expected them to fix the problem same day like last time I used JP. Instead the plumber arrived & told me it was a Diagnostic trip to locate the problem. He discovered a loose drain pipe in the tub that was draining tub water under house instead of down the drain (Duh). I was not informed when the appointment was made that it was a "Diagnostic trip" . I fully expected JP to be prepared to do the work I had requested. Instead I was charged $110.00 for the "Diagnostic trip". JP SHOULD HAVE BEEN PREPARED TO DO THE WORK REQUESTED WHEN THE APPOINTMENT WAS MADE so I would not have have to another full day away from my home (hour & half of driving, waiting for JP to arrive and then do the work) while they worked on repairing my deceased mother's home. JP was informed of this when the appointment was made. I scheduled a Service Appointment, not a Diagnostic trip. JP's work is OK. BUT check with them to see if you are going to be charged for an unncecssary $110 "Diagnostic trip" when the problem has already been identified and provided to JP and all you wanted was a good plumber to fix the issue. read more

Once again Just Plumbing to the rescue... Reported a leak in a wall at 8AM and by 12, Albert had found the leak, fixed it, checked the hot water heater to be sure that it was working okay after having run 24/7 for probably a few days and was on his way to the next problem. From customer service to the plumber sent out, this is a great group of people to work with. They've been my plumber now for almost 20 years and I'll keep going back to them as long as I'm in this area!! read more

Emergency work on Labor Day. Eddie came out and took care of us ahead of schedule. Patched a hot water leak in our crawl space and had us back and running in no time flat. Thanks a ton! read more

Very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the work they did for me. They took the time to ensure everything worked properly with no remaining issues. They were also meticulous in how they cleaned up, which may sound weird until you have any contractor you have to clean up afterwards. Would recommend them for your plumbing needs. read more

We have had to call Just Plumbing several times. Each time they did a wonderful job. Our last problem involved some waterlines that leaked into our encapsulated crawlspace. Their plumber, Albert, did an outstanding job in taking care of the problem expeditiously and correctly. In addition to his professionalism, he was very personable and answered all our questions in great detail. We greatly appreciated his hard work and excellent attitude. Also we believe their services are competitively priced. read more

We have used "Just Plumbing" on more than one occasion. They are reliable, responsive and competitively priced.

Just Plumbing of Yorktown Va installed a previously used water shut off valve and charged as if it was new. I cannot recommend using Just Plumbing. read more

We needed to add a gas line so we can switch from an electric to gas stove. Just Plumbing delivered top notch professional courtesy beginning with administrative intake when I called all the way through to the completion of the job. The estimate was timely. The execution of the services was absolutely SUPERB! There was great teamwork and communication at all levels between on site supervisor and technicians. Not only do I recommend them for any of your plumbing/gas needs, but I would want to work for an organization like this!!!!!! read more

Arrived on time; explained things thoroughly; worked quickly and left the bathroom as neat as he found it. This was the second time I had called them for this problem (NOT their fault -- it is the pipe) and Albert had the information from the previous visit. Reasonable charges too. I highly recommend them. read more

Have used them three times now, Good work, timely, and they clearly stand behind the quality of their work. Highly recommend.

This is the perfect plumbing company for you... That's if you don't mind calling for an appointment, telling them everything you know about your problem, scheduling that appointment, having a plumber come out and tell you that they don't service that particular brand, offering to try and fix it but if they break it there are no parts, suggesting you to call the manufacturer and ask for parts, leaving things as they were... Then thanking you and charging you $85 for the great service. And I thought racketeering ended years ago read more

No argument with the previous posts: They are responsive, professional, and good at what they do. Are they the cheapest? Maybe not, but how much are you going to risk with strangers coming into your house? They're worth the money. read more

They were the best... kept to the schedule. Didn't have what he needed but went to Lowes, got it, came back and fixed it... that was the wow! read more

Used Just Plumbing for a bathroom job replacing inside parts of toilet. The result of the work was very good, but the price of the repair was exorbitant. The repairman was great but didn't have all the parts in his truck so ha to come back a 2nd time. Just plumbing charged me a $60 "trip" fee plus $95 labor cost both days even though it was one simple job! Ended up costing more than a new toilet. Great job, but extremely expensive. read more

The absolute best we have had in our two decades at Ford's Colony. We have had them for both outside and inside work and found them prompt, skilled, fast and fairly priced. They say when they will arrive, with what skills and equipment, and they keep their word. In an emergency you can reach them 24-hours a day and expect a timely response. read more

Just plumb came just in time. I couldn't find a plumber on Friday to repair a leak in the walls. The technicians came, found and repaired the leak in an hour. Very professional and quick. I highly recommend. read more

We absolutely love Scott. Unfortunately we've had to call Just Plumbing a lot lately, but every time we have, we've never been disappointed. They are expensive but since we've never had to call them back to fix something they did, we figure they're worth the extra cost. Scott is always on time, is professional, his uniform looks freshly pressed, and he has a smile on his face. He spends time explaining things to you and lets you know costs up front. If he's been under your house, he makes sure he is clean before he comes into your home. I wish I could think of more things to say about him, because he's that good. We've called at all times of the day and Ann always answers the phone or returns our call promptly. She too is very professional and friendly. We would (and have) recommend Just Plumbing above any other plumbing company. read more

Jimmy is great! Fixes what needs to be fixed for a reasonable price. I find to be honest and upfront. I would recommend him highly

All we wanted was an estimate for work. Came out, charged us to "evaluate". Never received an estimate. Call weeks later about why we hadn't received one. They sent some number out that detailed nothing, gave us no information, and seemed to pretend that the person that evaluated actually did something other than use a dart board. We don't believe it. We could have gotten the same figure using a dart board.-- not professional, not trustworthy. Won't consider read more

We had just moved in and my washing machine wouldn't work! Hot water was leaking and cold water wouldn't come on at all. I called in the morning and Ronnie was at the house in about an hour or so... he was very prompt and courteous. He had everything fixed and ready to go in less than an hour! Now, it works like a charm! I would definitely call them again in the future. read more

We had quite a bit of work to be done to our new home, and the Just Plumbing team was extremely helpful. They came over to give us an estimate, always came at the time scheduled and did a very good job. We are very happy and will use them again. read more

We called Just Plumbing for an estimate to replace some bathroom tub fixtures. Nothing crazy or unusual. They wanted 605$ ! And that was with us providing the fixtures ourselves. You do the math. If a skilled plumber could do the job in 2 hours that's still 300$ an hour. My wife and I literally laughed out loud. I guess we'll never know how skilled or unskilled the plumbers would have been. I could screw the job up myself several times before remotely approaching what these guys wanted. They priced themselves right out of a job. It reminded me of a story my grandfather told me about how some people would rather have 125% of nothing rather than 75% of something. My opinion is that you look elsewhere. WAY overpriced. UPDATE: It's now 10 May 2017. Just finished doing this job myself for about 17 cents on the dollar. And my tools were "free". It took me, a complete novice, about 90 minutes to complete this job. I replaced the stems, seats, gaskets, shower head, overflow plate, fixtures....everything. I got all my parts and tools from Lowes/Home Despot and, so far anyway, nothing leaks. Youtube is your friend. Lastly, we ran into a master plumber at Lowes and asked about the 605$ estimate. He literally laughed out loud too. read more

Rich was prompt, courteous and did great work. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future and definitely recommend them.

Toilet was leaking on the floor. I called Just Plumbing and Roman was here in a couple of hours. He is very professional and repaired the leak in short order. Thank you Roman for your great work. The leak is still gone. read more

I called Just Plumbing from a recommendation. They were at my house in less than an hour, fixed two portions of the problem immediately so everything was functioning again. They called for utility markings because it appeared digging up a line in the yard would be necessary to complete repairs. Upon prompt return and further evaluation, they advised that additional work was not needed. I was very impressed with the efficiency and honesty of on site plumbers and the owner of the company. The price was reasonable and they did all that was necessary, but did not over sell the job. I will always give them an "excellent rating". read more

I called them at 0830 for a broken ejector pump. They had it repaired by 1100. Nice job.

The office staff was helpful setting up appointment to replace water heater. The service technicians drained to hot water into our grass, which due to the heat, killed an area of grass. The owners REFUSE to do anything about it. So the water heater was replaced and now I have to replace an area of grass in our front yard. read more

This bull crap of a company doesn't do the job you want them to do!! All they want is your money ! I had them do work on my sink and next thing you know my house was flooded! They charged me extra for them to clean up the mess that they made! I do not recommend this company at all! read more

I wish I could give them no stars at all. I called for an estimate and was giving a date and four hour window. Completely okay with that. No other information was provided. Plumber came and talked a lot but was business like and knowledgable. We're good. He mentioned a small fee for the estimate halfway through the discussion. Not particularly happy since I hadn't been told that before but I was thinking $30 or so. Fine whatever. No, $125.00 for an estimate that I wasn't even told was going to have a fee. I called the office and was told that this is their minimum fee. End of conversation. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Or be ready to pay the cost that they don't tell you about. And just another point. The estimate was to replace two spigots and add an entire new one. When I asked about removing the addition to lower cost, I was told to just divide it by 3 to get the price for each. How in the world is an entire new spigot the same cost as just replacing two hose bibs? Crazy. Just crazy. read more

Professional, competent and courteous office and field staff. They showed up at my house in a timely manner and very quickly took care of a severe problem (leak down in the shower drain) making sure the repair was done according to code. Water was leaking through to the ceiling below and they had a quick response time. Communication with the office staff was friendly and always accurate. This repair was done several months ago and there have been no problems. You will be treated with a personal touch and will not be just another call to make a buck. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My business (multi-family community) contacted Just Plumbing this past Saturday to report a major water leak. We were promised it would be repaired that Monday and required the use of an excavator. They did not come Monday because of another job that had the machine scheduled. Of course this would've been nice to know on Saturday or we would've called another plumber. They then assured us they would be out on Tuesday, but rain delayed this for the second time which I do not hold them responsible for. We were sure they would be out first thing Wednesday morning (today) and of course, they were no-shows again. When I called Trish in the dispatch center, not once did she apologize for the inconvenience of 600 residents being put on notice for having no water, but instead she made excuses for having other jobs that needed the machine and short staffing. When I asked her what the resolution could be, she said "I don't know what you want me to tell you." It was then I asked for a third time if technicians were going to be on site sometime today when she told me to find a new plumber. For any plumbing needs, be sure to stay far away from Just Plumbing. We did contact another local plumber and they also stated this is not the first call they have received to complete a job Just Plumbing couldn't. read more

Just got off the phone with Ann, a part owner in Just Plumbing. The company had recently done some work preparing for a two vanity sink and installed a toilet. They did have to come back because of their error. The soldered joint they made was leaking and the pipes for one sink were installed 5 inches off. Fast forward to this morning. I am ready for 3 faucets, plumbing under the sinks, etc to complete the job that they started. Ann called me to ask when someone could meet them there. When I told her I was concerned about the fact that the price had more than doubled from what I was originally told, she accused me of yelling at her, when I remained calm and collected. I really wanted the job done. I asked what percentage of the job was materials and she said no she would not tell me anything about that. She said "if I wanted to know the cost I could go down to Lowes and price them myself." I continued to be professional while she did not and she eventually hung up on me. Now I will have to call someone else out to fix the toilet that has been leaking since they installed it a month ago and finish the job that they started. Very, very unprofessional! read more
